The objective in this study is to apply the sustainable chemistry and photo-thermal synthesis technology to produce the sustainable eco-superplasticiser for the sustainable high performance SCC concrete especially in hot tropical countries. A photo-thermal synthesized eco-superplasticiser （PSES） was produced by using photo-thermal catalyst in a solar chemical reactor. In this preliminary study, an unique high early strength of SCC concrete has been successfully produced by imposing an unique proportion of the photo-thermal-synthesized eco- Superplasticiser （PSES）, local fly ash, sand and aggregate. The SCC concrete is preliminary tried in the precast concrete product to produce the complicated geometries as Tunnel segment, U-shape beam, and Box girder which have the critical reinforcement and thin section concrete. Surprisingly, this SCC provide the benefits as eliminating steaming energy, increased productivity, and minimize pollution. These unique properties of sustainable SCC concrete can not be achieved by the convention concrete by using ligno, naphthalene and melamine base superplasficiser. The synthesized sustainable eco-superplasticiser is a perfect choice to fully utilized the renewable energy and improve the concrete working environment.

machine learning(mL)is increasingly applied for medical image processing with appropriate learning *** applications include analyzing images of various organs,such as the brain,lung,eye,etc.,to identify specific flaws/diseases for *** primary concern of mL applications is the precise selection of flexible image features for pattern detection and region *** of the extracted image features are irrelevant and lead to an increase in computation ***,this article uses an analytical learning paradigm to design a Congruent feature Selection method to select the most relevant image *** process trains the learning paradigm using similarity and correlation-based features over different textural intensities and pixel *** similarity between the pixels over the various distribution patterns with high indexes is recommended for disease ***,the correlation based on intensity and distribution is analyzed to improve the feature selection ***,the more congruent pixels are sorted in the descending order of the selection,which identifies better regions than the ***,the learning paradigm is trained using intensity and region-based similarity to maximize the chances of ***,the probability of feature selection,regardless of the textures and medical image patterns,is *** process enhances the performance of mL applications for different medical image *** proposed method improves the accuracy,precision,and training rate by 13.19%,10.69%,and 11.06%,respectively,compared to other models for the selected *** mean error and selection time is also reduced by 12.56%and 13.56%,respectively,compared to the same models and dataset.

Prediction of machine failure is challenging as the dataset is often imbalanced with a low failure *** common approach to han-dle classification involving imbalanced data is to balance the data using a sampling approach such as random undersampling,random oversampling,or Synthetic minority Oversampling Technique(SmOTE)*** paper compared the classification performance of three popular classifiers(Logistic Regression,Gaussian Naïve Bayes,and Support Vector machine)in predicting machine failure in the Oil and Gas *** original machine failure dataset consists of 20,473 hourly data and is imbalanced with 19945(97%)‘non-failure’and 528(3%)‘failure data’.The three independent variables to predict machine failure were pressure indicator,flow indicator,and level *** accuracy of the classifiers is very high and close to 100%,but the sensitivity of all classifiers using the original dataset was close to *** performance of the three classifiers was then evaluated for data with different imbalance rates(10%to 50%)generated from the original data using SmOTE,SmOTE-Support Vector machine(SmOTE-SVm)and SmOTE-Edited Nearest Neighbour(SmOTE-ENN).The classifiers were evaluated based on improvement in sensitivity and *** showed that the sensitivity of all classifiers increases as the imbalance rate *** with radial basis function(RBf)kernel has the highest sensitivity when data is balanced(50:50)using SmOTE(Sensitivitytest=0.5686,ftest=0.6927)compared to Naïve Bayes(Sensitivitytest=0.4033,ftest=0.6218)and Logistic Regression(Sensitivitytest=0.4194,ftest=0.621).Overall,the Gaussian Naïve Bayes model consistently improves sensitivity and f-measure as the imbalance ratio increases,but the sensitivity is below 50%.The classifiers performed better when data was balanced using SmOTE-SVm compared to SmOTE and SmOTE-ENN.

Harmony search(HS)is a form of stochastic meta-heuristic inspired by the improvisation process of *** this study,a modified HS with a hybrid cuckoo search(CS)operator,HS-CS,is proposed to enhance global search ability while avoiding falling into local ***,the randomness of the HS pitch disturbance adjusting method is analyzed to generate an adaptive inertia weight according to the quality of solutions in the harmony memory and to reconstruct the fine-tuning bandwidth *** is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of HS algorithm ***,the CS operator is introduced to expand the scope of the solution space and improve the density of the population,which can quickly jump out of the local optimum in the randomly generated harmony and update ***,a dynamic parameter adjustment mechanism is set to improve the efficiency of *** theorems are proved to reveal HS-CS as a global convergence meta-heuristic *** addition,12 benchmark functions are selected for the optimization solution to verify the performance of *** analysis shows that HS-CS is significantly better than other algorithms in optimizing high-dimensional problems with strong robustness,high convergence speed,and high convergence *** further verification,HS-CS is used to optimize the back propagation neural network(BPNN)to extract weighted fuzzy production *** results show that the BPNN optimized by HS-CS can obtain higher classification accuracy of weighted fuzzy production ***,the proposed HS-CS is proved to be effective.

Carbon fiber yarns（CfY） are promising as a new type of flexible building blocks for the construction of flexible architectures for the energy storage applications. The main hurdle with CfY is how to make them high energy and power capable by using economically and environmentally viable materials. Here,we report reduced graphene oxide（r GO） and Prussian blue（PB） coated CfY, derived from a facile electrochemical process at room temperature for supercapacitor electrodes. The PB coated CfY and r GO coated CfY electrodes exhibit the excellent gravimetric capacitance of 339 f/g and 160.2 f/g, respectively, in aqueous KCl electrolyte in three-electrode cell configuration. When we coupled these electrodes inside the flexible plastic tube and separated by the electrolyte wet filter paper in order to construct flexible architecture, the resulting device delivers excellent specific energy of 52.1 Wh/kg and 26.5 Wh/kg with offering specific power of 3100 W/kg and 14400 W/kg respectively, under a wide operating potential of1.8 V with excellent rate capability. The device shows high tolerance towards bending, and retained its efficiency to the capacitance after being bent at an angle of 360° for 200 bending cycles.

Improving oxidative stability of edible oils with nanoencapsulated orange peel extract powder during accelerated shelf life storage

Nanoemulsion systems were employed to encapsulate the orange peel extract obtained from conventional maceration and novel ultrasound assisted extraction *** wall materials maltodextrin(mD),whey protein isolate(WPI)and complex maltodextrin and whey protein isolate(mD/WPI)(1:1)were used in order to enhance the nanoemulsion stability,protect the bioactive core from degradation and control the release of bioactive *** freeze drying technology was then used to obtain powder encapsulates with encapsulation efficiency and loading capacity of mD,WPI and mD/WPI as 89.3,91.2,95.6%and 95.3,94.4 and 93.1%respectively which depicts that encapsulation has taken place *** emulsions obtained were in nanoscale range with average hydrodynamic diameter as 105.0,201.82,215.12 and 298.82 for primary W/O emulsion,mD,WPI and mD/WPI stabilised emulsions *** encapsulates were then incorporated in soyabean and mustard oil at different concentration 100,200 and 300 ppm and compared with free extract and synthetic antioxidant BHT to enhance storage life by controlling the oxidative changes during accelerated shelf life storage at 60o C for 24 *** results obtained concluded that nanoencapsulated extracts performed better in prevention of oxidative indices than the free ***,nanocapsules encapsulated by mD/WPI exhibited higher protection of oils during storage than the maltodextrin and whey protein isolate.

Rare earth element signatures of Paleoproterozoic Sallopat phosphorites of Aravalli Basin,India:implications for diagenetic effects and depositional environment

As a repository of REE,the Paleoproterozoic phosphorite of the Aravalli Basin in India is explored time to *** phosphorite deposits of the Sallopat sub-basin Banswara district of the Aravalli Supergroup show moderate REE concentrations much lower than that of average marine *** ratios and PAAS-normalized REE distribution patterns reflect mREE enrichment over LREE and HREE in these *** enrichment confirmed by(Sm/Yb)Nversus(Sm/Pr)Nrelationship and attributed to the selective uptake by cyanobacteria and mixing of riverine inputs.Y/Ho,La/Ce and Er/Nd ratios confirm that the REE in Sallopat phosphorites might have been affected by the argillaceous terrigenous and plagioclase-rich sediments probably derived from Banded Gneissic *** modeling indicates that REE were concentrated during early diagenetic processes with limited weathering *** negative to low Ce anomaly depicts oxic to sub-oxic conditions of seawater due to oxidation of Ce^(3+)to Ce^(4+)whereas Eu^(3+)reduced to Eu^(2+)indicating positive Euanomaly and reducing conditions as well during the *** anomalies may be due to the stratified restricted marine environment of upwelling and mingling of organic-rich anoxic deep water with oxic upper seawater prior to the formation of phosphorite deposits in the *** of REE in Sallopat phosphorite relies on various physico-chemical *** phosphorites may have been formed in restricted marine water which was influenced by extra clastic sediment input carried out by fluvial systems.
