随着化石燃料的大量使用,全球二氧化碳排放量增加,引起温室效应,对新能源需求也正在增加。在这些清洁,取之不尽的新能源中,风能开始受到重视。风电机组是用于捕获风能并将其转换为电能的重要设备。风电机组的叶片是机组的重要部分,由翼型沿着展向排列组成。每个部分的弦长和桨距角在叶片性能中起着重要作用,弦长和桨距角的值由翼型的升阻比确定。因此,找到合适的升阻比是风电机组达到最佳性能的必要条件。早期的CFD应用程序仅局限于分析。但在现代研究领域中,已经成为优化的工具。这是高性能计算平台的优点和优化分析算法的进步。本文的研究重点是分析摩擦在风力涡轮机叶片上的影响以及如何提高风轮的输出。在研究中,施加在风电叶片上的升阻比用于获得更优的弦长和桨距角,以提高风电机组的整体输出。使用Gluaert方法设计了由4种不同的NACA机翼组成的初步叶片,并对其进行了仿真以获取基本数据。将获得的弦长和桨距角设置为输入参数,升阻比作为目标输出参数,采用单目标优化方法进行优化。散点图和帕累托锋线用于确定优化叶片几何形状的最佳候选弦长和桨距角。该域的设计大都减少了,由于计算限制,仅选择沿叶片弦的5个点来查找全局最优结果。使用风速8m/s,10m/s,12m/s,14m/s和16m/s来比较原始模型和优化后的模型。并分析模型数值模拟中的流量和压力。仿真中使用了 ANSYS 16.0软件。

There is a long ritual of acquired immunity using physical exercise, a balanced diet, and pharmaceutical medication to generate immunity against a particular disease insight into the human body. This paper has extensively reviewed the impact of exercise, daily life practice, food selection, and several other issues to improve the immune system that combat infection. Studying the effect of exercise in varying degrees on the immunity system of humans is well developed and exhibit in this study. It investigates the prevention of pandemics due to herd immunity and finds the perfect amount of exercise to boost immunity to its maximum. Besides the life practice, it is also explored that vaccination can improve and optimize herd immunity.

Leukemia is a kind of blood cancer that damages the cells in the blood and bone marrow of the human *** produces cancerous blood cells that disturb the human’s immune system and significantly affect bone marrow’s production ability to effectively create different types of blood cells like red blood cells(RBCs)and white blood cells(WBC),and *** can be diagnosed manually by taking a complete blood count test of the patient’s blood,from which medical professionals can investigate the signs of leukemia ***,two other methods,microscopic inspection of blood smears and bone marrow aspiration,are also utilized while examining the patient for ***,all these methods are labor-intensive,slow,inaccurate,and require a lot of human experience and *** authors have proposed automated detection systems for leukemia diagnosis to overcome these *** have deployed digital image processing and machine learning algorithms to classify the cells into normal and blast ***,these systems are more efficient,reliable,and fast than previous manual diagnosing ***,more work is required to classify leukemia-affected cells due to the complex characteristics of blood images and leukemia cells having much intra-class variability and inter-class *** this paper,we have proposed a robust automated system to diagnose leukemia and its *** have classified ALL into its sub-types based on FAB classification,i.e.,L1,L2,and L3 types with better *** have achieved 96.06%accuracy for subtypes classification,which is better when compared with the state-of-the-art methodologies.

Effect of taxifolin on cold-shock damages in spermatozoa in rabbits

Objective:To investigate the effect of taxifolin added to rabbit semen on freezing-induced cold-shock damages in ***:Semen was collected from six adult New Zealand rabbits once a week by artificial *** collected semen was pooled at 38℃ and divided into four equal *** were diluted with 0,50,100 and 200μm taxifolin-containing Tris+egg yolk extender at 38℃ and their temperatures were lowered to 4℃.Following equilibration,semen drawn into 0.25 mL straws were frozen in an automatic semen freezing device and stored in liquid nitrogen container at-196℃.Samples were thawed in 38℃ water for 25 s and the analyses of motility,kinematic parameters,morphological deformities,changes in membrane integrity,mitochondrial membrane potential,dead-live ratio,acrosomal damages and as well as oxidative stress analyses were performed in ***:Addition of 50μm taxifolin significantly improved motility(total,progressive,rapid and static),high mitochondrial membrane potential and the ratios of spermatozoa with acrosomal damage compared to the control *** to the control group,malondialdehyde(mDA)levels in the 50 and 100μm taxifolin groups were significantly lower,while the mDA level was high and viable spermatozoa ratio was low in the 200μm taxifolin *** were no significant differences between the groups in terms of kinematic parameters,morphological deformities,membrane integrity and antioxidant ***:The low dose of taxifolin(50μm)has a positive effect and the high dose(200μm)has a negative ***,it is concluded that the addition of low-dose(50μm)taxifolin to the extenders would be a useful additive in reducing cold-shock damage that occurs during freezing of rabbit semen.

A field study was carried out with the objective to determine the effect of various levels of nitrogen on growth, development, yield and yield components of different sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) hybrids i.e. Hysun-33 and S-78 were evaluated under agro-climatic conditions of Sargodha, Pakistan during spring 2013. The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with split plot arrangement having three replications, keeping cultivars in the main plots and N levels in the subplots. The net plot size was 4.2 m × 6 m. The growth parameters such are leaf area, leaf area duration and yield parameters were observed are Days to a thesis, Days to maturity, head diameter (cm), No. of achene’s per head, Achene yield (kg·ha-1) and total dry matter (kg). The results showed that increasing the nitrogen rate also increased the No. of achene’s per head, Achene yield (kg·ha-1) and total dry matter (kg) in S-78 hybrid where the nitrogen application rate was 180 kg·ha-1 as compared to Hysun-33 cultivar.

精益六西格玛成功实施的关键因素一直是国内外研究热点,中国企业亦需要研究其关键成功因素。本文研究了中国企业在实施精益六西格玛关键成功因素,并将这些因素分为最关键,非常关键,关键,不太关键和最不关键5个等级进行归类。本文对中国4家钢铁企业进行了案例研究,研究发现中国企业实施精益六西格玛的关键成功因素与国际企业有所区别,不同因素的重要程度也存在差异,且中国企业实施精益六西格玛处于起步阶段。本文研究成果可为中国企业成功实施精益六西格玛提供借鉴,如可能存在的问题,关键成功因素及改进机会等。未来研究可考虑增加案例研究企业个数。
