Nonlinear evolution equations(NLEEs)are frequently employed to determine the fundamental principles of natural *** equations are studied extensively in nonlinear sciences,ocean physics,fluid dynamics,plasma physics,scientific applications,and marine *** generalized exponen-tial rational function(GERF)technique is used in this article to seek several closed-form wave solutions and the evolving dynamics of different wave profiles to the generalized nonlinear wave equation in(3+1)dimensions,which explains several more nonlinear phenomena in liquids,including gas bubbles.A large number of closed-form wave solutions are generated,including trigonometric function solutions,hyper-bolic trigonometric function solutions,and exponential rational functional *** the dynamics of distinct solitary waves,a variety of soliton solutions are obtained,including single soliton,multi-wave structure soliton,kink-type soliton,combo singular soliton,and singularity-form wave *** de-termined solutions have never previously been *** dynamical wave structures of some analyt-ical solutions are graphically demonstrated using three-dimensional graphics by providing suitable values to free *** technique can also be used to obtain the soliton solutions of other well-known equations in engineering physics,fluid dynamics,and other fields of nonlinear sciences.

The prime objective of this paper is to explore the new exact soliton solutions to the higher-dimensional nonlinear Fokas equation and(2+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equations via a generalized exponential rational function(GERF) method. many different kinds of exact soliton solution are obtained, all of which are completely novel and have never been reported in the literature before. The dynamical behaviors of some obtained exact soliton solutions are also demonstrated by a choice of appropriate values of the free constants that aid in understanding the nonlinear complex phenomena of such equations. These exact soliton solutions are observed in the shapes of different dynamical structures of localized solitary wave solutions, singular-form solitons, single solitons,double solitons, triple solitons, bell-shaped solitons, combo singular solitons, breather-type solitons,elastic interactions between triple solitons and kink waves, and elastic interactions between diverse solitons and kink waves. Because of the reduction in symbolic computation work and the additional constructed closed-form solutions, it is observed that the suggested technique is effective, robust, and straightforward. moreover, several other types of higher-dimensional nonlinear evolution equation can be solved using the powerful GERF technique.

In this article,the fractional diffusion-advection equation with resetting is introduced to promote the theory of anomalous *** fractional equation describes a particle’s non-diffusive motion performing a random walk and is reset to its initial *** analytical method is proposed to obtain the solution of the fractional equation with resetting via Fourier and Laplace *** study the influence of the fractional-order and resetting rate on the probability distributions,and the mean square displacements are analyzed for different cases of anomalous regimes.

In this work, we examine two algorithm schemes, namely, Kudryashov expansion and Auxiliary equation method for obtaining new optical soliton solutions of the discrete electrical lattice models in nonlinear scheme(Salerno equation). Our solutions obtained here are include the hyperbolic, rational, and trigonometric functions. Our two used methods are proved to be effective and powerful methods in obtaining the exact solutions of nonlinear evolution equations(NLEEs).

Role of Program-for-Results Financing System in Infrastructure Sector:Evidence from Egypt and Ethiopia

This study aims are two folds:First is to investigate the role of the World Bank funding through using a novel financing instrument called Program-for-Results(P for R)to strengthen the government programs and second is to assess the P for R programs adopted in countries focusing on the direct effects and the *** Bank currently has three integral financing options to offer client countries:Investment Project Financing supports specific projects and disburses against specific expenditures and transactions,Development Policy Lending supports policy and institutional reforms and provides general budget support,and P for R Financing supports government programs and disburses against *** for the P for R reflect on the new level because disbursements are directly linked to the achievement of measurable and verifiable *** well,the Disbursement-Linked Indicators(DLIs)are used to provide governments with incentives to achieve critical program milestones and enhance the performance of *** study structured based on descriptive and observed the behavior of two countries’government(Egypt and Ethiopia)for using P for R financing loan in a national *** the ground,the field of practices was the main indicator in this stage of the investigation,then one of the P for R programs was compared to observe the effectiveness of this kind of financing system in these two countries specifically in the infrastructure sector,and classifications of DLIs were the main parameter in this *** outcome and the existing literature are analyzed to develop a multibeneficial for country adopting P for R collaborative programs,as they should be applied to mitigate the same challenges and solve the institutional complications for the beneficial countries ***,enhance the profit generated from this kind of program targeting via sustainable management tools.

Immunoglobulin: A Natural Way to Suppress <i>Helicobacter pylori</i>in Humans

The use of immunoglobulin is successfully applied in different areas of research, diagnostics, medical application and biotechnology. Egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY) can successfully compete with immunoglobulin (IgG) produced in the blood of mammals. Recently, successful progresses have been achieved in Japan through industrialization of IgY technology. Using IgY has been shown to provide a safer, more efficient and less expensive method for managing disease-causing pathogens. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), a spiral Gram-negative microaerophilic pathogen, it infects over 50% of the population worldwide, and is recognized as the etiologic agent of gastritis, peptic ulcer, and has been linked to the development of gastric adenocarcinoma and mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. It is found that urease is the most abundant protein of H. pylori. Urease is recognized as an essential factor in the organism colonization of the gastric mucosa. The eradication of H. pylori by administration of oral antimicrobials is not always successful and may be associated with adverse effects. Therefore, several treatment regimens have emerged to cure H. pylori infection. Accordingly, a novel approach in prevention and reduction of H. pylori infection has been reported based on production of urease-specific immunoglobulin that can suppress the bacterial colonization through urease-binding by anti-H. pylori urease IgY (IgY-urease). The use of IgY against a pathogenic factor of H. pylori will be a prudent way to suppress the infection.

The peroxisome proliferator activator receptor-m>γm> (PPAR-m>γm>) remained the most effective target for management of diabetes mellitus. The present work endeavors rational designing new PPAR-m>γm> agonist bearing cyclotriphosphazene and thiazolidine-2,4-dione scaffolds. Thiazolidinedione (TZD) derivatives are the novel class of oral antidiabetic drugs which are selective agonist for the nuclear PPARm>γm> that enhances the transcription of several insulin responsive genes but TZDs are known to cause weight gain, hepatotoxicity and fluid retention. So, cyclotriphosphazene containing thiazolidine-2,4-dione was designed, synthesized as PPARm>γm> agonist. The m>in-vitrom> antidiabetic activity showed that compound 8 has similar activity and exhibited higher glucose uptake in comparison to pioglitazone as reference drugs. This research opened new avenues for smart designing of molecules with high efficiency towards the management of hyperglycemia.

An Easy Way for Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Using mixed Sedative Agents

Objective: We recorded the data of patients performing Percutaneous Nephro-lithotomy (PCNL) under combined spinal anesthesia with sedative mixtures of Ketamine-Propofol (KP) or Fentanyl-Propofol (FP). Background: The PCNL is usually done under General anesthesia (GA);combining spinal anesthesia with a mixture of sedative drugs has shown to provide an optimum intra and post-operative analgesic and sedative response without side effects. Patients and methods: 100 healthy patients were enrolled for PCNL, after stabilization of the sensory block of spinal anesthesia patients were randomized into two groups;Group KP received 1 mg/Kg Ketamine and 1 mg/Kg Propofol diluted in 20 ml syringe given over 30 seconds and Group FP received 1 mic/Kg Fentanyl and 1 mg/Kg Propofol diluted in 20 ml syringe over 30 seconds;both groups will receive increment doses if the patient suffers from anxiety, pain or discomfort. Perioperative Hemodynamic data (HR, SBP, DBP, RR, and SpO2) were recorded;PACU stay time and post operative analgesia time were analyzed. Results: Sedative mixtures of FP and KP provided remarkably deep sedation levels for PCNL procedures under spinal anesthesia. Respiratory depression, hypotension and bradycardia were the major side effects reported in FP group which had mean decrease in RR of 4.63 breath/min (27.49%) with mean 3.77% drop in SpO2 levels. KP group produced significant increase in HR about 7 beats/min without reported side effects. Conclusion: Various sedation techniques may be applicable for PCNL procedures with routine premedication, mixtures of fentanyl-Propofol or Ketamine-Propofol could be used, and KP has advantages of stable hemodynamics, prolonged analgesic response intra and post-operatively with no appreciable side effects and more effective method of sedative mixture.

Anti-Cancer Activity and molecular Docking of Some Pyrano[3,2&#8209;c]quinoline Analogues

Quinoline analogues exhibited diversified biological activities depending on the structure type. A number of natural products with pyrano[3,2-c]quinolone structural motifs and patented chromenes were reported as promising cytotoxic agents. A molecular docking study was employed to investigate the binding and functional properties of 3-amino pyranoquinolinone 2a-c as anti-cancer agents. The three 3-amino pyranoquinolinone 2a-c showed an interesting ability to intercalate the DNA-topoisomerase complex and were able to obtain energetically favorable binding modes (−8.3 - −7.5 kcal/mol). Compound 2c containing butyl chain superiority over the other two compounds 2a-b which appeared to be involved in arene-H interactions with the two dG13 aromatic centers. The butyl chain also appeared to be immersed into a side subpocket formed by the side chains of Asn520 and Glu522 and the backbone amide of Arg503, Gly504, Lys505 and Ile506. Hence, the 3-amino pyranoquinolinone 2c used as starting material to prepare derivatives of pyrano[3,2-c]quinolone containing 1,2,4-triazine ring 4a-b which will enhance the anti-cancer activity. Pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline-2,5-diones 2a-c and 4a-b were evaluated in vitro on cell lines Ehrlich Ascites carcinoma cells (EAC), liver cancer cell line Hep-G2 and breast cancer cell line mCF-7 for the development of novel anticancer agents. The screening results revealed that compounds 4a-b were found most active candidates as anticancer agents.

Role of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-C during Stem Cell Therapy Using Autologous Bone marrow mononuclear Cells in Patients with Lower Limb Lymphedema

Introduction: Vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) is the primary lymphangiogenic factor that stimulates lymphangiogenesis by signaling via specific receptor, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3). This study was conducted to evaluate the change in the level of VEGF-C before and after autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation for treatment of Lower limb lymphedema. Patient and methods: Forty patients with lower limb lymphedema were divided into two groups. Group I included 20 patients with chronic lower limb lymphedema who underwent autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation. Group II included 20 patients with chronic lower limb lymphedema who were exposed only to compression therapy as a control group. VEGF-C level in the diseased limbs was measured in both groups at the beginning of the study then 3 and 6 months respectively. Results: Group I included 20 patients, 8 patients were male (40%) and 12 patients were females (60%) with mean age 29.5 ± 12.15 while group II included 20, 10 patients were male (50%) and 10 patients were females (50%) with mean age 39.5 ± 11.5. In group I, the specimens were taken at 3 and 6 months after transplantation showed a marked decrease in the VEGF-C level with statistically significant p value, 0.02 and 0.001 respectively. In group II the level of VEGF-C after compression therapy alone at 3 and 6 months interval showed fluctuation with statistically non-significant p value, 0.64 and 0.55 respectively. Conclusion: VEGF-C is essential for regulation of lymphangiogenesis. The level of VEGF-C was found elevated in patients with lymphedema and decrease after autologous mononuclear bone marrow cells, however these results were statically non-significant.
