The shape memory behavior of [111]-oriented Ni_（51）Ti_（49）（at.%） single crystals was investigated after stressassisted aging at 500 °C for 1.5 h under a compressive stress of-150 *** was found that a single family of Ni_4Ti_3 precipitates with two crystallographically equivalent variants was formed after aging under compressive *** aging resulted in tensile two-way shape memory effect strain of 1.56% under-5 *** cycling under-600 mPa resulted in a transformation strain of-2.15%,while the subsequent thermal cycling under-5 mPa resulted in a tensile two-way shape memory effect strain of 2.2%.

An Al/SiO_(2)/p-Si(mOS)capacitor with a thick(826Å)interfacial oxide layer(SiO_(2))which is formed by using the thermal oxidation method is fabricated to investigate both frequency and applied bias voltage dependences of real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant(ϵ'andϵ")and electric modulus(m'and m"),loss tangent(tanδ)and ac electrical conductivity(σ_(ac))in a wide frequency range from 1 kHz to 1 mHz at room *** dielectric properties of the mOS capacitor are obtained using the forward and reverse bias capacitance-voltage(C–V)and conductance-voltage(G/ω–V)measurements in the applied bias voltage range 1.4–5.6 *** values ofϵ',ϵ",tanδ,m',m"and σ_(ac) are found to be strong functions of frequency and applied bias voltage in the depletion region due to excess capacitance Cex and conductance G_(ex)/ω especially at low *** experimental results show that the interfacial polarization can occur at low frequencies more easily,consequently contributing to the dispersion inϵ',ϵ",tanδ,m',m"and σ_(ac) values of the mOS *** other reason for dispersion in the dielectric properties may be attributed to a particular density distribution of interface states(Nss)localized at the Si/SiO_(2) interface,as well as space charge carriers and inhomogeneity of interfacial oxide *** increase in conductivity with increasing frequency can be attributed to the hopping type conduction *** can be concluded that theϵ',ϵ",tanδ,m',m"and σ_(ac) values of the Al/SiO_(2)/p-Si(mOS)capacitor are strongly dependent on both the frequency and applied bias voltage especially in the depletion region.

The electronic structures of Ni-Ti shape-memory alloy samples were investigated by X-ray absorption fine structure （XAFS） spectroscopy both experimentally and theoretically. In the experimental section, the samples were measured at low temperature to determine the persistent traces of both preheating process and atomic concentration effects on the crystal and electronic structure by X-ray absorption near-edge structure （XANES） spectroscopy. As a second step, the extended-X-ray absorption fine structure （EXAFS） calculations, which are based on different choices of one electron potentials according to Ti coordinations by using the real space multiple scattering method FEFF 8.2 code, were performed. The crystallographic and electronic structures of the porous Ni-Ti alloys were tested at various temperatures ranging from 5 to 1323 K.

Classification and monitoring of microalgae species in aquatic ecosystems are important for understanding population ***,manual classification of algae is a time-consuming method and requires a lot of effort with expertise due to the large number of families and genera in its *** recognition of microalgae species has become an increasingly important research area in image recognition in recent *** this study,machine learning and deep learning methods were proposed to classify images of 12 different microalgae species in order to successfully classify algae cells.8 Different novel models(mobileNetV3Small-Lr,mobileNetV3Small-Rf,mobileNetV3Small-Xg,mobileNetV3Large-Lr,mobileNetV3Large-Rf,mobileNetV3Large-Xg,mobile-NetV3Small-Improved and mobileNetV3Large-Improved)have been proposed to classify these microalgae *** these proposed model structures,the best classification accuracy rate was 92.22%and the loss rate was 0.72,obtained from the mobileNetV3Large-Improved model *** addition,as a result of the experimental results obtained,metrics such as the confusion matrix,which can meet the experts in the correct diagnosis of microalgae species,were also *** research may in the future open a new avenue for the development of a cost-effective,highly sensitive computer-based system for the use of image analysis and deep learning techniques for the identification and classification of different microalgae.

In this work, the transport and removal of Cr(Ⅵ) were achieved through supported liquid membrane(SLm) by using a 5,17, di-tert-butyl-11,23-bis[(1,4-dioxa-8-azaspiro [4,5]decanyl)methyl]-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxy calix[4]arene carrier, dissolved in 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether *** studied parameters are the solvent effect in the membrane phase, the effect of carrier concentration, and the acid type in the donor *** Celgard 2500 was used as a membrane *** used the Danesi mass transfer model to calculate the permeability coefficients for each studied *** addition, AFm and SEm techniques were used to characterize the surface morphology of the prepared Celgard 2500 membrane that included the calix[4]arene carrier.

Eleven plant species were collected from the vicinity of lead-battery plant in the city of Gaziantep,***,cadmium and copper concentrations in the soil and leaves of plants were determined by atomic absorption ***,Cd and Cu concentrations in the soil samples taken from battery area were found to be in the ranges of 304～602,0.4～0.44 and 31～37 mg·kg-1,*** increased lead concentration up to 2 750 mg·kg-1 was found in the leaves of Eleagnus angustifolia *** lead concentrations in the other plant leaves taken from 50 m around battery factory followed the order Ailanthus altissima>morus sp.>Juglans regia L.>Ficus carica L.>Cydonia oblonga miller>Prunus x domestica *** plants,Populus nigra L.,Eleagnus angustifolia *** Salix *** found useful for Cd,and the plant,Eleagnus angustifolia *** Pb,to be considered as potential ***,leaves of trees and plants taken from the distance of 50 m from battery plant have relatively higher Pb ***,people who and animals which live in this area and benefit from these soil and plants have vital risks.

AIm:To evaluate the long-term results and complications of ahmed glaucoma valve (AGV) implantation in refractory glaucoma.· mETHODS:A retrospective review of 13 patients (13 eyes) with refractory glaucoma who underwent AGV implantation and had a minimum follow-up of 18 months was *** patients underwent a complete ophthalmologic examination and intraocular pressure (IOP) measurement before surgery and at 1 month,3 months,6 months,1 year after surgery and yearly *** and the number of antiglaucoma medications needed were recorded.· RESULTS:mean age was 27.3±16.0 *** eyes (100%) had at least one prior incisional *** follow-up was 61.3±30.8 *** was reduced from a mean of 35.0±7.0mmHg to 18.2±7.9mmHg at 12 months and to 17.0±4.1mmHg at 96 months (P mber of medications from baseline,76.9% patients required additional procedures to achieve the success criteria set by previously published *** most common complications were encapculated cyst formation in eight eyes (61.5%) and tube exposure in four eyes (30.8%).· CONCLUSION:Encapsulated cyst formation was the most common complication which hindered succesful IOP control after AGV implant insertion for refractory *** cyst excision with anti-fibrotic agents,successful IOP reduction was not achieved in 76.9% of the patients without antiglaucoma medication.
