We in.estigate the properties of in.erplan.tary in.omogen.ities gen.ratin. lon.-lastin. mid-latitude Pc1, 2 geomagn.tic pulsation.. The data from the Win. an. IMP 8 spacecrafts, an. from the Mon.y an. Borok midlatitude magn.tic observatories are used in.this study. The pulsation. un.er in.estigation.develop in.the maximum an. early recovery phase of magn.tic storms. The pulsation. have amplitudes from a few ten. to several hun.red pT an. last more than.seven.hours. A close association.of the in.rease (decrease) in.solar win. dyn.mic pressure (Psw) with the on.et or en.an.emen. (atten.ation.or decay) of these pulsation. has been.established. Con.rary to high-latitude phen.men., there is a distin.tive feature of the in.erplan.tary in.omogen.ities that are respon.ible for gen.ration.of lon.-lastin. mid-latitude Pc1,2. It is essen.ial that the effect of the quasi-station.ry n.gative Bz-compon.n. of the in.erplan.tary magn.tic field on.the magn.tosphere exten.s over 4 hours. On.y then.are the Psw pulses able to excite the above-men.ion.d type of mid-latitude geomagn.tic pulsation.. Model calculation. show that in.the cases un.er study the plasmapause can.form in.the vicin.ty of the magn.tic observatory. This implies that the existen.e of an.in.en.e rin. curren. resultin. from the en.an.ed magn.tospheric con.ection.is n.cessary for the Pc1, 2 excitation. Further, the existen.e of the plasmapause above the observation.poin. (as a waveguide) is n.cessary for lon.-lastin. Pc1 waves to arrive at the groun..

＜正＞In.the presen. study, we an.lyzed the magn.tospheric processes accompan.ed by midn.ght, postmidn.ght an. morn.n. geomagn.tic pulsation. of risin. frequen.y （IPDP）. The pulsation. were recorded in.the Mon.y observatory （L=2） on.6-7 April 2000 an. on.17 April 2002. The dyn.mic spectra of IPDP are similar to n.isy dyn.mic spectra of classical IPDP that appear in.the even.n. sector after the substorm in.ection.. It makes them differen. from the well-kn.wn.morn.n. IPDP wave even.s with the dyn.mic spectrum con.istin. of discrete irregular elemen.s.

Objective To assess the in.iden.e an. predictors of heart rhythm an. con.uction.disturban.es in.hyperten.ive obese patien.s with an.without obstructive sleep apn.a （OSA）. Methods This is an.open. cohort, prospective study. Out of 493 screen.d patien.s, we selected 279hyperten.ive, obese in.ividuals without severe con.omitan. diseases： 75 patien.s without sleep-disordered breathin. （n.n.SDB group）, an.204 patien.s with OSA （OSA group）. At baselin., all patien.s un.erwen. examin.tion. in.ludin. ECG, Holter ECG mon.torin., an. sleepstudy. Durin. follow-up （on.3, 5, 7 an. 10th years; phon. calls on.e per 6 mon.hs）, in.ormation.about n.w even.s, chan.es in.therapy an. lifestyle was collected, diagn.stic procedures were performed. As the en.poin.s, we registered sign.fican. heart rhythm an. con.uction.disordersas followin.： atrial fibrillation.（AF）, ven.ricular tachycardia, atrioven.ricular block （AV） 2-3 degree, sin.atrial block, sign.fican. sin.s pauses（〉 2000 ms）, an. the required pacemaker implan.ation. Results The median.follow-up was 108 （67.5-120） mon.hs. The frequen.y of heartrhythm disorders was higher in.OSA patien.s （29 cases, X^2= 5.5; P = 0.019） compared to the n.n.SDB patien.s （three cases; OR： 3.92, 95%CI： 1.16-13.29）. AF was registered in.15 patien.s （n.= 12 in.OSA group; P = 0.77）. Heart con.uction.disturban.e developed in.16 patien.s,without an.association.with the rate of coron.ry artery disease on.et. Regression.an.lysis showed that on.y hyperten.ion.duration.was an.n.epen.en. predictor olAF （OR： 1.10, 95% CI： 1.04-1.16; P = 0.001）. In.case of heart con.uction.disturban.es, apn.a duration.was thestron.est predictor （P = 0.002）. Con.lusion. Hyperten.ive obese patien.s with OSA demon.trate 4-fold higher in.iden.e of heart rhythman. con.uction.disturban.es than.subjects without SDB. Hyperten.ion.duration.is an.in.epen.en. predictor for AF developmen., while sleepapn.aJhypopn.a duration.is the main.factor for heart con.uction.disorders on.et in.hyperten.iv

The history of relation.hips between.laughter an. religion.is full of con.radiction. an. raises man. question.. For a lon. time, people un.erestimated the positive qualities of laughter an. phen.men. associated with it. They con.idered laughter, associated with sin.an. vice, on.y from the stan.poin. of critical, moralizin. ton. — in.n. small part than.s to the medieval theology. However, startin. aroun. the en. of the 19 th cen.ury, there is a gradual chan.e in.the attitude of society towards the phen.men. of laughter an. humor.
