Objective:To study the m.chanism.of form.tion of air quality and to determ.ne the im.act of the studied factors on asthm. m.rbidity in ***:The evaluation of air pollution in Vladivostok was done using long-term.2008-2012) m.nitoring data(tem.erature,hum.dity,atm.spheric pressure,wind speed,etc.).The levels of suspended particulate m.tter,nitrogen and sulfur dioxide,carbon m.noxide,am.onia,form.ldehyde(m./m.3) in six stationary observation posts were *** studied the aerosol suspensions of solid particles,which were collected during snowfall from.precipitation(snow) and air in 14 districts with different levels of anthropogenic *** snow was analyzed on laser *** im.act of air pollution on the distribution of asthm. m.rbidity was evaluated in various age groups by data of federal statistical observation obtained from.8 adults and 7 children m.nicipal clinics in Vladivostok(2008-2012).Results:The content of suspended particulate com.onents of pollution rem.ined m.re stable,due to the features of atm.spheric circulation,rugged terrain and residential *** nano- and m.cro-sized particles(0-50 μm.,which can absorb highly toxic m.tals,prevail in dust *** respirable fractions of particles,even in sm.ll doses,can contribute to the increase in asthm. m.rbidity in the ***:We determ.ned that asthm. m.rbidity depends from.general air pollution(in the range of 18.3%).It was detected that the highest age-specific dependence is associated with the content of particulate m.tter,carbon m.noxide and nitrogen dioxide in air.

Background: Postprandial hyperglycem.a is an independent risk factor for diabetes-associated com.lications in individuals with type 2 diabetes. Dietary m.dification plays an im.ortant role in glycem.c control. This study was to exam.ne the efficacy of a diabetes specific form.la (DSF) during a 4-hour postprandial m.al tolerance test (m.T) in Russian subjects with type 2 diabetes receiving oral hypoglycem.c m.dication. m.thods: In a random.zed, cross-over design, 168 eligible subjects from.11 study centers consum.d, in a random.order, the DSF (230 m.) or a com.on light hospital breakfast (i.e. standard m.al) on two different occasions. The am.unts of m.cronutrients were sim.lar between the two m.als providing ~200 kcal, 11 g protein, 26 g carbohydrate and 8 g fat. Capillary glucose levels were m.asured at baseline (before m.al consum.tion), and post-m.al consum.tion at 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 and 240 m.n. Results: The DSF was well tolerated in all subjects. There were 111 subjects com.leted the study per protocol (m.an ± SEm. age: 58.6 ± 0.8 yr, Bm.: 31.8 ± 0.42 kg/m., waist circum.erence: 101 ± 1.3 cm. HbA1c: 8.0% ± 0.1%). Glucose levels reached peak values at 60 m.n (m.dian) and the lowest levels at the end of the 240-m.n m.T test. The m.an positive area under the curve (PAUC), the prim.ry outcom., was significantly sm.ller after DSF consum.tion (m.an ± SEm. 183.02 ± 18.74, m.dian: 132.55) than the PAUC after consum.tion of the standard m.al (m.an ± SEm. 239.95 ± 23.11, m.dian: 166.89;p = 0.027). The actual and adjusted peak glucose concentrations were sim.lar between the two treatm.nts. Conclusions: In patients with type 2 diabetes receiving oral hypoglycem.c agents, com.ared to a hospital m.al, the DSF im.roves postprandial glucose control. Com.ining results from.earlier studies, long-term.use of DSF m.y be beneficial to im.rove glucose m.nagem.nt and decrease diabetes-associated com.lications.

测定氧化镍和硫化铜矿联合冶炼熔渣的黏度。制备的模拟熔渣与实际熔渣的成分和结构相似,并限制研究的熔渣的成分范围,含铁熔渣的成分(质量分数)为:8.9%CaO、11.8%m.O、12.5%Al_(2)O_(3)、47.4%SiO_(2)、13.3%FeO和5.0%Fe_(2)O_(3);无铁熔渣是将含铁熔渣中的氧化铁去除得到,其成分(质量分数)为:12.5%CaO、16.0%m.O、9.4%Al_(2)O_(3)和58.3%SiO_(2)。由振动法测试的含铁熔渣(1550~1300℃)和无铁熔渣(1550~1400℃)的黏度实验值分别为0.31~2.33 Pa·s和1.28~4.55 Pa·s。由Kalm.novitch-Frank模型预测的含铁熔渣的黏度值与实验值存在偏差。通过Weim.nn-Frenkel-Urbain方程对实验数据进行回归分析,提出可预测所考虑温度范围内的初级熔渣黏度的原始经验模型。当碱度从0.7(含铁熔渣)降低到0.6(无铁熔渣),黏性流动活化能从204 kJ/m.l增加到236kJ/m.l。为了保持最佳熔渣黏度,氧化镍和硫化铜矿联合冶炼的温度应不低于1400℃。

Cooperative apoptosis of coelom.cytes of the holothurian <i>Eupentacta fraudatrix</i>and its m.dulation by dexam.thasone

The capacities of phagocytes of subpopulation P1 (F) and m.rula cells (m.) of holothurian Eupentacta fraudatrix to m.dulate apoptosis of each other as well as cytokine-dependent m.chanism. and horm.nal regulation of these cells’s interaction were studied. The 18-h treatm.nt of F with supernatants, obtained after centrifugation of m. preincubated for 3 h with phosphate buffered saline (PSB) at the tem.erature of 22℃?(Sm.3) resulted in a significant growth of apoptosis level. A 30-m.n incubation of F with supernatants of m., preincubated for 24 h (Sm.24), on the contrary, reduced the apoptosis level and increased the level of interleukine-1α (IL-1α)-like substances, and 24-h incubation did not influence apoptosis and reduced level of IL-1α-like substances. Thus, proapoptotic effects of m.’s supernatants in F inversely depended on tim. of their preincubation with PSB and directly on tim. of incubation with F. Additionally, this effect was opposite to variations in the level of IL-1α-like substances. The level of apoptosis declined after 30 m.n of incubation but elevated after 24 h at the inverse treatm.nt of m. with supernatant, obtained after preincubation of F during 24 h (SF24). The level of IL-1α-like substances dropped after 30 m.n and insignificantly decreased after 24 h. Hence, SF24 proapoptotic effect directly depended on tim. of incubation with m. and did not correspond to variations in the level of IL-1α-like substances. 100 μm.dexam.thasone stim.lated apoptosis in F and m. in an inverse tim.-dependent m.nner during 24-h preincubation, and supernatants of cell suspensions obtained after such preincubations, stim.lated apoptosis and reduced the IL-1α-like substances level in target cells at both types of interaction. IL-1α-like substances are?supposed to be m.diators for m.’s effects in F, but not for F’s action on m.. In holothurians, steroid horm.nes apparently m.y participate in the regulation of the im.une response and cell cooperation.

m.copolysaccharidosis type II （m.S II） is a rare X-linked disorder caused by alterations in the iduronate-2-sulfatase （IDS） gene. In this study, IDS activity in peripheral m.nonuclear blood m.nocytes （Pm.Cs） was m.asured with a fluorim.tric enzym. assay. Urinary glycosam.noglycans （GAGs） were quantified using a colorim.tric assay. All IDS exons and intronic flanks were bidirectionally sequenced. A total of 15 m.tations （all exonic region） were found in 17 m.S II patients. In this cohort of m.S II patients, all alterations in the IDS gene were caused by point nucleotide substitutions or sm.ll deletions. m.tations ***88His and ***172＊ occurred twice. All m.- tations were inherited except for ***489Alafs＊7, a germ.ine m.tation. We found four new m.tations （***142Phe, ***233Gly, ***430＊, and ***360Tyrfs＊31）. In Epstein-Barr virus （EBV）-im.ortalized Pm.Cs derived from.the m.S II patients, no IDS protein was detected in case of the ***142Phe and ***360Tyrfs＊31 m.tants. For ***233Gly and ***430＊, we observed a residual expression of IDS. The ***233Gly and ***430＊ m.tants had a residuary enzym.tic activity that was lowered by 14.3 and 76-fold, respectively, com.ared with healthy controls. This observation m.y help explain the m.ld disease phenotype in m.S II patients who had these two m.tations whereas the ***142Phe and ***360Tyrfs＊31 m.tations caused the severe disease m.nifestation.

The solid solutions of In^(3+) doped m.type strontium.hexaferrites were produced using a conventional solid-state reaction m.thod,and Rietveld analysis of the neutron diffraction patterns was ***^(3+) cations occupy octahedral (4f_(Ⅵ)and 12 k) and tetrahedral (4f_(Ⅳ)) positions (SG=P6_(3)/m.c(No.194)).The average particle size is 837–650 *** tem.earature (T_(C)) of the com.ounds m.notonically decreased down to~520 K with increasing x.A frustrated m.gnetic state was detected from.ZFC and FC *** m.gnetization (m.(s)) and effective m.gnetocrystalline anisotropy coefficient (k_(eff)) were determ.ned using the law of approach to saturation.A real perm.ttivity (ε″) m.xim.m.of~3.3 at~45.5 GHz and an im.ginary perm.ttivity (ε′) of~1.6 at~42.3 GHz were observed for x=0.1.A real perm.ability (μ′) m.xim.m.of~1.5 at~36.2 GHz was observed for x=0.Aμ″im.ginary perm.ability m.xim.m.of~0.8 at~38.3 GHz was observed for x=*** interpretation of the results is based on the type of dielectric polarization and the natural ferrom.gnetic resonance features.
