随着人类进入智能时代,赛博空间、平行世界等概念已无法描述社会发展面临的复杂性。元宇宙带来了生产、娱乐等领域的创新和变革。本文通过对元宇宙内涵的分析,提出将元宇宙视为想象和技术相互作用、相互聚合的一个动态过程而非静态概念。在梳理价值链理论及拉多夫价值链模型的基础上,本文构建了包含感知体验层、网络计算层、平台算法层、内容生态层、经济架构层的元宇宙五层价值链模型,并运用该模型对国内外元宇宙企业的产业布局、发展路径和机遇进行分析,提出促进中国元宇宙产业发展的政策思考。

Background:Psychological stress has been reported to be a potential risk factor for hypertension among females,but it remains unclear whether spousal chronic stress levels alter the risk of hypertension among *** examined the associations between stress within the family and hypertension among married ***:Reproductive-aged women who were planning for pregnancy and their husbands were recruited from the National Free Pre-pregnancy Checkup Projects(NFPCP)across 31 provinces in China in 2016 and *** stress of wives or husbands was measured with a 5-point Likert-type scale,and assessed from three domains:work/life-related stress,economic stress,and overall ***-adjusted logistic regression models were used to assess the associations between stress status and the prevalence of ***:Of 10,027,644 couples,261,098(2.60%)women had *** results showed that higher stress levels among themselves or their husbands were associated with a higher prevalence of hypertension in women(P_(for trend)<0.001).Compared with non-stressed participants,female participants with the highest stress themselves were at a greater risk of hypertension,with adjusted odds ratio(OR)of 1.31(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.25-1.37);and compared with participants whose husbands had no stress,those whose husbands had the highest stress level were at a higher risk of hypertension with adjusted OR of 1.24(95%CI:1.20-1.29).Moreover,compared with non-stressed status for both couples,only-wife-stressed,only-husband-stressed,and both-stressed couples were found to be significantly associated with increased risks of wives’hypertension,with adjusted ORs of 1.28(95%CI:1.25-1.31),1.19(95%CI:1.17-1.21),and 1.28(95%CI:1.26-1.31),***:Moderate to severe stress in both spouses might be associated with female hypertension prevalence,which highlights the importance of paying attention to the psychological stresses of couples within the f

Background The extended-spectrum beta-lactamase （ESBL）-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae has increasingly become a major contributor to nosocomial infections and can exhibit multiple antibiotic *** studies have focused on the resistance genes in ESBL-producing strains,and the resistance-associated genetic environment of non-ESBL-producing strains has been ignored until ***,we investigated the occurrence and characteristics of non-ESBL-producing ***,which potentially carries unexpressed resistance *** *** strains were collected from five medical institutions in China from February 2010 to August *** VITEK-2 ESBL detection system was used as a primary screen to identify the ESBL-producing phenotype,and the three primary types of ESBL-associated genes （CTX,SHV,and TEM） were detected by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） to confirm the strains presenting with a non-ESBL-producing *** expression in the non-ESBL-producing strains was further screened by reverse-transcription PCR （RT-PCR） to validate their transcriptional *** Out of 224 clinically isolated antibiotic-sensitive *** strains with a non-ESBL-producing phenotype,5 （2.2％） were identified to carry inactivated ESBL blaSHV genes with intact upstream promoter regions and resistance gene ***,three of the five antibiotic-sensitive *** strains containing ESBL blaSHV genes still exhibited mRNA transcription of blasHv,while the other two exhibited no mRNA *** These findings suggest that inactivated ESBL genes exist in non-ESBL-producing antibiotic-sensitive *** strains,which have the potential to transform the strain into an ESBL phenotype if an inappropriate application or overdose of antibiotics is implemented during clinical management.

AIM:To investigate the clinical features of the ocular surface in patients with different degrees of ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 122 participants with myopia in Beijing Tongren Hospital from February to June,*** completing the Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)score scale,measurements were taken for refraction,biometric parameters and ocular surface *** prevalence,severity and related parameters of the dry eye among different groups based on axial length(AL)were *** analysis was performed between ocular surface parameters and refraction/biometric measurement ***:Statistically significant differences were observed in refractive error,corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth,and subfoveal choroidal thickness among the groups(all P<0.05).With the increase in AL,the incidence and severity of dry eye increased significantly(P<0.05).Moreover,the tear film break-up time(BUT)shortened(P<0.05),and the corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)points increased significantly(P<0.05).OSDI scores were positively correlated with AL and spherical equivalent(SE;both P<0.05);BUT was negatively correlated with AL,SE,and corneal astigmatism(AST;all P<0.05);Schirmer I test(SIT)results were negatively correlated with AL and SE(both P<0.05).CONCLUSION:AL elongation is a risk factor for dry eye onset in myopic *** longer the AL,the more severe the dry eye is,with the increased CFS spots and tear film ***,SE and AST exhibit negative correlations with dry eye symptom scores and ocular surface parameters.

Spectral compressive imaging has emerged as a powerful technique to collect the 3D spectral information as 2D *** algorithm for restoring the original 3D hyperspectral images(HSIs)from compressive measurements is pivotal in the imaging *** approaches painstakingly designed networks to directly map compressive measurements to HSIs,resulting in the lack of interpretability without exploiting the imaging *** some recent works have introduced the deep unfolding framework for explainable reconstruction,the performance of these methods is still limited by the weak information transmission between iterative *** this paper,we propose a Memory-Augmented deep Unfolding Network,termed MAUN,for explainable and accurate HSI ***,MAUN implements a novel CNN scheme to facilitate a better extrapolation step of the fast iterative shrinkage-thresholding algorithm,introducing an extra momentum incorporation step for each iteration to alleviate the information ***,to exploit the high correlation of intermediate images from neighboring iterations,we customize a cross-stage transformer(CSFormer)as the deep denoiser to simultaneously capture self-similarity from both in-stage and cross-stage features,which is the first attempt to model the long-distance dependencies between iteration *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed MAUN is superior to other state-of-the-art methods both visually and *** code is publicly available at https://***/HuQ1an/MAUN.

Gradient microstructure modification is a cost-efficient strategy for high strength without compromising ductility,which is urgently needed in the fundamental science of engineering *** this study,heterogeneous structures of AZ61 alloy bars with anisotropic gradients(with different grain size distributions from the surface to the center)were observed to exhibit strong strength-ductility synergies under different deformation tem *** results reveal that the grain refinement process under mediumlow temperature deformation conditions(≤350℃)consists of four transition stages along the radial direction,i.e.,twin activations and deformation band formations,dislocation cells and pile-ups,ultrafine sub-grains,and randomly orientated quasi-micron *** deformation temperatures have a great influence on twin activations and deformation band formations,and the high temperature can easily provoke the initiation of non-basal *** deformation bands were determined as a primary nucleation site due to their highly unstable dislocation hindrance *** in combination with the Radial forging(RF)deformation process,the differences of dynamic precipitates can be attributed to microstructural difference and solubility limit of Al at different tem *** summarizing the tensile test results,the sample forged at 350℃exhibited the best strength-ductility synergy,exhibiting the highest elongation(EL)of 23.2%with a 251 MPa yield strength(YS)and 394 MPa ultimate tensile strength(UTS)in center region,and combined with the highest strength value of 256 MPa YS and 420 MPa UTS in the center region,while the EL was slightly degraded to 19.8%.
