古典传统与欧洲人对美洲的早期认知

“古典传统”可理解为从古希腊一直持续到文艺复兴的一种知识体系,其中包括欧洲人观察异域人与物所遵循的基本理念。以“我”为中心的世界观是古典传统的重要组成部分,哥伦布远航美洲之后固存于古典传统的中心主义迅速发酵,欧洲人对美洲的认知无不打上“我”优“他”劣的深刻烙印。这样,他们传递给外界的信息总是由固定模式塑造的美洲,很大程度上讲的是他们“脑海”中早就存在的美洲,而不是现实中的美洲。欧洲人把印第安人身上表现出的某些特性按照自己所需无限夸大,以便“对号入座”他们已经设置好的框架。因此,欧洲人构建的印第安人形象并不能反映所观察对象的真实状况,只是他们虚构或创造出来的,以便为奴役土著人寻求不受到道德谴责的合法理由。追根溯源,这种认知方式只是古典传统中相关知识在新时空下的再现或延展。

Passive radar detects moving targets by Cross Ambiguity Function (CAF), which is based on the cross correlation process of the direct-path signal in reference channel and echo signal in receive channel. Thus, the performance of direct-path signal is important to system performance for this type of radar. While the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) of direct-path signal is low, it will deteriorate the detection performance. In this paper, how SNR of direct-path signal induces degradation on the SNR of CAF, and how the integration gain affects by integration time are analyzed, both with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, which are valuable for the R&D of passive radar.

The ambiguity function of Chinese standard Digital Television Terrestrial Broadcasting (DTTB) signals for passive radar contains one main peak and many side peaks. The side peaks may cause the false alarms. The relative positions and the reasons for the side peaks are analyzed and a new algorithm for side peaks suppression is proposed in this paper. The algorithm, in consideration of the characteristics of the structure of the frame, can eliminate the side peaks completely in the valid Doppler observation interval by setting the reference signals to zero at equal intervals. Both the simulative and experimental results show that this algorithm can improve the performance of target detection of the passive radar based on DTTB signal.

罗伯逊是著名历史学家,在史学研究方法上的确令人称道,但受欧洲中心论的局限,罗伯逊终究难以突破布丰、德波和雷纳尔等人在美洲印第安人研究上设置的藩篱,成为启蒙时代“美洲退化论”的主要代表人物之一。罗伯逊的美洲史研究在他所处时代无疑影响了很多欧洲人美洲观的形成,不乏正面或积极的因素在内,但负面的作用同样显而易见。他从“退化”角度对美洲土著人特性的描述看似无超出布丰等人的独到之处,只是以学界认同的名人身份促使了这种理论的广泛扩散。其实,罗伯逊在研究中没有完全照搬布丰等人的命题,而是在确认美洲土著人体质“退化”的前提下提出了一些令人深思的问题。从《美洲史》整个行文来看,罗伯逊的相关描述充其量只能是“退化论”在欧洲学界的余音而已。

Nitrogen pollution is a serious environmental issue in the Danjiangkou Reservoir region(DRR),the water source of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project of *** this research,seasonal surveys and a bi-weekly time series survey were conducted in the Qihe River Basin,one of the most densely populated agricultural basins in the *** compositions(NO3^-Cl^-),dual isotopes(δD-H2O,δ^18O-H2O,δ^15N-NO3^-,andδ^18O-NO3^-),and a Markov Chain Monte Carlo isotope mixing model were jointly applied to unravel the sources,migrations,and transformations of the nitrate(NO3^-)in the *** was revealed that the mixing between different sources was the main process controlling the isotopic compositions of the riverine NO3the upper-middle *** contrast,denitrification occurred in the lower *** the first time,the sources of NO3^-quantified at a basin scale in the ***,the river transported 484.2 tons/year of NO3^-N to the reservoir,of which 32.6%,36.4%,28.0%,and 3.0%was from soil organic nitrogen,chemical fertilizer,residential sewage and atmospheric precipitation,*** NO3^-N fluxes of the different sources were regulated by the monsoon climate and anthropogenic *** example,high precipitation and intense fertilization resulted in severe nonpoint source *** thrived in soils and reservoirs in wet *** could regulate the migration,nitrification and denitrification *** on the results,we suggest that the management strategies dealing with nitrogen pollution issue in the DRR should follow the specific spatiotemporal characteristics of NO3migration and transformation mechanisms.

The mathematical model of the demander versus supplier has been presented by adopting optimization theories, the economical order quantity (EOQ) and economic production quantity (EPQ) has further been studied. Then under the consideration of Pareto optimization, a joint decision model of price and lead time discount and lot size has been presented. Further more the sensitive analysis of price and lead time discount are analyzed with an empirical example.
