The influence of Al content(0.0053,0.0171,and 0.0578 wt.%)on the modification behavior of non-metallic inclusions in 20CrMoVTiB steel treated with rare earth elements was studied through high-temperature experiments and thermodynamic *** results showed that the modification products varied with the Al content in steel under 0.01 wt.%of Ce *** formation sequence of typical rare earth inclusions in steel with the increase in Al content was Ce_(2)O_(3)→CeAlO_(3)→CeAl_(11)O_(18),and the final stable products were highly Al content *** the Al content was 0.0053 wt.%,the stable phase in steel was Ce2O3;while the[Al]reached 0.0171 wt.%,the stable phase became CeA1O_(3).As the A1 content reached 0.0578 wt.%,CeAl_(11)O_(18) became the stable *** a result,increasing the Al content could inhibit the precipitation of Ce_(2)O_(3) inclusions in steel while promote the formation of CeAIO3 and CeAl_(11)O_(18) *** addition,both Ca treatment and Ce treatment could effectively refine the size of inclusions in steel by changing their ***,the feeding amount of Ca wire into molten steel should be appropriately reduced under the condition of adding Ce simultaneously,which is expected to be beneficial for an improved Ce treatment effect.

Throughout years,the two-step spin-coating process is the most common method to prepare organic lead halide perovskite ***,the short reaction time of dropping the solution at the second step means that PbI2 cannot be completely transformed into perovskite *** solve this problem,we report the introduction of glycine hydrochloride(GlyHCl)into the second step of the two-step spin-coating process to prepare a FA_(0.9)MA_(0.1)PbI_(3-x)%-GlyHCl perovskite material(namely FAMA-x%-GlyHCl,where FA=formamidinium,MA=methylammonium,and x%stands for the molar ratio of GlyHCl added in FA iodide/MA iodide(FAI/MAI)precursor solution).The Cl−ion in GlyHCl assists the formation ofα-phase perovskite,and the-COO−group coordinates with Pb2+cation in a bridging way,making up for the anion vacancy in perovskite lattice and resulting in high absorption *** perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on FAMA-9%-GlyHCl achieve a long carrier lifetime(527.0 ns),a photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.40%and good thermal stability,maintaining 85.8%of the initial PCE after being continuously heated at 60℃for 500 *** study helps to solve the problem of incomplete reaction in the two-step spin-coating process and puts forward a new solution for preparing high coverage perovskite films with large grain size.

The electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)is a promising pathway to generate renewable fuels and ***,its advancement is impeded by the absence of electrocatalysts with both high selectivity and ***,we present a scalable in-situ thermal evaporation technique for synthesizing series of Bi,In,and Sn nanofilms on carbon felt(CF)substrates with a high-aspect-ratio *** resulting main-group metal nanofilms exhibit a homogeneously distributed and highly exposed catalyst surface with ample active sites,thereby promoting mass transport and ad-/desorption of reaction *** from the unique fractal morphology,the Bi nanofilms deposited on CF exhibit optimal catalytic activities for CO_(2)electroreduction among the designed metal nanofilms electrodes,with the highest Faradaic efficiency of 96.9%for formate production at−1.3 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)in *** an industrially relevant current density of 221.4 mA·cm−2 in flow cells,the Bi nanofilms retain a high Faradaic efficiency of 81.7%at−1.1 V(***)and a good long-term stability for formate ***,a techno-economic analysis(TEA)model shows the potential commercial viability of electrocatalytic CO_(2)conversion into formate using the Bi nanofilms *** results offer a green and convenient approach for in-situ fabrication of stable and inexpensive thin-film catalysts with a fractal structure applicable to various industrial settings.

Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1 protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1 bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1 beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1,10,and 1 copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results for<10 CFU/mL pathogens in the blood within 4 h,with higher sensitivity than qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.839,0.815,and 0.856,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion An M-RAP assay for SA,PA,and AB in blood samples utilizing M1 bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.

Quasi-two-dimensional(Q-2D)perovskite exhibits exceptional photoelectric properties and demonstrates reduced ion migration compared to 3D perovskite,making it a promising material for the fabrication of highly sensitive and stable X-ray ***,achieving high-quality perovskite films with sufficient thickness for efficient X-ray absorption remains ***,we present a novel approach to regulate the growth of Q-2D perovskite crystals in a mixed atmosphere comprising methylamine(CH3NH2,MA)and ammonia(NH3),resulting in the successful fabrication of high-quality films with a thickness of hundreds of ***,we build a heterojunction X-ray detector by incorporating the perovskite layer with titanium dioxide(TiO2).The precise regulation of perovskite crystal growth and the meticulous design of the device structure synergistically enhance the resistivity and carrier transport properties of the X-ray detector,resulting in an ultrahigh sensitivity(29721.4μC Gyair−1 cm−2)for low-dimensional perovskite X-ray detectors and a low detection limit of 20.9 nGyair s−*** have further demonstrated a flat panel X-ray imager(FPXI)showing a high spatial resolution of 3.6 lpmm−1 and outstanding X-ray imaging capability under low X-ray *** work presents an effective methodology for achieving high-performance Q-2D perovskite FPXIs that holds great promise for various applications in imaging technology.

目的探讨静脉滴注氨溴索联合振动排痰机治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）的临床疗效. 方法选取本院重症医学科中行机械通气合并VAP患者96例,随机分为3组,每组32例.3组均予抗炎、吸痰、气道湿化、营养支持等常规治疗,对照组只接受常规治疗,氨溴索组在常规治疗基础上,辅以氨溴索30 mg加入生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,3次/d,氨溴索＋排痰机组在氨溴索治疗基础上隔天采用美国G5振动排痰机行叩振排痰2次/d. 结果 3组患者在治疗前后急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统（APACHEⅡ）（F=5.736,P＜0.05）、氧合指数（PaO2）/FiO2（F=9.432,P＜0.05）、呼吸频率（F=6.361,P＜0.05）和心率（F=5.862,P＜0.05）值比较差异均有统计学意义.治疗后,上述各项指标APACHEⅡ（F=4.674,P＜0.05）、PaO2/FiO2（F=8.665,P＜0.05）、呼吸频率（F=7.351,P＜0.05）和心率（F=6.562,P＜0.05）组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义.治疗后3组临床有效率分别为71.9％、84.4％、93.8％,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注联合振动排痰机治疗VAP效果显著,明显优于单一应用氨溴索静脉滴注.

Developing hydroscopic actuators with simultaneous high elasticity,shape programmability and tunable actuating behaviors are highly desired but still *** this study,we propose an orthogonal composite design to develop such a *** developed composite elastomer comprises carboxyl group-grafted polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene-co-butylene)-block-polystyrene(SEBS-g-COOH)as the elastic substrate,and a synthesized azobenzene derivative as the functional filler(Azo12).By surface treatment using acidic and base solutions,the carboxyl groups on the surface can reversibly transform into carboxylate groups,which render the composite tunable hygroscopic actuating *** another aspect,the added filler undergoes trans-to-cis isomerization when exposed to UV light irradiation,leading to liquefaction of the crystalline aggregates formed by Azo12 *** liquefied Azo12 molecules can autonomously resotre their trans form and reform the crystalline *** reversible change in crystralline structure is utilized to realize the shape memory property,and 5 wt%of Azo12addition is adequate for the composite to exhibit photo-responsive shape memory behavior without compromising much of the *** regualtion of external geometry by shape memory effect is effective in altering the actuating *** proposed method can be extend to designing different composites with the demonstrated functionalities.

Macroscopic model and statistical model to characterize electromagnetic information of a digital coding metasurface

A digital coding metasurface is a platform connecting the digital space and electromagnetic wave space, and has therefore gained much attention due to its intriguing value in reshaping wireless channels and realizing new communication architectures. Correspondingly, there is an urgent need for electromagnetic information theory that reveals the upper limit of communication capacity and supports the accurate design of metasurface-based communication systems. To this end, we propose a macroscopic model and a statistical model of the digital coding metasurface. The macroscopic model uniformly accommodates both digital and electromagnetic aspects of the meta-atoms and predicts all possible scattered fields of the digital coding metasurface based on a small number of simulations or measurements. Full-wave simulations and experimental results show that the macroscopic model is feasible and accurate. A statistical model is further proposed to correlate the mutual coupling between meta-atoms with covariance and to calculate the entropy of the equivalent currents of digital coding metasurface. These two models can help reconfigurable intelligent surfaces achieve more accurate beamforming and channel estimation, and thus improve signal power and coverage. Moreover, the models will encourage the creation of a precoding codebook in metasurface-based direct digital modulation systems, with the aim of approaching the upper limit of channel capacity. With these two models, the concepts of current space and current entropy, as well as the analysis of information loss from the coding space to wave space, is established for the first time, helping to bridge the gap between the digital world and the physical world, and advancing developments of electromagnetic information theory and new-architecture wireless systems.

The slow phase transformation of microalloyed dual phase steel makes the nonuniform stress and temperature fields during the post rolling cooling process have a significant impact on the phase transformation *** the relatively slow phase transformation of DP780 steel within the microalloyed dual phase steel series,the influence of stress on the phase transformation behavior of DP780 steel was *** quantify the nonuniform thermal and stress conditions in the steel coil,a thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of the hot-rolled strip cooling process was *** on the simulation data,DP780 steel was chosen as the research material,and Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation equipment was used for experimental *** thermal expansion curves were analyzed through regression to establish the dynamic model of DP780 steel phase transformation under ***,metallographic analysis was conducted to determine phase transformation type and grain size of DP780 *** results confirmed that the stress promotes the occurrence of semi-diffusion-type bainite ***,an appropriate level of stress facilitates the growth of bainitic grains,while the increased stress inhibits the growth of ferritic grains.
