Introduction: Wise prescription of antibiotics is an ethical duty of physicians in view of rising.antimicrobial resistance in the community, it should be balanced between the health requirements of the patients and resulting.long.term antibiotics resistance. Overuse of antimicrobials is a major cause of emerg.ng.resistance to antimicrobials. There are multiple factors in the community that influence the physician’s antibiotic prescriptions. Methods: This is a systematic case-control study on antibiotics prescription for paediatric patients attending.Latifa Hospital for Women and Children (LWCH), Dubai Health Authority, to know the effects of behavioral interventions on rates of inappropriate antimicrobials prescription by doctors in the Paediatric Emerg.ncy Department. Results: The results of our study showed the effectiveness of behavioral insig.ts by peer comparison in antibiotic use among.paediatricians in Latifa Hospital had a statistical sig.ificance (P = 0.0038). The rate of the prescription decreased from 41% to 21%, a difference of 20%. Conclusion: The study concluded behavioural intervention is an effective measure in reducing.the improper prescription of antibiotics in the hospital setting.

Despite modern medicine’s advancements,ag.-related neurolog.cal diseases like Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease remain challeng.ng.due to hig. costs,side effects,and limited accessibility.Ayurveda,a traditional Indian medicine system,offers Kadha tea as a potential herbal option.This review explores Kadha’s components(basil(Ocimum basilicum L.),black pepper(Piper nig.um L.),Cinnamon(Cinnamomum verum J.Presl),g.ng.r(Zing.ber officinale Roscoe),and raisin(Vitis vinifera L.))and their interaction with various neurolog.cal disorders.Studies sug.est Kadha exhibits anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and antiviral properties,potentially impacting.Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,neurotoxicity,neuroinflammation,and brain trauma.By focusing.on specific disease mechanisms and Kadha’s interg.ade effects,this review aims to elucidate its potential role in manag.ng.ag.-related neurolog.cal disorders.

The Use of Art Therapy in Alleviating.Mental Health Symptoms in Refug.es: A Literature Review

There are over thirty million refug.es g.obally with severe experiences of trauma.Art therapy intervention allows for nonverbal expression and could alleviate mental health symptomatolog. among.refug.es.The present review’s aim was to integ.ate and summarize the previous research which examined the effects of visual arts on alleviating.psycholog.cal conditions of refug.es.However,due to the paucity of studies which solely used visual arts,we included studies that used visual arts along.ide other modalities as part of an expressive arts therapy intervention.The present review synthesizes studies that examined the effect of art therapy on mental health issues of refug.es from January 2000 to March 2021.Seven studies(child and adolescent sample,N=5 and adult sample,N=2)with a total of 298 refug.e participants(n=298)met our inclusion criteria.The participants were from the Middle East and North Africa(MENA),Southeast Asia,and Europe.We found three commonly reported mental health disorders,namely Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD),anxiety,and Major Depression Disorder.The research hig.lig.ts how art therapy interventions could be a g.eat starting.point to alleviate symptomatolog. among.refu-g.es.Four additional benefits of art therapy which were commonly reported across the seven studies emerg.d from this review:working.with traumatic experience/loss,rebuilding.social connection and trust,nonverbal com-munication and self-expression of loss and trauma,and retelling.stories.Art therapy interventions could be used as a starting.point in the healing.process of traumatized refug.es to encourag. verbal articulation of their feeling. and reduce mental health symptoms.Despite these promising.inding.,due to a dearth of robust methodolog.es,further research is required to assess the long.term effectiveness of art therapy.

Backg.ound:Nicotine administration can g.nerate severe oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation.Royal jelly,with its antioxidant properties,acts as a scaveng.r of reactive oxyg.n species.This study describes the apitherapy effects of royal jelly on testicular damag. following.nicotine administration.Methods:Forty-eig.t male BALB/c mice were divided into 8 g.oups(n=6):saline,3 different doses of royal jelly(100,150,and 200 mg.kg.body weig.t(BW)per day),nicotine(1.5 mg.kg.,and 3 different g.oups of Nic+Roy(1.5 mg.kg.of Nic+100,150,and 200 mg.kg.BW per day of royal jelly).Nicotine was administrated intraperitoneally,and royal jelly was prescribed orally for 10 consecutive days.Serum levels of hormones(testosterone,luteinizing.hormone,and follicle-stimulating.hormone),total antioxidant capacity,nitric oxide(NO)status,malondialdehyde levels,sperm DNA frag.entation,sperm parameters,histopatholog.cal chang.s(H&E staining.,immunohistochemistry ag.inst apoptotic proteins,and g.ne expression of Bcl-2,p53,Caspase-3,and Nrf2(real-time PCR)were assessed to evaluate the molecular and histolog.cal chang.s.Results:Hormone levels,sperm parameters,and status of antioxidants were decreased sig.ificantly(pg.nicotine administration.Moreover,royal jelly treatment normalized hormonal and antioxidant characteristics,decreased apoptotic g.ne expression,increased Nfr2 g.ne expression,and restored histopatholog.cal alteration to the physiolog.cal status sig.ificantly(pg.lates the antioxidant status,inhibits the mitochondrialdependent apoptosis pathway,and increases the rate of proliferation.This therapeutic ag.nt effectively protected the testis ag.inst nicotine-associated damag.s by antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects.

The present work investig.tes the effect of hig. praseodymium oxide(Pr6O11)content on the microstructure and phase formation of mullite(3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))precursor by means of the spark plasma sintering.process.30 wt%Pr6O11was added to a mullite precursor consisting.of aluminum nitrate nonahydrate and tetraethyl orthosilicate throug. a hig. energ. mixer mill in ethanol media.The spark plasma sintering.was performed at a te mperature of 1200℃under 23 Pa vacuum co nditions by applying.initial and final pressure of 10 and 30 MPa,respectively.XRD analysis confirms the existence of mullite,alumina,Pr6O11,Pr2O3and quartz as the only crystalline phases.FESEM imag.s reveal an interesting.deposition of hexag.nal-shaped Al_(2)O_(3)particles on polished surfaces and complex oxide phases of the fiber network adhering.to alumina particles in the form of tails seen on the fracture surfaces.Moreover,the bending.streng.h of 213±21 MPa,Vickers hardness of 9.3±0.1 MPa and fracture toug.ness of6.21±0.12 MPa·m1/2are obtained for the prepared composite.

Prediction of indoor airflow distribution often relies on hig.-fidelity,computationally intensive computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations.Artificial intellig.nce(Al)models trained by CFD data can be used for fast and accurate prediction of indoor airflow,but current methods have limitations,such as only predicting.limited outputs rather than the entire flow field.Furthermore,conventional Al models are not always desig.ed to predict different outputs based on a continuous input rang.,and instead make predictions for one or a few discrete inputs.This work addresses these g.ps using.a conditional g.nerative adversarial network(Cg.N)model approach,which is inspired by current state-of-the-art Al for synthetic imag. g.neration.We create a new Boundary Condition Cg.N(BC-Cg.N)model by extending.the orig.nal Cg.N model to g.nerate 2D airflow distribution imag.s based on a continuous input parameter,such as a boundary condition.Additionally,we desig. a novel feature-driven alg.rithm to strateg.cally g.nerate training.data,with the g.al of minimizing.the amount of computationally expensive data while ensuring.training.quality of the Al model.The BC-Cg.N model is evaluated for two benchmark airflow cases:an isothermal lid-driven cavity flow and a non-isothermal mixed convection flow with a heated box.We also investig.te the performance of the BC-Cg.N models when training.is stopped based on different levels of validation error criteria.The results show that the trained BC-Cg.N model can predict the 2D distribution of velocity and temperature with less than 5%relative error and up to about 75,ooo times faster when compared to reference CFD simulations.The proposed feature-driven alg.rithm shows potential for reducing.the amount of data and epochs required to train the Al models while maintaining.prediction accuracy,particularly when the flow chang.s non-linearlywith respectto an input.

This paper proposes a novel approach for physical human-robot interactions(pHRI), where a robot provides g.idance forces to a user based on the user performance. This framework tunes the forces in reg.rds to behavior of each user in coping.with different tasks, where lower performance results in hig.er intervention from the robot. This personalized physical human-robot interaction(p2HRI) method incorporates adaptive modeling.of the interaction between the human and the robot as well as learning.from demonstration(LfD) techniques to adapt to the users' performance. This approach is based on model predictive control where the system optimizes the rendered forces by predicting.the performance of the user. Moreover, continuous learning.of the user behavior is added so that the models and personalized considerations are updated based on the chang. of user performance over time. Applying.this framework to a field such as haptic g.idance for skill improvement, allows a more personalized learning.experience where the interaction between the robot as the intellig.nt tutor and the student as the user,is better adjusted based on the skill level of the individual and their g.adual improvement. The results sug.est that the precision of the model of the interaction is improved using.this proposed method,and the addition of the considered personalized factors to a more adaptive strateg. for rendering.of g.idance forces.

In this research,an eco-friendly mag.etic adsorbent based on Fe_(3)O_(4)/salicylic acid nanocomposite was fabricated using.a facile one-pot co-precipitation method.The crystalline and morpholog.cal characterization of the prepared nanocomposite was performed by field emission scanning.electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The nanocomposite was employed as a mag.etic solid-phase extraction ag.nt for separation of Cd(II)ions from synthetic solutions.Some experimental factors affecting.the extraction efficiency were investig.ted and optimized.Following.elution with acetic acid(pH 3.5),the pre-concentrated analyte was quantified by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.In optimal conditions,a linear calibration g.aph was achieved in the concentration rang. of 0.2–30 ng.mL^(−1) with a determination coefficient(R^(2))of 0.9953.The detection limit,the enhancement factor,inter-and intra-day relative standard deviations(for six consecutive extractions at the concentration level of 10 ng.mL^(−1))were 0.04 ng.mL^(−1),100,2.38%and 1.52%,respectively.To evaluate the accuracy of the method,a certified reference material(NIST SRM 1643e)was analyzed,and there was a g.od ag.eement between the certified and the measured values.It was successfully utilized to determine cadmium in industrial wastewater samples and the attained relative recovery values were between 96.8%and 103.2%.

This paper presents a novel optimization technique for an efficient multi-fidelity model building.approach to reduce computational costs for handling.aerodynamic shape optimization based on hig.-fidelity simulation models. The wing.aerodynamic shape optimization problem is solved by dividing.optimization into three steps—modeling.3D（hig.-fidelity） and 2D（lowfidelity） models, building.g.obal meta-models from prominent instead of all variables, and determining.robust optimizing.shape associated with tuning.local meta-models. The adaptive robust desig. optimization aims to modify the shape optimization process. The sufficient infilling.strateg.—known as adaptive uniform infilling.strateg.—determines search space dimensions based on the last optimization results or initial point. Following.this, 3D model simulations are used to tune local meta-models. Finally, the g.obal optimization g.adient-based method—Adaptive Filter Sequential Quadratic Prog.aming.AFSQP） is utilized to search the neig.borhood for a probable optimum point. The effectiveness of the proposed method is investig.ted by applying.it, along.with conventional optimization approach-based meta-models, to a Blended Wing.Body（BWB） Unmanned Aerial Vehicle（UAV）. The drag.coefficient is defined as the objective function, which is subjected to minimum lift coefficient bounds and stability constraints. The simulation results indicate improvement in meta-model accuracy and reduction in computational time of the method introduced in this paper.

In addition to the effect that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the physical and mental health of individuals,it has also led to a chang. in the mental and emotional state of many employees.Especially among.businesses and private companies,which faced many restrictions due to the special conditions of the pandemic.Therefore,the present study aimed to desig. an artificial neural network with MLP technique to analyze the relationship between demog.aphic variables,resilience,COVID-19 and burnout in start-ups in Iran.The research method was quantitative.Manag.rs and employees of start-ups formed the statistical population of the study,based on the statistical sample size of the unlimited community,384 of them were tested.For data g.thering.standard questionnaires include of MBI-g. and BRCS and researcher-made questionnaire of stress caused by COVID-19 were used.The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by a panel of experts and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.The number of neurons in the input layer was equal to 10,the number of neurons in the 1st hidden layer was equal to 7,the number of neurons in the output layer was equal to 1,and the number of epochs was equal to 500.70%of the data were used for training.and 30%for testing.In the desig.ed artificial neural network,all experiment data except one were correctly predicted and the obtained MAE error was less than 0.012%.Finally,he precision and correction of the presented model was confirmed by the obtained results.
