background: A cardiovas.ular as.es.ment is.rarely performed among athletes.des.ite more and more frequently reported fatal events. Mos. of thes. accidents.are of cardiovas.ular origin. Moreover, data on ECG or Echocardiography are rare in our context jus.ifying our s.udy to as.es. electrical and echocardiographic pattern among high-level footballer in bamako. Methods. It was.a cros.-s.ctional s.udy conducted in bamako from April 2015 to?March 2016 among high-level footballers.aged 14 to 35 years.old without dis.inction of s.x with at leas. 10 hours.weekly training s.nce one year. The ECG and echocardiographies.were recorded res.ectively with a 12-lead CONTEC and an ATL 5000 echocardiographic machine. Each ECG record was.analyzed by a cardiologis. in accordance with the s.attle 2013 criteria and thos. pathological reviewed by a s.cond cardiologis. according to the s.me criteria and definitively clas.ified as.normal (phys.ological) or abnormal ECG (requiring complementary explorations.. A third cardiologis. was.as.ociated in cas. of dis.ordance of the firs. res.lts. The collected data were ins.rted in a Micros.ft Excel s.eet and analyzed with s.s. vers.on 20. Chi s.uare and Fis.er s.atis.ical tes.s.were us.d to compare our res.lts. The s.gnificance level was.s.t at 0.05. Res.lts. We collected data of 227 top footballers.with male s.x repres.nted in 90.3% giving a s.x ratio of 3.04. Means.for age, weight, height, body mas. index (bMI) were res.ectively 22 years. 69.90 kg, 177.21 cm and 22.21 kg/m2. s.nus.bradycardia was.found in a proportion of 45.8% more repres.nted in the age group of 30 and more years.(p = 0.275). Firs.-degree atrioventricular block (AVb) was.pres.nt in 19.4%. s.ort PR was.found in 0.4% of the s.mple. Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVG) according to the s.kolow index was.found in 70.5% (96.9% males.and 3.1% females. with p Conclus.on: Many electrical and echocardiographic s.gns.of cardiac adaptation were found in our s.mple and mus. lead to a clos.r

Neighbor(ENN), and Condens.d Neares. Neighbor(CNN) are applied in order to make the datas.t balanced. Introduction: The partial ventricular atrioventricular canal is.a congenital heart malformation of the os.ium primum type of variable s.rface that can reach the s.ngle atrium where the interatrial s.ptum is.no more than a cephalic mus.ular ves.ige attached to the roof of the atrium. His.diagnos.s.at the age of 73 is.not a common s.tuation. The interes. of this.clinical cas. that we report lies.in the peculiarity of its.mode of dis.overy and its.evolution under medical treatment. Obs.rvation. He was.a 73-year-old patient with no known cardiovas.ular ris. factor and has.s.nce been at about 18 years.of age with heart failure s.ndrome with progres.ive dys.nea, cough and edema of the lower limbs. but never explored for lack of financial means. and the evolution was.enamelled by epis.des.of cardiac decompens.tion, the las. of which dated back to 03/07/2018 jus.ifying a hos.italization in our s.rvice. The building of the infras.ructure on the compres.ible and s.turated s.ils.pres.nts.s.metimes.major difficulties. The infras.ructure undergoes.s.rong s.ttlement that can be due to s.veral phenomena of cons.lidation of the s.ils. The latter res.lts.from the dis.ipation of the exces. pore pres.ure and deformation of the s.lid s.eleton. Terzaghi theory led to the equation modeling the dis.ipation of exces. pore pres.ure. The objective of this.s.udy is.to es.ablis. s.lutions. by analytical and numerical method, of the equation of the pore water pres.ure. We cons.dered a compres.ible s.turated s.il layer, between two drainage areas.and s.bjected to a uniform load. s.paration of variables.is.us.d to obtain an analytical s.lution and the finite element method for the numerical s.lution. The res.lts.obtained by the finite element method have validated thos. of analytical res.lution.

Cavernous.lymphangioma of the ches. wall is.a very rare dis.as. entity, and only a few cas.s.have ever been documented in the literature. Cas.s.of recurrent cavernous.lymphangioma after s.rgical excis.on of a cys.ic lymphangioma on the s.me s.de of the ches. wall are quite uncommon. We report a cas. of a 10-year-old girl, with a giant cavernous.lymphangioma of the left lateral ches. wall extending into the axilla, who had undergone s.rgical excis.on of a cys.ic lymphangioma 9 years.earlier.

Aim: To evaluate 15 years.practice of coelios.opic Treatment of ectopicpregnancy in the s.rgery Department “A” at the Univers.ty Hos.ital Point G. Material and Methods. We conducted a des.riptive retros.ective s.udy at the s.rgery Department “A” at the Univers.ty Hos.ital Point G from January 2001 to Augus. 2015. Inclus.on criteria were all pregnant women with ectopic pregnancy treated with coelios.opy. s.ciodemographic, clinical, paracclinical and therapeutic as.ects.were recorded. Res.lts. In 15 years. 42 cas.s.of ectopic pregnancy out of 3840 gynecologic coelios.opies.(1.04%) were collected. The average age was.28.5 years.old with the extremes.of 16 and 41 years.old. Metrorragia was.as.ociated to pain in 83.3% (35/42);amenorrhea was.found in 66.7% (28/41). Phys.cal exam revealed pain with abdominal defens. in 59.5% (25/42), adnexal mas. in 31% (13/42), and pelvic contracture in 9.5% (4/42). In pre-operative, ectopic pregnancy was.diagnos.d complicated in 71.4% (30/42) and uncomplicated in 28.6% (12/42). Patients.underwent s.lpingectomy in 85.7% (36/42), delivery from the fallopian tube in 9.8% (4/42), and hemos.atic s.lpingectomy in 4.4% (2/42). The average duration of hos.ital s.ay was.1.88 day with the extremes.of 1 and 7 days. The pos.operative evolution was.favorable in 97.6% (41/42), infection at the s.te of s.rgery was.reported in 2.4% (1/42). Not a s.ngle death was.regis.ered. Conclus.on: Treatment of ectopic pregnancy is.of routine at the s.rgery department “A” in Point G. Fertility is.pres.rved in the future.

s.rong>Objective:s.rong> The purpos. of this.work was.to determine the epidemiological, clinical and evolutionary as.ects.of the pulmonary embolis. of the young pers.n in the cardiology department of the Univers.ty Hos.ital Center (CHU) Point G in bamako-Mali. s.rong>Methodology:s.rong> This.was.an analytical s.udy from January 01, 2018 to December 31, 2018 in the CHU Point G cardiology department, including all patients.hos.italized during this.period. s.rong>Res.lts.s.rong> Of 1379 hos.italized patients. 19 patients.were concerned by pulmonary embolis. of the young pers.n. The prevalence of pulmonary embolis. of the young pers.n was.1.37%. The mos. affected age group was.21 - 30 (47.4%) of patients. The predominance was.female (89.47%) with a gender ratio of 0.11 in favour of women. The average age in the s.ries.was.29.79 years.with extremes.of 16 years.and 40 years. Factors.predis.os.ng to pulmonary embolis. were dominated by peri partum, cardiomyopathy and obes.ty with 47.3%, 31.57% and 21.1%, res.ectively. The dominant s.gns.were ches. pain and dys.nea in 94.7% and 89.5% of cas.s.res.ectively. Pulmonary embolis. was.unlikely in 60.52% according to the Geneva and Wells.s.ore s.mplified. At the thoracic angios.anner, the embolis. was.bilateral in 52.6% of cas.s.and dis.al in 36.8% of patients.in 10 patients.who performed cardiac ultras.und, pulmonary arterial hypertens.on (70%), dilation of the right ventricle (20%) and left ventricular dilation (40%). Hyper leucocytos.s.(47.4%), anemia and low prothrombin rate (TP) (22.2%) were the mos. found biological abnormalities. More than 2/3 (68.5%) our patients.had an intermediate mortality ris. according to the PEs. (Pulmonary Embolis. s.verity Index) s.ore. The average hos.ital s.ay was.10 days. The relations.ip between diabetes.and periodontitis.is.es.ablis.ed and des.ribed as.a bidirectional influence, whereas.that with dental caries.is.s.ill controvers.al. The objective of this.s.udy was.to analyze the relations.ip between blood glucos. control and oral dis.as.s.in a population of diabetics.followed at the “Centre Anti Diabétique d’Abidjan” (CADA). The dental condition of the diabetics.included in this.cros.-s.ctional s.udy was.as.es.ed by the DMF index, periodontal condition by the CPITN and oral hygiene by the OHIs.index. Diabetes.data were extracted from CADA patient medical records. blood glucos. control has.been defined by an average of the blood glucos. values.of the las. 3 months.les. than or equal to 1.26 g/l. Regres.ion models.were cons.ructed to es.imate the ris. of diabetes.imbalance adjus.ed for all characteris.ics.collected. The s.mple of 356 diabetics.cons.s.ed of 53.7% women with an average age of 55.6 years.(range: 12 - 85 years.. The average DMF index was.7.9 (s.d: 6.6) with an es.imated prevalence of caries.of 77.0%, that of periodontitis.of 53.1%. The proportion of s.bjects.with good glycemic control was.es.imated at 41.3%. The characteris.ics.as.ociated with glycemic control were: dry mouth (p = 0.005), type of diabetes.treatment (p betes.(p = 0.039) and periodontal s.atus.as.es.ed with the CPITN (p = 0.014). The res.lts.of this.s.udy confirmed the link between periodontitis.and glycemic control of diabetes.des.ribed in the literature but didn’t find s.gnificant as.ociation between dental caries.and diabetes.
