纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)是纤维素的衍生物,具有纳米材料特性和手性光学特性。为了提高CNC薄膜的力学性能和湿度响应,本研究以多羟基结构的D-木糖和木糖醇为增塑剂和湿敏剂,与CNC悬浮液共混,通过蒸发诱导自组装,制备可湿度响应的强韧CNC复合膜。结果表明:D-木糖和木糖醇添加量为45%的复合膜,其断裂伸长率分别为12.6%和19.15%,是CNC膜的14.8倍和22.5倍;拉伸强度分别增大至86.58MPa和145.9MPa,是CNC膜的1.3倍和2.3倍;随着D-木糖和木糖醇含量的增加,复合膜的结构色逐渐红移,反射波长增大;添加木糖醇的CNC/X薄膜的湿度响应反射波长最大,响应灵敏性最佳。因此,CNC结构色薄膜在智能响应、传感检测等方面具有巨大的应用潜力。

色彩学课程是印刷与包装专业研究生阶段的专业必修课,对学生起着构建专业的底色作用。随着近年来产业升级、学科调整以及导师学术背景变化,原课程内容与学科发展不再完全适配。根据教育部发布的研究生分类培养指导意见,学科要求制定专业课程的分类教学方案。基于此,原色彩学课程演进为两个模块:模块一同时面向两类学生,内容为原色彩学中色度学、光度学基础,模块二则区分学术型与专业型研究生,分别以“光谱分析”和“色彩管理”作为各自核心内容。本文阐明了此次色彩学课程体系改革的起因、目标,对新课程章节间逻辑承接关系进行了解构,给出了新课程的内容安排与教学流程。这一课程设置方案,为类似学科结构的研究生分类培养提供了一个可行的参考路径。

Multicomponent self-assembled chiral systems have attracted great attention due to their promising application in the area of spin-photonics and optoelectronics.In this work,through introducing an achiral third component into an achiral binary crystal,a chiral organic ternary crystal is fabricated,where both pronounced chiral-optical coupling and magnetic field dependence of chiral-optical activities are observed.The transformation of achiral structure into chiral structure generates a significant effect on the polarized state of light and the electron spin resonance signals.Moreover,the coupling between circularly polarized photon and spin is observed in chiral ternary crystal with pronounced chiral orbit,where obvious magnetic field-transmissivity loop is generated.Furthermore,temperature could increase the magnitude of lattice parameters to lead to a larger helix radius to increase the chiral orbit effect.Overall,this work indicates that the further exploration of photon-chiral orbit-spin interactions in organic chiral ternary crystals is promising.

A novel approach for analyzing coupled vibrations between vehicles and bridges is presented,taking into account spatiotemporal effects and mechanical phenomena resulting fromvehicle braking.Efficient modeling and solution of bridge vibrations induced by vehicle deceleration are realized using this method.The method’s validity and reliability are substantiated through numerical examples.A simply supported beam bridge with a corrugated steel web is taken as an example and the effects of parameters such as the initial vehicle speed,braking acceleration,braking location,and road surface roughness on the mid-span displacement and impact factor of the bridge are analyzed.The results show that vehicle braking significantly amplifies mid-span displacement and impact factor responses in comparison to uniform vehicular motion across the bridge.Notably,the influence of wheelto-bridge friction forces is of particular significance and cannot be overlooked.When the vehicle initiates braking near the middle of the span,both the mid-span displacement and impact factor of the bridge exhibit substantial increases,further escalating with higher braking acceleration.Under favorable road surface conditions,the midspan displacement and the impact factor during vehicle braking may exceed the design values stipulated by codes.It is important to note that road surface roughness exerts a more pronounced effect on the impact factor of the bridge in comparison to the effects of vehicle braking.

A New Encrypted Traffic Identification Model Based on VAE-LSTM-DRN

Encrypted traffic identification pertains to the precise acquisition and categorization of data from traffic datasets containing imbalanced and obscured content.The extraction of encrypted traffic attributes and their subsequent identification presents a formidable challenge.The existing models have predominantly relied on direct extraction of encrypted traffic data from imbalanced datasets,with the dataset’s imbalance significantly affecting the model’s performance.In the present study,a new model,referred to as UD-VLD(Unbalanced Dataset-VAE-LSTM-DRN),was proposed to address above problem.The proposed model is an encrypted traffic identification model for handling unbalanced datasets.The encoder of the variational autoencoder(VAE)is combined with the decoder and Long-short term Memory(LSTM)in UD-VLD model to realize the data enhancement processing of the original unbalanced datasets.The enhanced data is processed by transforming the deep residual network(DRN)to address neural network gradient-related issues.Subsequently,the data is classified and recognized.The UD-VLD model integrates the related techniques of deep learning into the encrypted traffic recognition technique,thereby solving the processing problem for unbalanced datasets.The UD-VLD model was tested using the publicly available Tor dataset and VPN dataset.The UD-VLD model is evaluated against other comparative models in terms of accuracy,loss rate,precision,recall,F1-score,total time,and ROC curve.The results reveal that the UD-VLD model exhibits better performance in both binary and multi classification,being higher than other encrypted traffic recognition models that exist for unbalanced datasets.Furthermore,the evaluation performance indicates that the UD-VLD model effectivelymitigates the impact of unbalanced data on traffic classification.and can serve as a novel solution for encrypted traffic identification.

BACKGROUND Left ventricular(lv)remodeling and diastolic function in people with heart failure(HF)are correlated with iron status;however,the causality is uncertain.This Mendelian randomization(MR)study investigated the bidirectional causal relationship between systemic iron parameters and lv structure and function in a preserved ejection fraction population.METHODS Transferrin saturation(TSAT),total iron binding capacity(TIBC),and serum iron and ferritin levels were extracted as instrumental variables for iron parameters from meta-analyses of public genome-wide association studies.Individuals without myocardial infarction history,HF,or lv ejection fraction(lvEF)nance Imaging Study constituted the outcome dataset.The dataset included lv end-diastolic volume,lv endsystolic volume,lv mass(lvM),and lvM-to-end-diastolic volume ratio(lvMVR).We used a two-sample bidirectional MR study with inverse variance weighting(IVW)as the primary analysis method and estimation methods using different algorithms to improve the robustness of the results.RESULTS In the IVW analysis,one standard deviation(SD)increased in TSAT significantly correlated with decreased lvMVR(β=-0.1365;95%confidence interval[CI]:-0.2092 to-0.0638;P=0.0002)after Bonferroni adjustment.Conversely,no significant relationships were observed between other iron and lv parameters.After Bonferroni correction,reverse MR analysis showed that one SD increase in lvEF significantly correlated with decreased TSAT(β=-0.0699;95%CI:-0.1087 to-0.0311;P=0.0004).No heterogeneity or pleiotropic effects evidence was observed in the analysis.CONCLUSIONS We demonstrated a causal relationship between TSAT and lv remodeling and function in a preserved ejection fraction population.

This work reports an exceptional reversed yield strength asymmetry at room temperature for a rare-earth free magnesium alloy containing a mass of fine dispersed quasicrystal(I-phase)precipitates.Although exhibiting traditional basal texture,it owns an exceptional CYS/TYS as high as~1.17.Electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)examinations indicate pyramidal and prismatic dislocations plus tensile twinning being activated after immediate yielding in compression while basal and non-basal dislocations in tension.I-phase particles transferred the concentrated stress by self-twinning to provide the driving force for tensile twin initiating in neighboring grains,thereby significantly increasing the critical resolved shear stress of tensile twinning to possibly the level of pyramidal slip,finally leading to the dominance of pyramidal slip plus tensile twinning in texture grains.This results in a higher contribution on yield strength by~55 MPa in compression than in tension,which reasonably agrees with the experimental yield strength difference(~38 MPa).It can be concluded that I-phase particles influence deformation modes in tension and in compression,finally result in reversed yield strength asymmetry.

Disinfection by chloramination produces toxic byproducts and the difference in toxicity of reclaimed and drinking water treated by chloramination remains unclear.This study investigated cytotoxic effects at the same concentrations of dissolved organic matter and showed that chloraminated effluent organic matter(EfOM)induced 1.7 times higher cytotoxicity than chloraminated natural organic matter(NOM)applied to simulate drinking water.Chloraminated EfOM induced more reactive nitrogen species than chloraminated NOM,and chloraminated EfOM and NOM induced similar and higher levels of reactive oxygen species than the negative control,respectively.Consequently,intracellular macromolecule damage indicated by Dna/Rna damage marker 8–hydroxy-(deoxy)guanosine and the intracellular protein carbonyl concentration induced by chloraminated EfOM was higher and slightly more than that induced by chloraminated NOM,respectively.These data were consistent with the effects on cell physiological processes.Cell cycle arrest mainly occurred in G2 phase by chloraminated EfOM and NOM.Early apoptotic cells,which could return to normal,increased upon exposure to high concentrations of chloraminated EfOM and NOM.Moreover,necrotic cells were significantly increased from 0.5%to 2.5%when the concentration increased from 20-to 60-fold chloraminated EfOM,but were not obviously changed by chloraminated NOM.These results indicated that the comprehensive intracellular changes induced by toxic substances in chloraminated EfOM were more irreversible and induced more cell death than chloraminated NOM.

Tuning the coordination atoms of central metal is an effective means to improve the electrocatalytic activity of atomic catalysts.Herein,iridium(Ir) is proposed to be asymmetrically anchored by sp-N and pyridinic N of hydrogen-substituted graphdiyne(HsGDY),and coordinated with OH as an Ir atomic catalyst(Ir_(1)-N-HsGDY).The electron structures,especially the d-band center of Ir atom,are optimized by these specific coordination atoms.Thus,the as-synthesized Ir_(1)-N-HsGDY exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performances for oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution reactions in both acidic and alkaline media.Benefiting from the unique structure of HsGDY,IrN_(2)(OH)_(3) has been developed and demonstrated to act as the active site in these electrochemical reactions.All those indicate the fresh role of the sp-N in graphdiyne in producing a new anchor way and contributing to promote the electrocatalytic activity,showing a new strategy to design novel electrochemical catalysts.
