目的:探讨产前糖皮质激素治疗对早产儿听力筛查的影响,为预防早产儿听力损伤提供科学依据。方法:回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年6月出生后24 h内在江西省妇幼保健院住院的693例胎龄24~34^(+6)周早产儿病例资料。根据产前是否使用地塞米松(dexamethasone,DXM)分为DXM组544例和非DXM组149例。对2组早产儿及产妇的一般资料进行比较,分析产前DXM不同剂量和不同给药时机对早产儿听力筛查结果的影响。结果:听力初筛方面,DXM组听力初筛通过率显著高于非DXM组(53.9%vs 35.6%),差异有统计学意义(P7 d给予DXM(56.4%vs 48.6%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但与患儿胎龄、出生体重、住院天数、是否使用有创机械通气及新生儿常见疾病(支气管肺发育不良、呼吸窘迫综合征)显著相关(P<0.05),其中支气管肺发育不良是听力复筛转诊的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇产前48 h~7 d内单疗程足量DXM使用对其早产儿听力初筛结果显示出积极影响。

This study presents a family of novel translational parallel mechanisms(TPMs)with single-loop topological *** proposed mechanism consists of only revolute and prismatic *** novel TPMs are simpler in structure and have fewer joints and components than the well-known Delta *** types of 2-degree of freedom driving systems are applied to different limb structures to avoid the moving actuator that causes the problem of increased moving *** sample TPMs are constructed using the synthesized limbs,and one of them is investigated in terms of kinematic ***,a position analysis is performed and validated through numerical simulation to reveal the characteristics of partially decoupled motion,which improves the controllability of ***,singular configurations are identified,and the resulting singularity curve is ***,the workspace of TPM is analyzed,and the relationship between the singular configurations and the reachable workspace is *** workspace of the 3-CRR(C denotes the cylindrical joint and R denotes the revolute joint)translational mechanism is also presented to prove that the proposed TPM has a fairly large workspace.

Earth rover is a class of emerging wheeled-leg robots for nature *** present,few methods for these robots’leg design utilize a side-mounted spatial parallel ***,this paper presents a complete design process of a novel 5-degree-of-freedom(5-DOF)hybrid leg mechanism for our quadruped earth rover ***,a general approach is proposed for constructing the novel leg ***,by evaluating the basic locomotion task(LT)of the rover based on screw theory,we determine the desired motion characteristic of the sidemounted leg and carry out its two feasible *** regard to the synthesis method of the parallel mechanism,a family of concise hybrid leg mechanisms using the 6-DOF limbs and an L1F1C limb(which can provide a constraint force and a couple)is *** verifying the motion characteristics of this kind of leg,we select a typical(3-UPRU&RRRR)&R mechanism and then analyze its kinematic model,singularities,velocity mapping,workspace,dexterity,statics,and kinetostatic ***,the virtual quadruped rover equipped with this innovative leg mechanism is *** basic and specific LTs of the rover are demonstrated by simulation,which indicates that the flexibility of the legs can help the rover achieve multitasking.

Generalized parallel mechanisms with a configurable moving platform have become popular in the research field of parallel *** type of gripper mechanism can be applied to grasp large or heavy objects in different environments that are dangerous and complex for *** study proposes a family of novel(5+1)degrees of freedom(three translations and two rotations plus an additional grasping motion)gripper mechanisms based on the generalized parallel mechanisms with a configurable moving ***,the configurable moving platform,which is a closed loop,is designed for grasping *** hybrid topological arrangement is determined to improve the stiffness of the manipulator and realize high load-to-weight ratios.A sufficient rule based on lie group theory is proposed to synthesize the *** hybrid limb structure is also enumerated.A family of novel gripper mechanisms can be assembled through the hybrid limbs by satisfying the *** examples of the gripper mechanisms with and without parallelogram pairs are shown in this study.A kinematic analysis of the example mechanism is *** workspace shows that the mechanism possesses high rotational *** addition,a stiffiiess analysis is performed.

Amplifying the intrinsic wettability of substrate material by changing the solid/liquid contact area is considered to be the main mechanism for controlling the wettability of rough or structured *** theoretical analysis and experimental exploration,we have found that in addition to this wettability structure amplification effect,the surface structure also simultaneously controls surface wettability by regulating the wetting state via changing the threshold Young angles of the Cassie-Baxter and Wenzel wetting *** wetting state regulation effect provides us with an alternative strategy to overcome the inherent limitation in surface chemistry by tailoring surface *** wetting state regulation effect created by multi-scale hierarchical structures is quite significant and plays is a crucial role in promoting the superhydrophobicity,superhydrophilicity and the transition between these two extreme wetting properties,as well as stabilizing the Cassie-Baxter superhydrophobic state on the fabricated lotus-like hierarchically structured Cu surface and the natural lotus leaf.

Foxg1 mRNA overexpression in neonatal rats following hypoxic brain injury

Forkhead box G1 （Foxgl） is expressed during the embryonic stage and in postnatal brain regions sensitive to hypoxia/ischemia injury, such as the hippocampus and cerebral cortex. To date, very little is known about Foxgl expression changes in the brain following hypoxia injury （HI）. The present study measured Foxgl mRNA expression using reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction on days 3, 7, 14, 28, and 56 following HI to determine self-restorative features in the injured brain. In addition, mRNA expression of other related layer markers, such as Reelin, RORB, Foxpl, Foxp2, ER81, and Otx-1, was detected following HI. Results revealed significantly decreased Foxgl mRNA expression at 3 days after HI, which significantly increased by 56 days. Reelin and Foxp2 mRNA expression were upregulated until 56 days after HI, but Foxpl and ER81 mRNA expression decreased from day 14 to 56 following HI. In addition, Otx-1 and RORI3 mRNA expression decreased from day 3 to 28 after HI. These findings revealed Fxogl mRNA overexpression and varying degrees of restoration in the neonatal rat brain following HI.

Flexible strain sensors are promising in sensing minuscule mechanical signals,and thereby widely used in various advanced ***,the effective integration of hypersensitivity and highly selective response into one flexible strain sensor remains a huge ***,inspired by the hysteresis strategy of the scorpion slit receptor,a bio-inspired flexible strain sensor(BFSS)with parallel through-slit arrays is designed and ***,BFSS consists of conductive monolayer graphene and viscoelastic styrene–isoprene–styrene block *** the synergistic effect of the bio-inspired slit structures and flexible viscoelastic materials,BFSS can achieve both hypersensitivity and highly selective frequency ***,the BFSS exhibits a high gage factor of 657.36,and a precise identification of vibration frequencies at a resolution of 0.2 Hz through undergoing different morphological changes to high-frequency vibration and low-frequency ***,the BFSS possesses a wide frequency detection range(103 Hz)and stable durability(1000 cycles).It can sense and recognize vibration signals with different characteristics,including the frequency,amplitude,and *** work,which turns the hysteresis effect into a"treasure,"can provide new design ideas for sensors for potential applications including human–computer interaction and health monitoring of mechanical equipment.

Background Necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is associated with high mortality and morbidity in *** infants with NEC,intestinal perforation is the most serious complication,and confirming perforation and performing radical surgical treatment as early as possible may reduce mortality and *** aim of this study was to identify the specific imaging characteristics of intestinal perforation after NEC on supine abdominal X-ray for the early diagnosis of intestinal *** A retrospective study was conducted at the Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical *** admitted to the hospital from 2013 to 2020 with NEC(Bell’s stage≥Ⅱ)were divided into perforation and non-perforation *** infants were examined by abdominal X-ray in the erect and supine *** sensitivity and specificity of specific X-ray signs were *** A total of 598 infants were included,113 of whom suffered from *** the supine abdominal films,lucency over the liver shadow,the liver falciform ligament sign,the football sign,the Rigler sign,the triangle sign and more than any one of the above signs had sensitivities of 64.60%,45.13%,37.17%,30.97%,15.93%and 86.73%,*** of these signs were found on erect or supine abdominal films in the non-perforation *** total of accuracy of prediction was 46.76%,and the specificity of all the signs was 100%.Conclusion Specific signs on supine abdominal X-ray could be used to confirm perforation in neonates with NEC with 86.73%sensitivity and 100%specificity.

Survey on antibiotic regimens for necrotizing enterocolitis prescribed by Chinese pediatricians in 2020

Background Necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is a serious intestinal inflammatory disease in neonates,and intravenous antibiotics constitute the main therapeutic *** have shown that substantial variation in the selection of antibiotic regimens for NEC remains in many *** variability in antibiotic therapy selection in China is *** A cross-sectional study using an online questionnaire regarding antibiotic regimens for NEC was conducted among pediatricians working in tertiary hospitals in *** A total of 284 pediatricians from 29 provinces completed the survey;37.9%of them administered one antibiotic,56.7%administered two antibiotics and 2.4%administered three *** top three single-antibiotic regimens for NEC were beta-lactamase inhibitors(n=66,41.5%),carbapenems(n=46,28.9%)and cephalosporins(n=33,20.8%).Twenty combinations of two antibiotics were identified,and the top three combinations were beta-lactamase inhibitors and antianaerobic agents(n=49,19.6%),carbapenems and glycopeptides(n=42,16.8%),and cephalosporins and antianaerobic agents(n=37,14.8%).Regarding the therapeutic duration of antibiotic treatment,77.5%(n=220)of the pediatricians chose 5-10 days for stage II NEC,and 79.6%(n=226)chose 7-14 days for stage III ***-three percent(n=122)of the respondents preferred to use carbapenems when NEC was diagnosed,and 83.3%(n=135)adjusted the antibiotics to carbapenems if a patient’s medical condition deteriorated or if the therapeutic efficacy was *** This survey revealed that carbapenems were the most common antibiotics selected when NEC was diagnosed or a patient’s condition deteriorated,but the duration of the course of treatment for NEC varied substantially among doctors.
