Two-dimensional silica enhanced solid polymer electrolyte for lithium metal batteries

Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are promising substitutes for current flammable liquid electrolytes to achieve high-safety and high-energy-density lithium metal batteries.Polyethylene oxide(PEO)based solid polymer electrolytes have attracted increasing attention because of their excellent flexibility,manufacturability,light weight,and low-cost processing,while they often suffer from low ionic con-ductivity at room temperature,low lithium transference number and unsatisfactory interfacial resis-tance,which largely restrain their practical application.Herein,two-dimensional holey silica nanosheets(2D-HSN)as the fillers,together with LiNO_(3) as the electrolyte additive,are introduced in a PEO/poly(-vinylidene fiuoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)blended polymer matrix to obtain a SPE.The incorporation of HSN filler creates supplementary channels for lithium ion migration and lowers the crystallinity of the polymer,thereby facilitating the movement of lithium ions.The HSN-based SPE demonstrates higher ionic conductivity up to 3.7 x 10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃,larger Li+transference number close to 0.34,and more stable lithium plating/stripping than that without the fillers,and HSN can promote the formation of more stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layer.The as-assembled LiFePO4||Li batteries deliver a high specific capacity of 159 mA h g-1 with the capacity retention of 95.5%after 200 cycles at 30℃,as well as superior rate performance and cycling stability compared to that using the blank SPE.

Tunable lasers,with the ability to continuously vary their emission wavelengths,have found widespread applications across various fields such as biomedical imaging,coherent ranging,optical communications,and spectroscopy.In these applications,a wide chirp range is advantageous for large spectral coverage and high frequency resolution.Besides,the frequency accuracy and precision also depend critically on the chirp linearity of the laser.While extensive efforts have been made on the development of many kinds of frequency-agile,widely tunable,narrow-linewidth lasers,wideband yet precise methods to characterize and linearize laser chirp dynamics are also demanded.Here we present an approach to characterize laser chirp dynamics using an optical frequency comb.The instantaneous laser frequency is tracked over terahertz bandwidth at 1 MHz intervals.Using this approach we calibrate the chirp performance of 12 tunable lasers from Toptica,Santec,New Focus,EXFO,and NKT that are commonly used in fiber optics and integrated photonics.In addition,with acquired knowledge of laser chirp dynamics,we demonstrate a simple frequency-linearization scheme that enables coherent ranging without any optical or electronic linearization unit.Our approach not only presents novel wideband,highresolution laser spectroscopy,but is also critical for sensing applications with ever-increasing requirements on performance.

Mechanisms of Solidification Structure Improvement of Ultra Pure 17 wt% Cr Ferritic Stainless Steel by Ti,Nb Addition

The grain structures and the precipitates in the solidification microstructure of the ultra pure 17 wt% Cr ferritic stainless steels with different Ti and/or Nb micro-alloying were investigated both experimentally and theoretically. It was found by the grain structure observation that the addition of Ti or Nb to the steel reduced the grain size （D） and elongation factor （E）, and improved the equiaxed grain proportion （P） and globularity factor （￡）. Among the four steels studied, the minimum grain size and maximum equiaxed grain proportion were obtained by jointly adding both Ti and Nb to the steel. The SEM observation indicated that several kinds of precipitations, such as TiN, MC （rich in Nb）, Laves phase （Fe2Nb） and so on, formed in the corresponding steels. In addition, the results calculated using the Thermo-Calc software illustrated that TiN precipitates in the liquid at proper Ti and N contents. Meanwhile, the solidification interval （△T） was enlarged by the addition of Ti or Nb, and the effectiveness of Nb was stronger than Ti. Based on the experimental and calculation results, the mechanisms of grain refinement and increment in equiaxed grain proportion were discussed.

Relationships between Cloud Droplet Spectral Relative Dispersion and Entrainment Rate and Their Impacting Factors

Cloud microphysical properties are significantly affected by entrainment and mixing processes.However,it is unclear how the entrainment rate affects the relative dispersion of cloud droplet size distribution.Previously,the relationship between relative dispersion and entrainment rate was found to be positive or negative.To reconcile the contrasting relationships,the Explicit Mixing Parcel Model is used to determine the underlying mechanisms.When evaporation is dominated by small droplets,and the entrained environmental air is further saturated during mixing,the relationship is negative.However,when the evaporation of big droplets is dominant,the relationship is positive.Whether or not the cloud condensation nuclei are considered in the entrained environmental air is a key factor as condensation on the entrained condensation nuclei is the main source of small droplets.However,if cloud condensation nuclei are not entrained,the relationship is positive.If cloud condensation nuclei are entrained,the relationship is dependent on many other factors.High values of vertical velocity,relative humidity of environmental air,and liquid water content,and low values of droplet number concentration,are more likely to cause the negative relationship since new saturation is easier to achieve by evaporation of small droplets.Further,the signs of the relationship are not strongly affected by the turbulence dissipation rate,but the higher dissipation rate causes the positive relationship to be more significant for a larger entrainment rate.A conceptual model is proposed to reconcile the contrasting relationships.This work enhances the understanding of relative dispersion and lays a foundation for the quantification of entrainment-mixing mechanisms.

BACKGROUND The TGF-β/SMAD3 and VEGFR-1 signaling pathways play important roles in gastric cancer metastasis.SMAD3 phosphorylation is a crucial prognostic marker in gastric cancer.AIM To determine the prognostic value and relationship of SMAD3 phospho-isoforms and VEGFR-1 in gastric cancer.METHODS This was a single-center observational study which enrolled 98 gastric cancer patients and 82 adjacent normal gastric tissues from patients aged 32-84 years(median age 65)between July 2006 and April 2007.Patients were followed up until death or the study ended(median follow-up duration of 28.5 mo).The samples were used to generate tissue microarrays(TMAs)for immunohistochemical(IHC)staining.The expressions of TGF-β1,pSMAD3C(S423/425),pSMAD3L(S204),and VEGFR-1 in gastric cancer(GC)tumor tissue and normal tissue were measured by IHC staining using TMAs obtained from 98 GC patients.Prognosis and survival information of the patients was recorded by Outdo Biotech from May 2007 to July 2015.The relationship between TGF-β1,pSMAD3C(S423/425),pSMAD3L(S204),and VEGFR-1 protein expression levels was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient.The relationship between protein expression levels and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed using the Chi-squared test.A survival curve was generated using the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.RESULTS TGFβ-1 and VEGFR-1 expression was significantly upregulated in gastric cancer tissue compared to adjacent noncancerous tissue.The positive expression of phosphorylated isoforms of Smad3 varied depending on the phosphorylation site[pSMAD3C(S423/425):51.0%and pSMAD3L(S204):31.6%].High expression of pSMAD-3L(S204)was significantly correlated with larger tumors(P=0.038)and later N stages(P=0.035).Additionally,high expression of VEGFR-1 was closely correlated with tumor size(P=0.015)and pathological grading(P=0.013).High expression of both pSMAD3L(S204)and VEGFR-1 was associated with unfavorable outcomes in terms of overall survival(OS).Multivariate analysis indicated that high expression of

复杂社会的特点是知识碎片化与因果关系的不确定。复杂社会中,传统行政法的“条件程式”难以预置治理预案,直接托付裁量既易增殖政治系统有权/无权的符码,又易造成决策视野缩限。越发开放的行政法在诸多不确定中如何担保行政自主决定的正确性,适应环境变化,引发对作为稳定力量的传统行政法的重新认识。系统论中的“观察”作为适应性的正当基础具有解释力,即行政法应支持行政系统考虑多种决策选项对环境的影响,在决策后应持续观察环境的变化,并据此及时调适与回应。基于系统/环境的区分可释明行政法适应性的基本构造:一方面,激活对行政决定的后果考虑能力;另一方面,激活对公共环境变化的控制与回应能力。这一构造在现代行政法实践中已获证存真,并为行政法的调适指明方向:即在规范原则上,应确立行政法适应性原则;在规范构造上,侧重组织、程序规范的供给;在规范难点上,重视行政法中时间的重要性,以促进行政的认知能力结构化,增强其适应性。

The“depict”strategy for discovering new compounds in complex matrices:Lycibarbarspermidines as a case

The comprehensive detection and identification of active ingredients in complex matrices is a crucial challenge.Liquid chromatography coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry(LC-HRMS)is the most prominent analytical platform for the exploration of novel active compounds from complex matrices.However,the LC-HRMS-based analysis workflow suffers from several bottleneck issues,such as trace content of target compounds,limited acquisition for fragment information,and uncertainty in interpreting relevant MS2 spectra.Lycibarbarspermidines are vital antioxidant active ingredients in Lycii Fructus,while the reported structures are merely focused on dicaffeoylspermidines due to their low content.To comprehensively detect the new structures of lycibarbarspermidine derivatives,a“depict”strategy was developed in this study.First,potential new lycibarbarspermidine derivatives were designed according to the biosynthetic pathway,and a comprehensive database was established,which enlarged the coverage of lycibarbarspermidine derivatives.Second,the polarity-oriented sample preparation of potential new compounds increased the concentration of the target compounds.Third,the construction of the molecular network based on the fragmentation pathway of lycibarbarspermidine derivatives broadened the comprehensiveness of identification.Finally,the weak response signals were captured by data-dependent scanning(DDA)followed by parallel reaction monitoring(PRM),and the efficiency of acquiring MS2 fragment ions of target compounds was significantly improved.Based on the integrated strategy above,210 lycibarbarspermidine derivatives were detected and identified from Lycii Fructus,and in particular,170 potential new compounds were structurally characterized.The integrated strategy improved the sensitivity of detection and the coverage of low-response components,and it is expected to be a promising pipeline for discovering new compounds.

基于羧酸基-酚羟基配体Pr配合物的结构、荧光性质以及辅助配体的影响

采用3,3′-偶氮双(6-羟基苯甲酸)二钠(Na_(2)H_(2)L)为配体,通过水热法与Pr^(3+)反应得到两个配合物[Pr(H_(2)L)0.5(L)0.5(H_(2)O)2]n(1)和Pr(H L)(phen)(H_(2)O)5·2H_(2)O(2)(phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉)。配合物1中,H_(2)L_(2)-阴离子作为四齿配体,2个羧酸基分别以μ2-η^(1)∶η^(1)的方式与Pr^(3+)配位,形成二维层状结构,并且L 4-阴离子作为桥连配体,利用羧酸基和酚羟基分别以μ2-η^(2)∶η^(1)和桥连模式将二维层中3个相邻的Pr^(3+)连接,将结构拓展成三维网络结构,其Schl fli符号为{4^(2)·8^(4)}{4^(6)·6^(6)·8^(3)}{4^(7)·6^(3)}2。引入phen分子,配合物2变为单核结构,phen与Pr^(3+)螯合配位,HL^(3-)作为单齿配体与Pr^(3+)配位。配合物1和2分别在6^(3)8和778 nm,652和781 nm处有Pr^(3+)的特征荧光发射峰,颜色落在色度图的橙色区域内,是^(1)S_(0)→^(1)I_(6)和^(1)D_(2)→3H 4能级跃迁所致。配合物2的荧光强度高于配合物1,且主峰红移14 nm,归因于phen的共轭体系以及与Pr^(3+)配位作用。

绿色发展是高质量发展的重要组成部分,绿色修复是当前可持续发展的必要环节,如何科学评判绿色修复水平已成为一项重要工作,评价过程中的复杂性和不确定性为提升绿色修复水平带来了挑战.对此,在概率犹豫Fermatean模糊环境下,提出拓展MULTIMOORA方法以开发一种面向区域绿色修复水平评价的框架.采用概率犹豫Fermatean模糊集(PHFFS)表达综合评价信息值,通过Dombi运算融合Choquet积分几何算子(PHFFDCIG)聚合评价信息比其他运算方法更合适,可以通过调整参数增强信息聚合的灵活性.然后,将传统MULTIMOORA方法子系统中的参照点法和完全乘法形式进行完善,并结合Choquet积分和改进Borda规则,提出一种PHFFSMULTIMOORA方法对区域绿色修复水平评价指标间的相互作用进行建模,从而捕获其重要性权重,综合确定区域绿色修复水平的优先级.最后,通过长江经济带沿线5省市绿色修复水平评价的案例分析研究和灵敏度分析测试有效验证所建立模型框架的准确性、有效性和实用性.
