Backgr.und: Sickle cell anaemia (SCA) is a ser.ous, multisystem, genetic disor.er.affecting millions of childr.n wor.dwide. The disease causes numer.us complications that inter.er. with the health-r.lated quality of life (Hr.oL) of these childr.n including an impact on educational, physical and psychosocial development. Few studies have descr.bed the clinical spectr.m and quality of life of childr.n with SCA living in a low-r.sour.e ar.a. Objectives: This study aimed to deter.ine the clinical spectr.m and Hr.oL among childr.n living with sickle cell anaemia (SCA) in nor.hwest Tanzania. Methods: This hospital-based cr.ss-sectional study took place at Ter.iar. and teaching hospital, Bugando Medical Centr., Mwanza Tanzania. The study enr.lled childr.n ages 2 - 12 year. old with SCA attending the Bugando Medical Centr. sickle cell clinic. Health r.lated quality of life was measur.d using the Pediatr.c Quality of Life, Br.ef Gener.c Cor. Scale after.tr.nslating fr.m English into a Swahili ver.ion. Impor.ant SCA complications wer. assessed using a str.ctur.d questionnair.. r.sults: Fr.m October.2016 to Mar.h 2017, 204 childr.n wer. enr.lled. Par.icipants pr.sented at a median age of 6 year. [IQr.4 - 9]. Among childr.n with SCA the most common clinical signs at the time of enr.lment wer. pale in 69.6% (142/204), jaundice in 65.9% (134/204), oxygen satur.tion 90% in 25% (51/204) and splenomegaly in 19% (39/204). Sever. anaemia was obser.ed in 30.9% (63/204). A major.ty r.por.ed vaso-occlusive cr.sis (166/204, 81.4%), and ver. few had exper.enced a pr.or.str.ke (5/204, 2.5%). Using a modified Liker. scale, a total of 41/204 (20.1%) childr.n had poor.Hr.oL indicated by low scor.s on PedsQLTM and 163/204 (79.9%) childr.n had high scor.s, indicating good Hr.oL. On multivar.ate analysis, age ≥ 5 year. (p-value 3 hospitalizations per.year.(p-value = 0.008) wer. associated with poor.Hr.oL. Conclusion: SCA complicatio

Using household deter.ents to clean oil stains has always caused global concer.s,as these deter.ents negatively impact the ecosystem and ar. ***,it is essential to effectively attenuate the adhesion for.e between oil stains and substr.tes to cr.ate an easy and deter.ent-saving cleaning *** addr.ss this challenge,we her.in develop a str.tegy to r.duce the str.ngth of oil adhesion on common substr.tes by∼20 times thr.ugh a lamination layer.which contains phase-tr.nsitioned lysozyme nanofilm(PTL)and cellulose nanocr.stals(CNCs).The r.sultant CNC/PTL coating significantly enhances the capability of cleaning oil stains in an under.ater.deter.ent-fr.e manner.this str.tegy is applicable to edible oil packaging mater.al and tablewar.,without impair.ng the usability and aesthetics of these *** coating exhibits excellent mechanical stability and r.gener.tion char.cter.stics thr.ugh simple soaking,ensur.ng its r.bustness in r.al applications in an infinite life *** eliminating 100%deter.ent in r.utine cleaning,the CNC/PTL coating demonstr.ted r.mar.able cost-effectiveness,saving 57.7%of water.and 83.3%of ener.y when washing tablewar. only with *** wor. pr.sents an ingenious design to cr.ate oil-r.pellent packaging mater.als and tablewar. towar. deter.ent-fr.e water.cleaning pathways,ther.by gr.atly r.ducing the negative envir.nmental impact of sur.actant emissions.

目的分析多层螺旋CT在主动脉夹层动脉瘤临床诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月-2021年9月间在本院接受多层螺旋CT检查的40例患者。分别对患者实施数字减影血管造影(digitalsubtr.ction angiogr.phy, DSA)检查与多层螺旋CT血管成像(multi-slice spir.l CT angiogr.phy, MS-CTA)检查,对患者两组检查结果进行分析对比。结果 MS-CTA检查结果显示,40例患者中Debakey分型为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型的患者分别有5例、6例、29例,患者主动脉夹层血管病变情况、累及范围、血栓形成情况与管壁钙化情况显示清晰,整体诊断效果优于DSA检查。结论多层螺旋CT技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床诊断中具有良好的应用表现,对于主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者是一种可靠的诊断方案。
