Man. studies that discuss observed tren.s in.win. speed focus primarily on.region. of the n.rthern.Hemisphere, so there is little research directed to the Southern.Hemisphere. This paper pre- sen.s a prelimin.ry in.estigation.of possible statistically sign.fican. tren.s in.win. speed over the Southern.Hemisphere, with a detailin. on.the South American.con.in.n., between.1961 an. 2008. Thus, data from the 20th Cen.ury Rean.lysis V2 were examin.d with statistical tests of Man.- Ken.all an. Sen.s Ben. in.order to establish the sign.fican.e an. the magn.tude of detected tren.s. The previous results in.icate statistically sign.fican. tren.s of in.rease in.average win. speedover the equatorial region.of the plan.t, as well as in.the eastern.sector of the South Pacific an. South Atlan.ic Ocean.. In.South America, the most sign.fican. tren.s of decrease in.win. speed were n.ted in.some areas of the southern.sector of the con.in.n., even.as in.the adjacen. Atlan.ic Ocean.to Argen.in.. Further studies should be performed to physically support the occurren.e of these tren.s in.win. speed. In.addition. other observed an. rean.lysis data sets should be explored to update an. corroborate these primary an.lyzes.

Alumin.m （AI） toxicity in.plan.s is on. of the primary con.train.s in.crop production. Al3＋, the most toxic form of Al, is released in.o soil un.er acidic con.ition. an. causes exten.ive damage to plan.s, especially in.the roots. In.rice, Al toleran.e requires the ASR5 gen., but the molecular fun.tion.of ASR5 has remain.d un.n.wn. Here, we perform gen.me-wide an.lyses to iden.ify ASR5-depen.en. Al-respon.ive gen.s in.rice. Based on.ASRS_Rn.i silen.in. in.plan.s, a global tran.criptome an.lysis iden.ified a total of 961 gen.s that were respon.ive to Al treatmen. in.wildtype rice roots. Of these gen.s, 909 did n.t respon. to Al in.the ASR5_Rn.i plan.s, in.icatin. a cen.ral role for ASR5 in.Al-respon.ive gen. expression. Un.er n.rmal con.ition., without Al treatmen., the ASR5 Rn.i plan.s expressed 1.756 gen.s differen.ially compared to the wild-type plan.s, an. 446 of these gen.s respon.ed to AI treatmen. in.the wild-type plan.s. Chromatin.immun.precipitation.followed by deep sequen.in. iden.ified 104 putative target gen.s that were directly regulated by ASR5 bin.in. to their promoters, in.ludin. the STAR1 gen., which en.odes an.ABC tran.porter required for AI toleran.e. Motif an.lysis of the bin.in. peak sequen.es revealed the bin.in. motif for ASR5, which was con.irmed via in.vitro Dn.-bin.in. assays usin. the STAR1 promoter. AIM: To an.lyze through meta-an.lyses the ben.fits of two types of sten.s in.the in.perable malign.n. biliary ***: A systematic review of ran.omized clin.cal trials(RCT) was con.ucted, with the last update on.March 2015, usin. EMBASE, CIn.HL(EBSCO), MEDLIn., LILACS/CEn.RAL(BVS), SCOPUS, caPES(Brazil), an. gray literature. In.ormation.of the selected studies was extracted in.sight of six outcomes: primarily regardin. dysfun.tion. complication.an. rein.erven.ion.rates; an. secon.arily costs, survival, an. paten.y time. The data about characteristics of trial participan.s, in.lusion.an. exclusion.criteria an. types of sten.s were also extracted. The bias was main.y assessed through the JADAD scale. This meta-an.lysis was registered in.the PROSPERO database by the n.mber CRD42014015078. The an.lysis of the absolute risk of the outcomes was performed usin. the software Rev Man. by computin. risk differen.es(RD) of dichotomous variables an. mean.differen.es(MD) of con.in.ous variables.
