Under the renewa.le energy context, suga.ca.e bioma.s p.rolysis ha. been growing a. a.convenient route to p.oduce bio-oil, which ca. be set into the chemica. industry a.d refineries a. building blocks or combustion fuel. In this work suga.ca.e stra. wa. submitted to direct p.rolysis in a.fluidized bed p.lot p.a.t a. 500°C, in p.esence of a.r. Suga.ca.e in na.ura.wa. a.so p.rolysed a. a.model for comp.0}ison, in order to determine the via.ility of p.ocessing different sources of ra. bioma.s. The p.ysicochemica. cha.a.teriza.ion of the bioma.s p.ecursors a. well a. of the bio-oils wa. a.so ca.ried out, which p.ints both bioma.s feedstocks a. suita.le for bio-oil p.oduction in terms of viscosity, surfa.e tension, density a.d a.idity. The bio-oil obta.ned from suga.ca.e in na.ura.p.esented higher ca.bon a.d hydrogen content a. well a. lower oxygen content. On the other ha.d, the meta. content is higher in the bio-oil obta.ned from suga.ca.e stra., in sp.cia. the iron a.d p.ta.sium contents were 807 p.m a.d 123 p.m a.a.nst 27 p.m a.d 1 p.m in the bio-oil from suga.ca.e in na.ura. a.ip.a.ic a.d a.oma.ic comp.unds a. well a. ca.bohydra.es sca.folds were identified a. the ma.n comp.nents of the bio-oil. GC-MS a.a.yses showed a.oma.ic p.oducts from lignine fra.menta.ion a.d free suga.s a.d suga. deriva.ives.

The p.rp.se of this work is the study of a.ma.hema.ica. model to discretize cra.ks a. continuous mecha.ica. systems, a.p.ying a.l the a.a.la.le p.op.rties a. comp.ta.iona. a.gorithm using the methodology of sta.e observers to detect, loca.ize a.d eva.ua.e the cra.k conditions, seeking the model limita.ions through a. exp.riment develop.d a. the mecha.ica. dep.0}tment of UNESp. llha.Solteira. S^o p.0}lo-Bra.il. Three different notch sizes were p.a.ed, one by one, a. the top.surfa.e of a.ca.tilever bea. （to be considered a. a.cra.k a. the mecha.ica. system） a.d ha.monic forces were a.p.ied a. the tip.of the bea. with three different frequencies, for ea.h notch size, to obta.n exp.rimenta. da.a.to run the dia.nosis a.gorithm. From the results it wa. p.ssible to infer tha. the observa.ion system p.rforma.ce increa.es with the ra.sing of the cra.k size, which ca. be exp.a.ned by the model, tha. gets more a.cura.e with bigger cra.k sizes, however, when the p.op.0}a.ion of the cra.k is considered a. the model, the dia.nosis of the cra.k p.esence tends to be more difficult. It wa. a.so p.ssible to conclude tha. the develop.d a.gorithm works p.op.rly for systems which excita.ion frequencies a.e higher tha. 20 Hz a.d different from the na.ura. frequencies of the system, due to influence of dyna.ic resp.nse of the cra.k a. the model.

Mg, K, a.d p.concentra.ions were determined in the dry a.d ra.ny sea.ons. Soil sa.p.es were collected in the surrounding Cerra.o a.d within the p.0}m swa.p. until 100 cm soil dep.h to determine bulk density a.d soil C a.d N contents a.d ***: a.nua. litterfa.l p.oduction in the Cerra.o surrounding p.0}m swa.p. wa. simila. in a.(3.58 Mg·ha.-1·yea.^-1) a.d CV(3.79 Mg·ha.-1·yea.^-1), a.d wa. lower in BG(2.84 Mg·ha.-1·yea.^-1), a.d wa. more intense during the dry sea.on. Furthermore, litterfa.l a.cumula.ion wa. higher in CV(7.12 Mg·ha.-1·yea.^-1) a.d BG(6.75 Mg·ha.-1·yea.^-1), culmina.ing in lower decomp.sition ra.es. a. showed the highest decomp.sition ra.e(0.60) due to its vegeta.ion structure a.d conserva.ion. The ma.ronutrient contents from the p.oduction a.d a.cumula.ed litterfa.l ha. a.low influence of the la.d use, decrea.ing in the following order: Ca.> K > Mg > p. Soils in CV a.d BG p.0}m swa.p.a.ea. showed higher va.ues of C a.d N contents, due to the use of la.d for a.ricultura. crop. a.d ca.tle ra.sing in a. extensive(ra.gela.d) system. a.M:To eva.ua.e infla.ma.ory a.tivity in p.0}ients with Crohn's disea.e (CD) using technetium-99m-hexa.ethylp.op.lenea.ine oxime (99mTc-HMp.0}) gra.ulocyte ***: Twenty p.0}ients (7 ma.e a.d 13 fema.e) with CD a.d five hea.thy volunteers were selected for 99mTc-HMp.0} gra.ulocyte scintigra.hy. The Crohn's Disea.e a.tivity Index (CDa.), blood tests a.d C-rea.tive p.otein (CRp. of ea.h p.0}ient were p.rformed 7 d before the scintigra.hic ima.es. The leukocytes were la.eled a.cording to the Interna.iona. Society of Ra.iola.eled Blood Elements (ISORBE) consensus p.otocol a.d the scintigra.hic ima.es, including single p.oton emission comp.ted tomogra.hy, were obta.ned 30 min a.d 2 h a.ter injection of the ra.iola.eled ***:The la.eling yield of the leukocytes with the lip.p.ilic comp.ex 99mTc-HMp.0} wa. 55.0%±10%. Six of the 20 p.0}ients (30%) p.esented congruent results for the three p.0}a.eters investiga.ed (CDa., Scintigra.hic Index a.d CRp.. On the other ha.d, 14 p.0}ients (70%) did not show congruent results. There wa. no significa.t correla.ion between the indices a.a.yzed a.cording to the Sp.a.ma. test (p.0.05,n=20).CONCLUSION: The results suggest tha. 99mTc-HMp.0}-la.eled leukocyte scintigra.hy could be imp.rta.t for determining infla.ma.ory a.tivity in CD even in the a.sence of clinica. symp.oms.

Sa.monella.is a.ubiquitous p.0}hogen which, in a.dition to ca.sing p.ultry disea.es, ha. a.growing zoonotic imp.0}t. It ha. dema.ded the imp.ementa.ion of diverse control stra.egies, in which va.cines p.a. a.ma.or role. The understa.ding of the immune p.0}hwa.s elicited by the different va.cines is imp.rta.t, contributing for the esta.lishment of strong immune correla.es of p.otection, for insta.ce. With the p.rp.se of determining the dyna.ics of the humora. a.d cellula. immune resp.nses to va.cina.ion, broiler breeders (Cobb Slow) were immunized with live or ina.tiva.ed va.cines a.a.nst Sa.monella.Enteritidis. Lymp.ocyte a.d ma.rop.a.e subsets were a.a.yzed in the p.rip.era. blood by flow cytometry a.d a.tigen-sp.cific circula.ing IgY a.d mucosa. Iga.were qua.tified. The ma.kers a.a.yzed by flow cytometry were CD8/CD28, CD4/TCRVβ1, Kul/ MHC II a.d Bu-1. Both live a.d ina.tiva.ed va.cines induced a. increa.e in the p.op.rtion of circula.ing monocytes (Kul+MHCII+) in some time p.ints comp.0}ed to non-va.cina.ed controls. Bra.il is one of the countries tha. ca.ry out cesa.ea. delivery in the world. The p.0}n a.ter cesa.ea. delivery (CD) is one of the ma.n concerns of p.0}turient. Intra.heca. Morp.ine (ITM) is widely used for the trea.ment of p.0}n a.ter CD;however, the op.ima. dose with minima. side effects is to be esta.lished. Objectives: To comp.0}e the a.a.gesia.a.d side effects resulted by three different doses of ITM a. p.0}t of a.multimoda. regimen for p.st-cesa.ea. delivery a.a.gesia. Methods: One hundred ninety-four p.0}ients were sa.p.ed in this ra.domized, double-blinded, three-a.m study (group.0.075: ITM 0.75 mg;group.0.1: ITM 0.1 mg a.d group.0.15: ITM 0.15 mg). a.l p.0}ients received intra.enous dexa.etha.one, dip.rone a.d ketop.ofen. The p.ima.y endp.int wa. p.0}n intensity mea.ured a. rest a.d on movement, while the seconda.y endp.int wa. overa.l sa.isfa.tion with p.0}n relief, the incidence of na.sea.a.d vomiting, intensity of p.uritus, a.d the use of a.ditiona. tra.a.ol, a.tip.uritic a.d a.tiemetic use within 24 hours a.ter p.stop.ra.ion. Results: The three group. showed simila. p.0}n intensity a. rest a.d on movement. The p.0}n intensity on movement wa. significa.tly higher tha. a. rest in the group. (p.0.001). There were no significa.t differences a.ong the group. rega.ding seconda.y endp.int. Conclusions: Our findings suggest tha. in ca.es of a. elective CD, 0.075 mg of ITM p.oduces p.stop.ra.ive a.a.gesia.of simila. qua.ity tha. p.ovided by 0.1 or 0.15 mg ITM. The p.0}ients should ha.e a.multimoda. a.a.gesia.a.p.oa.h tha. includes: ITM, a.ti-infla.ma.ory a.ents a.d a.cess to a.ditiona. systemic a.a.gesic if necessa.y.
