COnSPECTUS:Over the past 30 years,the engineering of plasmonic resonances at the nanoscale has progressed dramatically,with important contributions in a variety of different fields,including chemistry,physics,biology,engineering,and ***,heavy optical losses related to the use of noble metals for the fabrication of plasmonic structures hindered their application in various ***,an answer to these long-lasting issues emerged in the use of lattice plasmon resonances(LPRs,also called surface lattice resonances),bringing new excitement in the field of ***,the organization of plasmonic nanoparticles into ordered arrays enables far-field coupling of the scattered light exploiting the diffraction modes of the array,generating plasmonic resonances with bandwidths as narrow as a few nanometers,corresponding to an increase of over 10-fold in the quality factors compared to localized plasmon *** such,LPRs offer new opportunities to harness light−matter interactions at the nanoscale,while generating renewed interest in the self-assembly of colloidal metal nanoparticles,as a scalable approach to the preparation of such plasmonic *** self-assembly emerged as one of the most versatile approaches,being compatible with soft-lithographic techniques such as nanoimprint lithography and amenable to a variety of materials,colloids,and *** self-assembly additionally allows the preparation of arrays where the repeating units are composed of multiple self-assembled nanoparticles(i.e.,plasmonic clusters).In this system,near-field coupling can be finely tuned,thereby showing promising results in biosensing,catalysis,or plasmonic *** this Account,we review the preparation of ordered arrays of clusters of plasmonic *** present various aspects involved in the templated self-assembly of colloidal nanoparticles,with the aim of achieving at the same time close-packed structures within each cavity

金属-有机骨架化合物（metal–organic frameworks,mOFs）由于其比表面积大、孔径均一等优点,在催化、光学、电学等领域引起了广泛的关注。最近,基于mOFs的形貌控制研究其性能的形貌依赖性是一个热点。众所周知,表面活性剂能够很好的控制晶体纳米颗粒的形貌。在这里,我们设计了一种利用双表面活性剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵（cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,CTAB）和三羟甲基氨基甲烷（tris（hydroxymethyl）aminomethane,TRIS）,来有效的控制mOFs的形貌[1]。另外,单一的金属纳米颗粒包覆在mOFs当中形成的核-壳结构能够有效的提高该等离激元mOFs在催化过程中的稳定性和选择性。我们发展了一种不依赖与金属纳米颗粒形貌、组分、尺寸的等离激元mOFs的制备方法。同时,由于等离激元纳米颗粒的局域表面等离子体共振效应,等离激元mOFs还可以通过利用表面增强拉曼散射（surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS）研究了mOFs孔径的灵活性[2]。

A paleoglacier reconstruction during the Last Glacial maximum(LGm) is presented for a high mountain area of La Covacha massif in Sierra de Gredos(Iberian Central System) in central Spain. The moraines that, according with the previous literature, had formed during the global LGm, were mapped through photo interpretation of digital aerial photographs and 3D images and detailed field surveys. The topography of the paleoglaciers was estimated using a simple steady-state model that assumed a perfectly plastic ice rheology, reconstructing the theoretical ice profiles and obtaining the ice thickness of the glaciers during the LGm. The reconstruction of the glaciers was carried out using automated and semi-automated physically-based models, obtaining more realistic results with semi-automated models. According to our study, the paleoglaciers in the study area covered an area of 34.79 km^2 during the global LGm, with a maximum ice thickness of 366 meters in La Vega gorge, a total volume of 34.25 × 108 m^3 and a mean paleoELA of 1932 meters. most of the ice(~82%) was in paleoglaciers facing north, and the rest was in paleoglaciers with other orientations. This emphasizes the importance of orientation in relation to glacier dynamics and ice accumulation. The results obtained in the calculation of paleoELAs during the global LGm in Gredos are average compared to the Iberian mountains of the northwest where the values were much lower, and with respect to those of the Southwest, much higher. This demonstrates the importance of the exposure of mediterranean mountains to the humidity sources coming from the nW during the global LGm, as is the case at present.

A suspension of 15nm diameter gold nanoparti-cles has been deposited along a line on a silicon substrate with the assistance of a jet generated in an electric field. In order to control the evaporation of the solvent used to suspend the gold nanoparticles, a heating device was used to change the substrate temperature. Layer-by- layer deposition enabled the direct writing of gold tracks having an electrical resistivity of 1.8 × 10-7 Ωm, only about an order of magnitude above the electrical resistivity of bulk gold.

Recent studies have documented plant responses to climate change extensively, particularly to single-stress exposures. However, critical factors for stress survival, such as sexual differentiation,are not often considered. The dioicous marchantia polymorpha stands as an evolutionary milestone,potentially preserving ancestral traits from the early colonizers. In this study, we employed proteomic analyses complemented with physiological monitoring to investigate combined heat and drought responses in Tak-1(male) and Tak-2(female)accessions of this liverwort. Additionally, targeted transcriptomics was conducted using different natural populations from contrasting *** findings revealed sex-biased dynamics among natural accessions, particularly evident under control conditions and during early stress responses. Although Tak-2 exhibited greater diversity than Tak-1 under control conditions, male accession demonstrated distinct and more rapid stress sensing and signaling. These differences in stress response appeared to be strongly related to sex-specific plasticity influenced by geoclimatic origin. Furthermore, we established distinct protein gene ages and genomic distribution trends, underscoring the importance of protein diversification over time. This study provides an evolutionary perspective on sexual divergence and stress emergence employing a systems biology approach, which allowed for the establishment of global and sex-specific interaction networks in the stress response.

Agriculture has increased the release of reactive nitrogen to the environment due to crops’low nitrogen-use efficiency(nUE)after the application of *** like the use of stabilized-fertilisers with nitrification inhibitors such as DmPP(3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate)have been adopted to reduce nitrogen ***,cover crops can be used in crop-rotation-strategies to reduce soil nitrogen pollution and benefit the following ***(Sorghum bicolor)could be a good candidate as it is drought tolerant and its culture can reduce nitrogen losses derived from nitrification because it exudates biological nitrification inhibitors(BnIs).This work aimed to evaluate the effect of fallow-wheat and sorghum cover crop-wheat rotations on n_(2)O emissions and the grain yield of winter wheat *** addition,the suitability of DmPP addition was also *** use of sorghum as a cover crop might not be a suitable option to mitigate nitrogen losses in the subsequent *** sorghum–wheat rotation was able to reduce 22%the abundance of amoA,it presented an increment of 77%in cumulative n_(2)O emissions compared to fallow–wheat rotation,which was probably related to a greater abundance of heterotrophic-denitrification *** the other hand,the application of DmPP avoided the growth of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and maintained the n_(2)O emissions at the levels of unfertilized-soils in both *** a conclusion,the use of DmPP would be recommendable regardless of the rotation since it maintains nH_(4)^(+)in the soil for longer and mitigates the impact of the crop residues on nitrogen soil dynamics.
