The quantitative understanding of.hydraulic f.acture(Hf.properties guides accurate production f.recasts and reserve *** curve is a powerf.l technique to characterize Hf.and reservoir properties f.om f.owback and long-term production ***,two-phase f.ow of.water and hydrocarbon af.er an Hf.stimulation together with the complex transport mechanisms in shale nanopores exacerbate the nonlinearity of.the transport equation,causing errors in type-curve ***,we propose a new two-phase type-curve method to estimate Hf.properties,such as Hf.volume and permeability of.f.acture,through the analysis of.f.owback data of.multi-f.actured shale *** proposed type curve is based on a semianalytical solution that couples the two-phase f.ow f.om the matrix with the f.ow in Hf.by incorporating matrix inf.ux,slippage ef.ect,stress dependence,and the spatial variation of.f.uid properties in inorganic and organic *** the f.rst time,multiple f.uid transport mechanisms are considered into two-phase type-curve analysis f.r shale *** analyze the f.owback data f.om a multi-f.actured horizontal well in a shale gas reservoir to verif. the f.eld application of.the proposed *** results show that the f.acture properties calculated by the type-curve method are in good agreement with the long-time production data.

Dear Editor,Thioredoxins （Trxs） are key components of.the redox system that regulates the activity of.a spectrum of.target proteins through dithiol-disulf.de exchange reactions. Trxs are reduced by mem- bers of.the Trx reductase （TR） f.mily （Jacquot et al., 2009）. NADP-dependent thioredoxin reductases （NTRs）, the most com-mon type, belong to the f.mily of.dimeric pyridine nucleotide disul-f.de oxidoreductase f.avoproteins that use NADPH as the source of.reducing equivalents.

Root-knot nematodes(RKNs)are obligate endoparasites that f.ed on their host plants to complete its lif. cycle,representing a major threat to agriculture and economy *** development of.new management strategies becomes essential as ef.ective chemical nematicides are progressively being ***,we analysed grape pomace-derived biochars,pyrolysed at 350℃(BC350)and 700℃(BC700),f.cusing on their potential f.r RKN *** thermal treatment of.grape pomace caused an increase in the concentration of.carbon and plant macro-and micronutrients,which were largely present in a water-soluble *** radiation-based f.urier transf.rm inf.ared microspectroscopy data showed a general loss of.carboxylic f.nctional groups during pyrolysis,partially contributing to the alkalinisation of.both biochars,mostly in *** electron microscopy coupled with energydispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis revealed a highly porous structure f.lled with dif.erent crystals composed of.elements such as K,Ca,Mg,P,Si or Al,which could be a suitable environment f.r the growth of.***-derived aqueous extracts showed phytotoxicity to tomato seedlings at high concentrations,and disappeared upon dilution,but no toxic ef.ect was observed on the nematode’s inf.ctive ***,the inf.ctive and reproductive traits of.a Meloidogyne javanica population in tomato were signif.cantly reduced(*** masses and eggs per plant)in washed-biochar-treated soil in pots(0.75%;BC350W).Theref.re,the large amount of.grape waste generated af.er wine production can be transf.rmed into a valuable product such as biochar,ef.ective f.r RKNs control,thus reducing the waste management problem and contributing to a circular economy.

Neurosurgery f.r psychiatric disorders, notably f.r obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), was initiated in Venezuela in the decade of.1970, and consisted since that time in the classic stereotactic anterior cingulotomy. In order to know f.rther about the physiopathology of.this disorder, we perf.rmed intracerebral microdialysis in 2 patients who were operated on. The aim was to measure changes in extracellular neurotransmitters within the basal ganglia. The microdialysis probes were stereotactically placed in the right caudate nucleus and in the dorsomedial nucleus of.the right thalamus. The microdialysis was done bef.re the lef. cingulotomy, during the pause and af.er the right cingulotomy. Glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) changes were similar in the caudate nucleus of.both patients, whereas in the dorsomedial nucleus the changes were opposite among the 2 patients. Although this study does not bring enough data to explain such dif.erences yet, the existence of.dynamic changes in the neurochemistry of.the basal ganglia during cingulotomy shows that intracerebral microdialysis can help in the understanding of.the pathophysiology of.OCD and eventually in the design of.new surgeries with better results.

Chronic viral hepatitis is a signif.cant health problem throughout the world,which already represents high annual *** 2040,chronic viral hepatitis due to virus B and virus C and their complications cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma will be more deadly than malaria,vitellogenesis-inhibiting hormone,and tuberculosis *** this review,we analyze the global impact of.chronic viral hepatitis with a f.cus on the most vulnerable groups,the goals set by the World Health Organization f.r the year 2030,and the key points to achieve them,such as timely access to antiviral treatment of.direct-acting antiviral,which represents the key to achieving hepatitis C virus ***,we review the strategies to prevent transmission and achieve control of.hepatitis B ***,we address the impact that the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has had on implementing elimination strategies and the advantages of.implementing telemedicine programs.

Two additional f.atures are particularly usef.l in pixelwise satellite data segmentation using neural networks: one results f.om local window averaging around each pixel (MWA) and another uses a standard deviation estimator (MWSD) instead of.the average. While the f.rmer’s complexity has already been solved to a satisf.ing minimum, the latter did not. This article proposes a new algorithm that can substitute a naive MWSD, by making the complexity of the computational process fall from O(N2n2) to O(N2n), where N is a square input array side, and n is the moving window’s side length. The Numba python compiler was used to make python a competitive high-performance computing language in our optimizations. Our results show efficiency benchmars

Background:To assess the clinical outcomes of.the Visian Implantable Collamer Lens(ICL)with a central port throughout 7 years of.***:Eighty-f.ur eyes of.52 patients were evaluated over a f.llow-up period of.7 years af.er V4c ICL ***(UDVA)and corrected(CDVA)distance visual acuities,ref.action,intraocular pressure(IOP),endothelial cell density(ECD)and vault were ***:The mean postoperative UDVA(logMAR)was 0.04±0.11,0.13±0.19 and 0.17±0.23 at 1-,5-and 7-years,respectively(Pf.llow-up period(0.02±0.08 and 0.02±0.08,at 5-and 7-years,respectively,P=0.2).At all f.llow-up visits,more than 95%of.the eyes achieved a CDVA of.20/25 or better and more than 85%a CDVA of.20/*** the end of.the f.llow-up(7 years),no eye lost more lines of.CDVA,56 eyes(66.7%)and 28 eyes(33.3%)gained lines of.*** 7-years,the spherical equivalent was−0.62±0.62 *** signif.cant increase in IOP(>20 mmHg or an increase higher than 5 mmHg)occurred in any case throughout the 7-year of.*** loss in ECD f.om the preoperative baseline at the last f.llow-up visit was 2.6%.No intraoperative or postoperative complications or adverse events occurred during the f.llow-up ***:The outcomes of.this study show the long-term viability of.the V4c ICL implantation as a surgical option f.r the correction of.myopia.

Cellular automata model f.r traf.ic f.ow with saf. driving conditions

In this paper, a recently introduced cellular automata （CA） model is used f.r a statistical analysis of.the inner micro-scopic structure of.synchronized traf.ic f.ow. The analysis f.cuses on the f.rmation and dissolution of.clusters or platoons of.vehicles, as the mechanism that causes the presence of.this synchronized traf.ic state with a high f.ow. This platoon f.rmation is one of.the most interesting phenomena observed in traf.ic f.ows and plays an important role both in manual and automated highway systems （AHS）. Simulation results, obtained f.om a single-lane system under periodic boundary conditions indicate that in the density region where the synchronized state is observed, most vehicles travel together in pla- toons with approximately the same speed and small spatial distances. The examination of.velocity variations and individual vehicle gaps shows that the f.ow corresponding to the synchronized state is stable, saf. and highly correlated. Moreover, results indicate that the observed platoon f.rmation in real traf.ic is reproduced in simulations by the relation between vehicle headway and velocity that is embedded in the dynamics def.nition of.the CA model.

Chitin powder and chitin-aerogel were prepared f.om shrimp wastes and used to uptake Y^(3+)f.om aqueous solutions and concentrate this rare earth element f.om phosphogypsum(PG).Chitin aerogel displays a specif.c surf.ce area of.945 m^(2)/g,while chitin powder is 3.6 m^(2)/g,which largely inf.uences its adsorption *** the adsorption in synthetic solutions,the ef.ect of.pH on Y^(3+)removal is strong f.r chitin powder *** contrast,no big pH inf.uence was detected f.r chitin *** interactions and chelation can highlight the proposed mechanism of.Y^(3+)on chitin adsorbents f.r the powder and ***,in addition to these interactions,pore f.lling/pore dif.usion is the main mechanism of.Y^(3+)removal in the chitin *** aerogel is ef.icient in concentrating 8 times the Y^(3+)f.om PG,a very complex *** complex chitin aerogel-Y^(3+)can be a secondary source of.rare earth elements f.r other applications.
