Since 2009 a network of VLF (20 - 60 kHz) and LF (150 - 300 kHz) radio receivers is operating in Europe in order to study the disturbances produced by the earthquakes on the propagation of these signals. In 2011 the network was formed by nine receivers, of which three are located in Italy and one is in Austria, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Russia and Turkey. On May 19, 2001 an earthquake (Mw = 5.7) occurred in western Turkey, that is inside the “sensitive” area of the network. The radio data collected during April-May 2011 were studied using the Wavelet spectra, the Principal Component Analysis and the Standard Deviation trends as different methods of analysis. Evident anomalies were revealed both in the signals broadcasted by the TRT transmitter (180 kHz) located near Ankara and in a VLF signal coming from a transmitter located in Western Europe and collected by the receiver TUR of the network located in eastern Turkey. Evident precursor phases were pointed out. Some differences in the efficiency of the three analysis methods were revealed.

In this paper we describe the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to accretion flows in the strong field gravity regime around both stellar-mass and supermassive black-holes. eXTP has the unique capability of using advanced "spectral-timing-polarimetry" techniques to analyze the rapid variations with three orthogonal diagnostics of the flow and its geometry, yielding unprecedented insight into the inner accreting regions, the effects of strong field gravity on the material within them and the powerful outflows which are driven by the accretion process.

In this White Paper we present the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to Observatory Science targets. These include flaring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, low and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio loud active galactic nuclei, tidal disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP will be excellently suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s.

Over the past 70 years,the world has witnessed extraordinary growth in crop productivity,enabled by a suite of technological advances,including higher yielding crop varieties,improved farm management,synthetic agrochemicals,and agricultural *** this"Green Revolution"intensified crop production,and is credited with reducing famine and malnutrition,its benefits were accompanied by several undesirable collateral effects(Pingali,2012).These include a narrowing of agricultural biodiversity,stemming from increased monoculture and greater reliance on a smaller number of crops and crop varieties for the majority of our *** reduction in diversity has created vulnerabilities to pest and disease epidemics,climate variation,and ultimately to human health(Harlan,1972).

近年来,经皮导管介入诊疗技术不断发展,成为许多结构性心脏病和心律失常等疾病的诊疗基本策略。随着心脏介入操作的日益普及和手术的复杂性,对术中成像的要求越来越高,心腔内超声心动图(ICE)因具有实时成像、实时监测术中并发症以及良好的耐受性等优点,非常符合这些介入操作的要求,尤其没有X射线,可以反复操作、全程可视、精确显示局部解剖结构和心脏血流信号、血流速度等特点,使得ICE越来越多地用于多种类型的心脏介入操作。鉴于国内外尚缺乏相关指南和专家共识,为进一步推广ICE在临床上的规范应用,增加手术成功率、减少并发症、操作者更容易跨越学习曲线等,我们组织全国介入性心脏病和心脏超声相关领域的一线专家,经过执笔专家和审稿专家的共同努力,后又邀请两位美国专家加入,反复酝酿,几易其稿,形成此共识。目前,ICE主要应用于心律失常、先天性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病、左心耳封堵、妊娠患者、植入左室辅助装置、心肌活检、梗阻性肥厚型心肌病、肺动脉高压、电极导线拔除术等心血管疾病的介入手术,其适应证根据具体介入治疗的程序及具体介入治疗的疾病可分为适合应用、倾向于应用和不确定应用三个推荐级别,但目前不推荐心腔内超声用于单纯术前检查或术后随访。此外,ICE还可用于引导无导线起搏器、左束支起搏器等的植入,同时对于已植入起搏器的患者,必要时也可在ICE的帮助下完成零射线消融。然而,还需要更多的临床证据来证明ICE作为影像学引导这些手术的可行性。
