Bats are the second-most diverse group of mammals in the world,and.bat flies are their main ***,significant knowledge gaps remain regarding these antagonistic interactions,especially since diverse factors such as seasonality and.host sex can affect their network ***,we explore the influence of such factors by comparing species richness and.composition of bat flies on host bats,as well as specialization and.modularity of bat–bat fly interaction networks between seasons and.adult host *** captured bats and.collected their ectoparasitic flies at 10 sampling sites in the savannahs of AmapáState,northeastern region of the Brazilian *** female bats being more parasitized and.recording greater bat fly species richness in the wet season,neither relationship was statistically *** pooled network could be divided into 15 compartments with 54 links,and.all subnetworks comprised>12 *** total number of links ranged from 27 to 48(for the dry and.wet seasons,respectively),and.female and.male subnetworks had 44 and.41 links,*** values were very low for the pooled network and.for all *** results revealed higher bat fly species richness and.abundance in the wet season,whereas specialization and.modularity were higher in the dry ***,the subnetwork for female bats displayed higher specialization and.modularity than the male ***,both seasonality and.host sex contribute in different ways to bat–bat fly network *** studies should consider these factors when evaluating bat–bat fly interaction networks.

Low-cost Position and.Force Measurement System for Payload Transport Using UAVs

In recent years, multiple applications have emerged in the area of payload transport using unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs). This has attracted considerable interest among the scientific community, especially the cases involving one or several rotarywing UAVs. In this context, this work proposes a novel measurement system which can estimate the payload position and.the force exerted by it on the UAV. This measurement system is low cost, easy to implement, and.can be used either in indoor or outdoor environments(no sensorized laboratory is needed). The measurement system is validated statically and.dynamically. In the first test, the estimations obtained by the system are compared with measurements produced by high-precision devices. In the second test, the system is used in real experiments to compare its performance with the ones obtained using known procedures. These experiments allowed to draw interesting conclusions on which future research can be based.

Trace elements, isotopic modeling and.U-Th-Pb SHRIMP zircon age constraints are used to reconstruct the eruption history and.magmatic processes of the Piedra Parada Caldera. In the early Eocene, the crystal-poor Barda Colorada ignimbrite(BCI), having >>15% micro-porphyritic crystals with respect to magmatic components, erupted a volume estimated in more than 300 km^3. The Piedra Parada caldera is located in the Patagonian and.s foreland. at the southern end of the calderas field of the Pilcaniyeu Volcanic Belt(PVB). This belt is related to an extensional tectonic setting as a result of the collision of the Farallon-Aluk ridge with South America, which enabled the development of a transform ocean/continental plate margin followed by the detachment of the Aluk plate and.the opening of a slab window. The BCI extra-caldera Plateau is a >100 m thick deposit, having a lower unit with high silica(Si O_2> 76 wt.%),potassium poor rhyolitic composition(trondhjemitic like magma), and.an upper unit with normal to high potassium rhyolitic composition(granitic like magma). A trace elements modeling of the BCI units shows that the BCI lower and.upper units did not evolve from fractionation or immiscibility in the shallow magma reservoir. The BCI also have a primitive isotopic signature(initial87 Sr/86 Sr =0.7031-0.7049 and.ε_(Nd)= +3.4 to +3.65). Thus, tectonic, compositional and.isotopic constraints suggest the fast ascent of high silica magmas to a shallow reservoir, and.point to an upper mantle origin for these rhyolitic magmas in a transitional(Orogenic-Anorogenic) tectono-magmatic setting. U-Th-Pb SHRIMP zircon crystallization ages of the Syn-caldera stage BCI units(56 -51.5 Ma) show a protracted life of 5 Ma for this caldera reservoir. The age of 52.9 ± 0.3 Ma is considered the best fit for the possible maximum age for the caldera collapse. Magma chamber growth models in the upper crust: A review of the hydraulic and.inertial constraints

Finite volumes of magma moving in confinement, store hydraulic potential energy for the generation,control and.transmission of power. The Pascal's principle in a hydraulic jack arrangement is used to model the vertical and.lateral growth of sills. The small input piston of the hydraulic jack is equivalent to the feeder dike, the upper large expansible piston equivalent to the magmatic chamber and.the inertial force of the magma in the dike is the input force. This arrangement is particularly relevant to the case of sills expand.ng with blunt tips, for which rapid fracture propagation is inhibited. Hydraulic models concur with experimental data that show that lateral expansion of magma into a sill is promoted when the vertical ascent of magma through a feeder dike reaches the bottom contact with an overlying, flat rigid-layer. At this point, the magma is forced to decelerate, triggering a pressure wave through the conduit caused by the continued.ascent of magma further down(fluid-hammer effect). This pressure wave can provide overpressure enough to trigger the initial hydraulic lateral expansion of magma into an incipient sill, and.still have enough input inertial force left to continue feeding the hydraulic system. The lateral expansion underneath the strong impeding layer, causes an area increase and.thus, further hydraulic amplification of the input inertial force on the sides and.roof of the incipient sill, triggering further expansion in a self-reinforcing process. Initially, the lateral pressure increase is larger than that in the roof allowing the sill to expand. However, expansion eventually increases the total integrated force on the roof allowing its uplift into either a laccolith, if the roof preserves continuity, or into a piston bounded by a circular set of fractures. Hydraulic models for shallow magmatic chambers, also suggest that laccolith-like intrusions require the existence of a self-supported chamber roof. In contrast, if the roof of magmatic cham

The collision of a divergent ocean ridge may evolve into two end cases： in the continuity of ocean-floor subduction, or in the detachment of the subducted plate. The northern Patagonia active plate margin has the unique situation that in Cenozoic time it has been subjected to two divergent ridge collisions, each one representing one of the end members. The Neogene Antarctica-Nazca divergent ridge collision evolved.as a continuous ocean-floor subduction system, promoting a magmatic hiatus at the arc axis, the obduction of part of the ridge ocean-floor in the fore-arc, and.basaltic volcanism in the back-arc. In contrast, the Paleogene Farallon-Aluk divergent ridge collision evolved into a transform margin, with the detachment and.sinking of the Aluk plate and.the development of a large slab window. As in the previous case, this collision promoted a magmatic hiatus at the arc axis, but the tectono-magmatic scenario changed to postorogenic synextensional volcanism that spread to the former fore-arc （basalt, and.site, rhyolite） and.former back-arc （bimodal ignimbrite flare-up, basalt）. Geochemistry of this slab window synextensional volcanism shows more MORB-like basalts towards the former fore-arc, and.MORB-OIB-Iike basalts towards the former back-arc. Instead, an isolated undeformable crustal block in the former back-arc, with an ＂epeirogenic＂ response to the slab window and.extensional regime, was covered by OIB-type basalts after uplift. Major elements show that slab window basalts reach TiO2 values up to 3 wt%, as compared with the top value of 1.5 wt% of arc magmas. Besides, the MgO with respect to （FeOt ＋ A1203） ratio helps to distinguish slab window magma changes from the former fore-arc to the former back-arc and.also with respect to the ＂epeirogenic＂ block. Higher contents of HFS elements such as Nb and.Ta also help to distinguish this slab window from arc magmas and.also, to distinguish slab window magma changes from the former fore-arc to the former back-arc

Background:The role of different genotypes in nucleos(t)ide analogs(NAs)treatment is still *** studies conducted on special populations evidenced that the E genotype had the lower virological and.serological *** descriptive study aims to recognize the hepatitis B“s”antigen(HBsAg)decline during tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TdF)treatment in a cohort of patient affected by chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:We retrospectively included all patients with CHB treated with TdF between April 2007 and.March 2012 with a duration of treatment of 7 *** of HBsAg was determined.as serological response in this *** include 110 subjects;virological response was observed in all subjects with genotypes A,B,and.d;in 17 patients with C genotype(94.4%)and.24 with E genotype(96%).HBeAg loss was observed in 2 patients with genotype A(50%),3 with B(100%),0 with C(0%),1 with d(20%),and.1 with E genotype(25%).Results:In multivariate analysis we observed.as predictive factors of HBsAg decline the baseline level of HBsAg(OR=1.467;95%CI:1.221–5.113;p=0.017)and.viral genotypes(OR=11.218;95%CI:5.441–41.138;pdy confirmed higher HBsAg decline after 7 years of treatment in A and.B genotypes,and.lower in C,E,and.d ***,no evidence is enough to choose a single NAs,but in special populations,as well as in genotype E,the use of TdF should be preferred to entecavir.

Sensitivity of X-Band.(σ⁰, γ) and.Optical (NdVI) Satellite data to Corn Biophysical Parameters

The objective of this work was to evaluate the sensitivity of three different satellite signals (interferometric coherence (γ), backscattering coefficient (σ0) and.NdVI) to corn biophysical parameters (leaf area index, height, biomass and.water content) throughout its entire vegetation cycle. All of the satellite and.in situ data were collected during the Multi-spectral Crop Monitoring (MCM’10) experiment conducted in 2010 by the CESBIO Laboratory over eight different agricultural sites located in southwestern France. The results demonstrated that the NdVI is well adapted for leaf area index monitoring, whereas γ27.3° is much more suited to the estimation of the three other Biophysical Parameters throughout the entire crop cycle, with a coefficient of determination ranging from 0.83 to 0.99, using non-linear relationships. Moreover, contrary to the use of the NdVI or backscattering coefficients, the use of coherence exhibited a low sensitivity to the changes in vegetation and.soil moisture occurring during senescence, offering interesting perspectives in the domain of applied remote sensing

杀虫脒和双甲脒对大鼠前脑α_2-肾上腺受体结合抑制效应的研究

杀虫脒（CdM）和双甲脒（AMZ）能抑制3H-Clonidine、3H-Yohimbine与大鼠前脑细胞α2-肾上腺受体结合,其IC50分别为62.2～68.8μmol/L,95～110 nmol/L。腹腔注射染毒,均呈现明显剂量关系,CdM r=0.995,AMZ r=0.884。AMZ维持抑制效应时间比 CdM长。用已染毒大鼠血浆进行体外试验,获类似结果。由此表明,CdM和AMZ对3H-Clonidine抑制结合效应与血药（含代谢物）浓度密切相关。本试验还证明,此两种化合物的抑制效应是可逆的,它与该化合物（或其代谢物）在受体位点上的存在相关联。
