In this paper, I suggest that, even more than the state, capitalist enterprise is the most influential institution of neoliberalism, both for the effect it conveys in terms of management in public institutions （New Public Management） and its influence on the subjectivity of neoliberal individuals. However, one could stress, from the perspective of economic theory of the firm, the neoliberal transformations of the capitalist enterprises itself. Two transformations that are taking place from the 1980s seem particularly important. The first is the firm＇s transformation in a ＂nexus of contracts＂ as claimed by the agency theory of Jensen and Meckling that describe and enable the current financialization of the economy. The second is the trans- formation of organisations in a ＂nexus of skills＂ as claimed by the cognitive paradigm of the firm that apply to the company economic reasoning in terms of ＂human capital＂. I then examine the effects on neoliberal subjectivation of these two major changes, from the labour point of view. First, the neoliberal subject imagines, describes and manages itself as the subject of investment in ＂human capital＂. Second, the disappearance of traditional employment contract corresponds to the emergence and intensification of another form of contract, the ＂psychological contract＂, which tends to become a major form of relationship-employed but also a model for relationships between individuals. Finally, lifelong learning is becoming the major form of empowerment of employees, but also a ＂lifestyle＂ based on the apprecia6on of one＇s own human capital and the infinite task of perfecting oneself to match up our ＂skills portfolio＂ with the labour market. These transformations of neoliberal subjectivity have costs that can be summarised by the widespread phe- nomena of burn out, but also the birth of a new form of racism, based on ＂quality＂ of human capital （skills, abilities, capabilities）.

does a post-lesional rewiring exist in the central nervous system （CNS）？ Whereas neuroimaging and neuromodulation techniques illustrate the extensive cortical reshaping after a brain injury, the remodeling of ascending and descending neuronal pathway is more difficult to be investigated. Here, we discuss how the studies dealing with hemispherectomy （HS） can provide interesting information about the functional and anatomical reorganization which take place after an extensive unilateral lesion. Indeed, studies in humans and animal models of HS clearly illustrate that the brain is capable of a widespread rewiring between the contralesional cortices and the subcortical structures as well as the medullary segments linked to the affected side of the body.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLd),defined by excessive liver fat deposition related to the metabolic syndrome,is a leading cause of progressive liver disease,for which accurate non-invasive staging systems and effective treatments are still *** has shown that increased ferritin levels are associated with the metabolic insulin resistance syndrome,and higher hepatic iron and fat *** and iron stores have been associated with the severity of liver damage in NAFLd,and iron depletion reduced insulin resistance and liver ***,Kowdley et al demonstrated in a multicenter study in 628 adult patients with NAFLd from the NAFLd-clinical research network database with central re-evaluation of liver histology and iron staining that the increased serum ferritin level is an independent predictor of liver damage in patients with NAFLd,and is useful to identify NAFLd patients at risk of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and advanced *** data indicate that incorporation of serum ferritin level may improve the performance of noninvasive scoring of liver damage in patients with NAFLd,and that iron depletion still represents an attractive therapeutic target to prevent the progression of liver damage in these patients.

The authors consider a free interface problem which stems from a gas-solid model in combustion with pattern formation. A third-order, fully nonlinear, self-consistent equation for the flame front is derived. Asymptotic methods reveal that the interface approaches a solution to the Kuramoto-Sivashinsky equation. Numerical results which illustrate the dynamics are presented.

Subcentimeter cysts can be the cause of severe chronic scrotal pain(CSP),a condition that significantly impacts patients and is often difficult to *** article aims to investigate the impact of subcentimeter cysts on CSP and compare the effectiveness of surgical removal for cysts of different *** primary outcome was the comparison of the average pain reduction pre-and *** a median postoperative time of 27.80(range:0.59–36.30)months,the average pain reduction was 6.00(standard deviation[s.d.]:2.27)for subcentimeter cysts and 2.72(s.d.:1.43)for larger cysts(P=0.0031).In total,81.0%of all patients were pain-free after cyst removal and 100.0%reported some improvement in *** postoperative pain reduction was significantly greater for subcentimeter cysts.

Gas market in Europe is experiencing a radical change for different reasons, partially determined and accelerated by economic downturn of the last period. In the past few years, many European countries adopted energy policies largely based on the utilization of natural gas. In fact, a sharp increase of the demand was observed and, at the same time, a lot of infrastructures were developed to assure the necessary supply. In the last few years, due to the economic downturn, natural gas demand decreased, causing a consistent oversupply on the market, which altered the consolidated dynamics of the sector. Under- standing the changes currently under development in the European gas market is of paramount importance in order to design future strategies for the sector; in particular, it is necessary to understand if the present situation will cause a reshaping of the sector.

In the past decade light-induced electron transfer reactions in photosystem I have been the subject of intensive investigations that have led to the elucidation of some unique characteristics, the most striking of which is the existence of two parallel, functional, redox active cofactors chains. This process is generally referred to as bidirectional electron transfer. Here we present a review of the principal evidences that have led to the uncovering of bidirectionality in the reaction centre of photosystem I. A special focus is dedicated to the results obtained combining time-resolved spectroscopic techniques, either difference absorption or electron paramagnetic resonance, with molecular genetics, which allows, through modification of the binding of redox active cofactors with the reaction centre subunits, an effect on their physical-chemical properties.
