Aim:Imrecoxib is a novel and moderately selective COX-2 *** aim ofthe present in vitro investigation was to study the formation of the major metabo-lite 4′-carboxylic acid imrecoxib（M2）and identify the enzyme（s）involved in ***:The formation of M2 was studied in rat liver cytosol in theabsence or presence of liver *** formed metabolite was identifiedand quantified by LC/MS~*** addition,to characterize the cytochrome P450（CYP）isozymes involved in M2 formation,the effects of typical CYP inhibitors（such asketoconazle,quinine,α-naphthoflavone,methylpyrazole,and cimetidine）on theformation rate of M2 were ***:The formation of M2 from 4’-hydroxymethyl imrecoxib（M4）was completely dependent on rat liver microsomesand *** kinetic studies demonstrated that the formation rate of M2conformed to monophasic Michaelis-Menten *** experimentsshowed that the formation of M2 was induced significantly by dexamethasoneand lowered by ketoconazole strongly and ***,other CYP inhibitors,such as α-naphthoflavone,cimetidine,quinine,and methylpyrazole had no inhibitory effects on this metabolic ***:These biotransformation studies of M4 and imrecoxib in rat liver atthe subcellular level showed that the formation of M2 occurs in rat liver microsomesand is *** reaction was mainly catalyzed by CYP 3A inuntreated rats and in dexamethasone-induced *** CYP,such as CYP 1A,2C,2D,and 2E,seem unlikely to participate in this metabolic pathway.

Because of low mechanical strength,pure magnesium has limited applications and is usually alloyed with some elements such as aluminum,manganese,zinc and rare earth in order to improve its mechanical properties and/or corrosion *** so,appropriate surface treatment methods need to be used to further improve its corrosion resistance prior to *** on the conventional anodic oxidation,micro arc oxidation is developed and widely used to fabricate a protective coating on valve metals including magnesium *** paper reports our work on micro arc oxidation on Mg *** magnesium,AZ91HP and Mg-Li were separately anodized to investigate the effects of substrates on anodizing time,surface morphology,thickness and *** was found that the anodizing processes and coating properties were strongly affected by the alloy *** behavior of voltage with time indicated that reaching the same final voltage under the same electric parameters,anodizing time for AZ91HP was the shortest and Mg-Li the *** uniformity of anodic coatings obtained on AZ91HP was the best and Mg-Li the *** pores formed on AZ91HP and pure magnesium were generally circular with diameter 2 μm-4 μm and 3 μm-6 μm,respectively;the maximum pores on the former and the latter were separately 7 μm and 8 μm in ***,for anodic coatings formed on Mg-Li,the pore shape was not regular with both rectangle and round *** rectangle pores were 2 μm-10 μm in length and a large pore sometimes contained several small *** coatings formed on pure magnesium,AZ91HP and Mg-Li were separately 18 μm,16 μm and 28 μm *** with pure magnesium,aluminium slightly decreased the coating thickness and lithium evidently thickened the thickness of anodic *** by EDX,the phosphorus content of anodic coatings on Mg-Li was the highest and that on AZ91HP the *** coatings formed on Mg-Li contained 39.39 % phosphorus,higher than those on

Applications for 5-axis have increased tremendously in recent *** curved surfaces using CNC software represents a challenging *** conventional interpolation algorithms for 5-axis CNC machining are focused on studying a curved surface is approximated by a linear grid of closely spaced points,which are traversed in a linear or circular interpolation mode to machine the desired shape. 基于对OpenGL以及STL的研究,提出了使用几何形体模型数据实现真实感图形显示的总体思路,并给出了基于OpenGL的STL格式实体的真实感显示的具体方法及实现步骤,依此设计生成了一个相应的显示工具,其显示效果好,渲染速度快且操作简单、灵活.
