Efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for insomnia:A systematic review and meta-analysis

The practical energy density of lithium-sulfur ba.teries(LSBs)is seriously limited by the high electrolyte-to-sulfur ratios(E/S).The E/S can be reduced by employing hosts with easy-to-infiltrate structure that ensures the uniform distribution of a lean electrolyte and high catalytic activity that can suppress"shuttle effect"via accelerating the slow conversion of soluble poly sulfides to insoluble *** the easy-to-infiltrate structures,the three-dimensional-ordered macroporous(3DOM)structure is easier to scale preparation and more suitable for the existing industrial ***,it is difficult to obtain the 3DOM with(1)high penetrability due to the high viscosity of frequently-used organic polymer precursors and(2)high catalytic activity due to the low confinement effect,meaning that uniformly dispersed small-sized catalytic materials are difficult to load on ***,using carbon dots(CDs)with both organic and inorganic properties as a precursor and aggregation limiting agent,a 3DOM host with high penetrability and homodispersed Ni particles of small sizes(Ni-CDs-3DOM)was *** this host:(1)CDs precursor with suitable viscosity can improve the penetrability.(2)CDs can effectively inhibit the agglomeration of Ni particles.(3)Uniformly dispersed small-size Ni particles offer high-efficiency catalytic activity toward sulfur ***,the Ni-CDs-3DOM/sulfur cathode exhibits high sulfur utilization and stable cycling performance even under high sulfur loading(5.5 mg·cm^(-2))and low E/S(6.5μl·mg^(-1)).This work indicates the usefulness of CDs in constructing hosts for LSBs with high energy density.

Objective:This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)antibody(SCT200)and an anti-programmed cell death 1(PD-1)antibody(SCT-I10A)as third-line or subsequent therapies in patients with rat sarcoma viral oncogene(RAS)/v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B(BRAF)wild-type(wt)metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Methods:We conducted a multicenter,open-label,phase Ib clinical *** with histologically confirmed RAS/BRAF wt m CRC with more than two lines of treatment were enrolled and treated with SCT-I10A and *** primary endpoints were the objective response rate(ORR)and *** secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS).Results:Twenty-one patients were enrolled in the study through January 28,*** ORR was 28.57%and the DCR was 85.71%(18/21).The median PFS and OS were 4.14 and 12.84 months,*** treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)were ***,compared with the monotherapy cohort from our previous phase I study evaluating SCT200 for RAS/BRAF wt m CRC in a third-line setting,no significant improvements in PFS and OS were observed in the combination ***:SCT200 combined with SCT-I10A demonstrated promising efficacy in previously treated RAS/BRAF wt m CRC patients with an acceptable safety *** head-to-head studies with larger sample sizes are needed to validate whether the efficacy and safety of combined anti-EGFR and anti-PD-1 therapy are superior to anti-EGFR monotherapy in the third-line setting.(Registration ***04229537).

Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Traffic Flow Data Quality ba.ed on Grey Correlation Analysis and Particle Swarm Optimization

Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or ***,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation *** order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method ba.ed on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this *** first,an improved GCA evaluation model ba.ed on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is ***,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model ba.ed on the objective function ***,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of *** proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

Enhancing corrosion resistance of plasma electrolytic oxidation coatings on AM50 Mg alloy by inhibitor containing ba.NO_(3))_(2) solutions

To enhance the long-term corrosion resistance of the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)coating on the magnesium(Mg)alloy,an inorganic salt combined with corrosion inhibitors was used for posttreatment of the *** this study,the corrosion performance of PEO-coated AM50 Mg was significantly improved by loading sodium lauryl sulfonate(SDS)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulf-onate into ba.NO_(3))_(2) post-sealing *** electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and ultraviolet-visible analyses showed that the inhibitors enhanced the incorporation of ba._(2) into PEO *** impedance showed that post-sealing in ba.NO_(3))_(2)/SDS treatment enhanced corrosion resistance by three orders of *** total impedance value remained at 926Ω·cm^(2)after immersing in a 0.5wt%naCl solution for 768 h.A salt spray test for 40 days did not show any obvious region of corrosion,proving excellent post-sealing by ba.NO_(3))_(2)/SDS *** corrosion resistance of the coating was enhanced through the synergistic effect of ba.2 pore sealing and SDS adsorption.

In this work,low-softening-temperature and low-modulus SiO_(2) was introduced as an embedded interface between SiC nanowires(SiCnws)and a ba.(x)Sr_(1−x)Al_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) ceramic matrix to enhance strength and toughness of the *** the sintering process,molten SiO_(2) enhances the flowability of the ceramic powders and modifies the dispersion of *** strengthening effect of SiCnws was fully realized,and the flexural strength of the optimized ceramics reached 193±16 MPa,which represents an increase of 52.6%.After the formation of the embedded SiO_(2) interface with a low modulus,cracks can deflect along the SiCnws surface,which is consistent with the criterion of He and *** can effectively extend the crack propagation path,and the fracture toughness(K_(IC))is thus improved by 94.0%,reaching 3.1±0.5 MPa·m^(1/2).

A simulation-ba.ed software to support the real-time operational parameters selection of tunnel boring machines
