目的探究天麻素(GAS)调控miR-181b对创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)大鼠行为及脑水肿的作用机制。方法将120只SPF级SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、TBI模型组(Model组)、低剂量GAS组(GAS-L组,50 mg/kg GAS)、高剂量GAS组(GAS-H组,100 mg/kg GAS)、高剂量GAS+miR-181b antagomir NC组(GAS-H+miR-181b antagomir NC组,100 mg/kg GAS+200 nmol miR-181b antagomir NC)和高剂量GAS+miR-181b antagomir组(GAS-H+miR-181b antagomir组,100 mg/kg GAS+200 nmol miR-181b antagomir),每组20只大鼠。采用改良神经功能缺损严重程度评分量表(mNSS)对各组大鼠神经功能进行评估。采用转棒测试、旷场实验评价大鼠行为学变化。干湿重法测定大鼠脑组织含水量。HE染色观察大鼠脑组织病理学变化。实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)法测定各组大鼠脑组织miR-181b水平。Western blot法测定大鼠脑组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)的表达水平。结果与Sham组相比,Model组大鼠mNSS评分、脑组织含水量、脑组织MMP-9、AQP4蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05),转棒测试跌落时间、旷场实验区域中心停留时间、脑组织miR-181b水平显著降低(P<0.05),大鼠脑皮质神经元萎缩,结构紊乱,细胞轮廓不清晰,出现严重的脑损伤。与Model组相比,GAS-H组大鼠相关指标变化趋势与上述相反(P<0.05)。miR-181b antagomir减弱了GAS对TBI导致的大鼠行为学障碍和脑水肿的减轻作用。结论GAS可能通过提高miR-181b的表达来改善TBI导致的大鼠行为学障碍和脑水肿。

目的探讨创伤性脑损伤(TBI)患者血清水通道蛋白4(AQP4)和核因子κB(NF-κB p65)表达与神经功能缺损程度及预后的关系。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月于河南科技大学第一附属医院开元急诊科收治的128例TBI患者作为研究对象(观察组),根据美国国立卫生院神经缺损评估量表(NIHSS)将患者分为重度组31例、中度组45例和轻度组52例;根据格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分将患者分为预后不良组37例和预后良好组91例。另选取同期于本院体检的128例健康志愿者作为对照组。比较各组受检者的一般资料及血清AQP4和NF-κB p65水平,采用Spearman法分析血清AQP4、NF-κB p65水平与NIHSS评分的相关性,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析血清AQP4、NF-κB p65对TBI患者预后不良的预测价值。结果观察组患者的血清AQP4、NF-κB p65水平分别为(27.37±6.34)μg/L、(2.27±0.24)ng/mL,明显高于对照组的(12.65±3.21)μg/L、(0.36±0.11)ng/mL,差异均具有统计学意义(P中度组>轻度组,48 h、72 h有同样的趋势,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预后不良组患者的血清AQP4、NF-κB p65水平分别为(34.65±7.51)μg/L、(2.71±0.40)ng/mL,明显高于预后良好组的(24.41±6.48)μg/L、(2.09±0.22)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清AQP4、NF-κB p65两者联合预测TBI患者预后不良的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.938,高于各单一指标的0.873、0.830,联合预测的敏感度为91.89%,特异度为85.71%,两者联合优于血清AQP4、NF-κB p65各自单独预测(Z两者联合-AQP4=2.564、Z两者联合-NF-κB p65=2.555,P=0.010、0.011)。结论TBI患者血清AQP4、NF-κB p65水平上升与神经功能缺损程度和不良预后有关,可作为预测预后的潜在标志物。

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of Li~+limits its practical *** this work,C-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of LIBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** C-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the C-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)Li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMC)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMC surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)Li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of C-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

Seasonal infl uenza,which is transmitted by droplets and direct contact,is a global public health issue that causes an average of 2.5 excess infl uenza-like illness(ILI)consultations per 1,000 person-years in China.[1]Nonpharmaceutical interventions(NPIs)against droplet and direct contact transmission,including social distancing measures and personal protective measures,are recommended to reduce the spread of *** distancing measures comprised isolating ill persons,quarantining exposed persons,school and workplace closures,and avoiding *** protective measures included hygiene,respiratory etiquette,and face masks.[2]In December 2019,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)started to spread,and China introduced NPIs to address the pandemic in January *** NPIs could also help reduce the spread of other respiratory diseases,such as seasonal influenza.[3]In the second half of 2020,the COVID-19 pandemic was gradually brought under ***,transport,and schools were returning to normal,while citizens were still required to wear masks in *** of influenza also *** study compared the ILI percentage(ILI%),laboratory(LAB)-positive rate,incidence rate,and effective reproductive number(Rt)of infl uenzas from 2019 to 2022 to clarify the change in seasonal infl uenza spread after the COVID-19 outbreak.

Clinical manifestations of respiratory syncytial virus infection and the risk of wheezing and recurrent wheezing illness:a systematic review and meta‑analysis

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infection in infants is a global health *** aimed to investigate the common manifestations of RSV infection by age group and human development index(HDI)level and to assess its association with the development of wheezing and recurrent wheezing *** We searched the literature published between January 1,2010 and June 2,2022 in seven *** included common manifestations and long-term respiratory outcomes of RSV infection in ***-and fixed-effect models were used to estimate the effect size and their 95%confidence *** analysis was conducted by age and HDI *** review was registered in PROSPERO(CRD42022379401).Results The meta-analysis included 47 *** top five manifestations were cough(92%),nasal congestion(58%),rhinorrhea(53%),shortness of breath(50%),and dyspnea(47%).The clinical symptoms were most severe in *** our analysis,compared to very high and high HDI countries,fewer studies in medium HDI countries reported related manifestations,and no study in low HDI countries reported *** RSV-infected infants were more likely to develop wheezing than the non-infected infants[odds ratio(OR),3.12;95%CI,2.59–3.76]and had a higher risk of developing wheezing illnesses after recovery(OR,2.60;95%CI,2.51–2.70).Conclusions Cough and shortness of breath are common manifestations of RSV *** attention should be given to infants and areas with low HDI *** current findings confirm an association between RSV infection and wheezing or recurrent wheezing illness.

Hernandezine(Her),a bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid extracted from Thalictrum flavum,is recognized for its range of biological activities inherent to this herbal *** its notable properties,the anti-cancer effects of Her have remained largely *** this study,we elucidated that Her significantly induced cytotoxicity in cancer cells through the activation of apoptosis and necroptosis ***,Her triggered autophagosome formation by activating the AMPK and ATG5 conjugation systems,leading to LC3 *** findings revealed that Her caused damage to the mitochondrial membrane,with the damaged mitochondria undergoing mitophagy,as evidenced by the elevated expression of mitophagy ***,Her disrupted autophagic flux,demonstrated by the upregulation of p62 and accumulation of autolysosomes,as observed in the RFP-GFP-LC3 reporter ***,we determined that Her did not prevent the fusion of autophagosomes and ***,it inhibited the maturation of cathepsin D and increased lysosomal pH,indicating an impairment of lysosomal *** use of the early-stage autophagy inhibitor,3-methyladenine(3-MA),did not suppress LC3II,suggesting that Her also induces noncanonical autophagy in autophagosome *** application of Bafilomycin A1,an inhibitor of noncanonical autophagy,diminished the recruitment of ATG16L1 and the accumulation of LC3II by Her,thereby augmenting Her-induced cell *** observations imply that while autophagy initially plays a protective role,the disruption of the autophagic process by Her promotes programmed cell *** study provides the first evidence of Her’s dual role in inducing apoptosis and necroptosis while also initiating and subsequently impairing autophagy to promote apoptotic cell *** insights contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying programmed cell death,offering potential avenues for enhancing cancer prevention and therapeutic st

Dynamic thermo-mechanical responses of road-soft ground system under vehicle load and daily temperature variation

Lower limb motion recognition techniques commonly employ Surface Electromyographic Signal(sEMG)as input and apply a machine learning classifier or Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)for ***,this artificial feature engineering technique is not generalizable to similar tasks and is heavily reliant on the researcher’s subject *** contrast,neural networks such as Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and Long Short-term Memory Neural Network(LSTM)can automatically extract features,providing a more generalized and adaptable approach to lower limb motion *** this approach overcomes the limitations of human feature engineering,it may ignore the potential correlation among the sEMG *** paper proposes a spatial–temporal graph neural network model,STGNN-LMR,designed to address the problem of recognizing lower limb motion from multi-channel ***-LMR transforms multi-channel sEMG into a graph structure and uses graph learning to model spatial–temporal *** 8-channel sEMG dataset is constructed for the experimental stage,and the results show that the STGNN-LMR model achieves a recognition accuracy of 99.71%.Moreover,this paper simulates two unexpected scenarios,including sEMG sensors affected by sweat noise and sudden failure,and evaluates the testing results using hypothesis *** to the experimental results,the STGNN-LMR model exhibits a significant advantage over the control models in noise scenarios and failure *** experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the STGNN-LMR model for addressing the challenges associated with sEMG-based lower limb motion recognition in practical scenarios.
