以废弃汽车外轮胎热解后的副产物轮胎热解焦(Tyre pyrolysis char,TPC)为原料,利用均匀沉淀法制备以轮胎焦为载体的负载型Ni/TPC催化剂,采用EDX、SEM、XRD、TG、BET手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析,同时使用管式炉测试了Ni/TPC催化剂在秸秆热解燃气重整中的催化性能,并考察了热解温度、保温时间、镍负载量及催化时间对秸秆热解燃气重整效果的影响。研究结果表明,TPC富含焦和金属,Ni/TPC催化剂分散均匀,热稳定性好,比表面积为62 m2/g。催化剂活性测试显示,Ni/TPC催化剂用于作物秸秆热解燃气重整具有很强的催化活性,可显著提高燃气中可燃气体含量;热解温度在750℃、保温时间10 min、30%的Ni负载量时Ni/TPC催化剂的催化效率最高,连续使用850 min后,燃气中的H_2含量仍相对提高到50%以上,长时间使用后活性结构由Ni_3ZnC_(0.7)转变成FeNi_3,催化活性依然较强且趋于稳定,TPC可以作为良好的新型镍基催化剂载体。

li–CO_(2) batteries are considered promising energy storage systems in extreme environments such as Mars;however,severe performance degradation will occur at a subzero temperature owning to the sluggish reaction ***,a photo-energized strategy adopting sustainable solar energy in wide working temperature range li–CO_(2) battery was achieved with a binder-free MoS_(2)/carbon nanotube(CNT)photo-electrode as *** unique layered structure and excellent photoelectric properties of MoS_(2) facilitate the abundant generation and rapid transfer of photo-excited carriers,which accelerate the CO_(2) reduction and li_(2)CO_(3) decomposition upon *** illuminated battery at room temperature exhibited high discharge voltage of 2.95 V and mitigated charge voltage of 3.27 V,attaining superior energy efficiency of 90.2%and excellent cycling stability of over 120 *** at an extremely low temperature of−30℃,the battery with same electrolyte can still deliver a small polarization of 0.45 V by the photoelectric and photothermal synergistic mechanism of MoS_(2)/CNT *** work demonstrates the promising potential of the photo-energized wide working temperature range li–CO_(2) battery in addressing the obstacle of charge overpotential and energy efficiency.

Angiographic prevalence of myocardial bridging in a defined very large number of Chinese patients with chest pain

Background Muscle fibers overlying the intramyocardial segment of an epicardial coronary artery are termed myocardial bridging （MB）. Variable prevalence of MB has been described at autopsy and angiographic series with small and large sample size studies. In addition, no similar study was reported in Chinese population. The aim of this study was to investigate the angiographic prevalence of MB in consecutive 37 106 Chinese patients with chest pain from our center. Methods We conducted an observational study to evaluate the consecutive cases with MB among patients undergone selective coronary angiography, and analyzed the angiograhic prevalence and clinical features of MB in this study of very large sample size. Results Among 37 105 patients with chest pain we found 1002 cases with 1011 MBs in a retrospective manner, and the overall prevalence was 2.70%. Although more than 99% （991/1002） of patients had single bridge, 8 cases were found to have more than two MBs （seven with two, and one with three）. Altogether 54.39% of cases （545/1002） had MB without atherosclerotic lesions, and 96.24% （973/1011） of bridging located in the left anterior descending coronary artery （LAD）, mainly in the middle of LAD （792/1011,78.33%）. According to Nobel classification, of the single bridge （n=-991）, 〈50% of obstruction was predominant （471/991,47.52%）. Totally 50%-69% accounted for 34.81% （345/991）, 〉70% of obstruction was 17.65% （175/991）. Conclusions These data showed that the prevalence of angiographically detectable MB in Chinese patients with chest pain was similar to those of the previous studies, with 2.7% prevalence in this very large sample size.

Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

Accordingly,conditioned morphine withdrawal induced actin rearrangements in the amygdala and the DH but not in the NAc,characterized by a net increase in F-actin content in the *** addition,we found that conditioned morphine withdrawal also increased activity-regulated cytoskeletal-associated protein（Arc） expression in the amygdala but not in the DH,although actin rearrangements were observed in both *** further found that inhibition of actin rearrangements by intra-amygdala or intra-DH injections of latrunculin A,an inhibitor of actin polymerization,significantly attenuate CPA ***,we found that the inhibition of amygdala P-adrenoceptor activity by its antagonist propranolol diminished actin rearrangement in the DH induced by conditioned morphine withdrawal while the stimulation of amygdalaβ-adrenoceptor activity by its agonist clenbuterol elicited actin rearrangements in the DH without morphine withdrawal ***

Several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the Sino Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.
