Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have great potential in next-generation energy storage due to its high theoretical specific capacity and energy ***,there are several challenges to the practical application of Li-S batteries including the growth of lithium dendrites and the shuttle effect of *** interlayeres(freestanding or coated on the separator)is an effective approach to reduce these obstacles and improve the electrochemical performance of Li-S *** this review,we briefly summarize the interlayer materials and structures modified on both cathodic and anodic sides including(ⅰ)carbon-based materials,(ⅱ)polymers,(ⅲ)inorganic metal compounds,(iv)metal-organic frameworks,as well as(v)the novel separators in recent *** also systematically address the fabrication processes,assembling methods,and functions of interlayers for enhancing the performance of Li-S ***,the prospects and outlooks of the future development of advanced interlayers and separators are also presented.

It is generally thought that phosphine (PH3) concentrations exist at the low ng/m3 level during the night and at the pg/m3 level during daylight in the remote atmosphere of the lower troposphere. The first de- termination of gaseous PH3 on the Antarctic Millor Peninsula is reported in this paper. No PH3 was de- tected in the air samples around 10:00 when it was sunny. However, PH3 was found in all the 10:00 air samples when it was cloudy or light snow with the average of 75.3±28.8 ng/m3 (n=5). It was also found in nearly all the samples around 22:00 with the average of 87.2±70.9 ng/m3 (n=11). Atmospheric PH3 concentrations around 22:00 were generally higher than those around 10:00 in January and they were almost the same in February. In addition, PH3 concentrations around 22:00 showed a downtrend with the decreasing air temperature, suggesting that light intensity and air temperature had an important effect on atmospheric PH3 concentration. It is very surprising to have found that high concentrations of PH3 exist in the Antarctic atmosphere under the influence of strong UV-radiation and light intensity. The tentative analyses show that dry, cold and very clean atmosphere may be very suitable for the PH3 sur- vival and cause the concentration to increase and accumulate in the local atmosphere. New ap- proaches for the PH3 formation and the process of atmospheric chemistry may exist under such an extreme environment. Atmospheric PH3 may also be from the emissions of local sources.

2D MXene-Ti3C2Tx has demonstrated promising application prospects in various fields;however,it fails to function properly in biosensor setups due to restacking and anodic oxidation *** expand beyond these existing limitations,an effective strategy to for modifying the MXene by covalently grafting first-generation poly(amidoamine)dendrimers onto an MXene in situ(MXene@PAMAM)was reported *** used as a conjugated template,the MXene not only preserved the high conductivity but also conferred a specific 2D architecture and large specific surface areas for anchoring *** PAMAM,an efficient spacer and stabilizer,simultaneously suppressed the substantial restacking and oxidation of the MXene,which endowed this hybrid with improved electrochemical performance compared to that of the bare MXene in terms of favorable conductivity and stability under anodic ***,the massive amino terminals of PAMAM offer abundant active sites for adsorbing Au nanoparticles(AuNPs).The resulting 3D hierarchical nanoarchitecture,AuNPs/MXene@PAMAM,had advanced structural merits that led to its superior electrochemical performance in *** a proof of concept,this MXene@PAMAM-based nanobiosensing platform was applied to develop an immunosensor for detecting human cardiac troponin T(cTnT).A fast,sensitive,and highly selective response toward the target in the presence of a[Fe(CN)6]^(3-/4-)redox marker was realized,ensuring a wide detection of 0.1-1000 ng/mL with an LOD of 0.069 ng/*** sensor's signal only decreased by 4.38%after 3 weeks,demonstrating that it exhibited satisfactory stability and better results than previously reported MXene-based *** work has potential applicability in the bioanalysis of cTnT and other biomarkers and paves a new path for fabricating high-performance MXenes for biomedical applications and electrochemical engineering.

目的:探讨丙泊酚后处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能的改善作用及其对脑线粒体损伤的保护作用,阐明其作用机制。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和丙泊酚后处理组,每组8只。模型组和丙泊酚后处理组大鼠采用结扎颈动脉法建立大脑中动脉阻塞局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,丙泊酚后处理组大鼠于再灌注即刻股静脉输注20 mg·kg-1·h-1丙泊酚2 h,假手术组和模型组大鼠给予等量生理盐水。各组大鼠于再灌注24 h后进行神经功能缺损评分,采用HE染色法观察各组大鼠海马组织病理形态表现,采用相关试剂盒检测各组大鼠海马组织中氧化应激相关因子活性和水平,采用活性氧(ROS)荧光探针检测各组大鼠脑海马组织中ROS水平,采用TUNEL法检测各组大鼠海马组织中TUNEL阳性细胞率,采用Western blotting法检测各组大鼠海马组织中线粒体裂变、融合和生物发生相关蛋白及烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸酯氧化酶4(Nox4)和核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)蛋白表达水平,免疫荧光法检测各组大鼠海马组织中Nrf2蛋白表达水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显升高(P<0.05),大鼠海马组织病理损伤明显,海马组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化力(T-AOC)水平明显降低(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)和ROS水平及TUNEL阳性细胞率明显升高(P<0.05),动力相关蛋白1(DRP1)、裂变蛋白1(Fis1)、Nox4和Nrf2蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.05),视神经萎缩症蛋白1(OPA1)、线粒体融合蛋白2(Mfn2)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ共激活因子1α(PGC-1α)和线粒体转录因子A(TFAM)蛋白表达水平明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,丙泊酚后处理组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显降低(P<0.05),大鼠海马组织病理损伤明显改善,大鼠海马组织中SOD及GSH-Px活性和T-AOC水平明显升高(P<0.05),MDA水平、ROS水平和TUNEL阳性细胞率明显降低(P<0.05),DRP1、Fis1和Nox4蛋白表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),OPA1、Mfn2、PGC-1α、TFAM和Nrf2蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚后处理可抑制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠海马组织细胞凋亡和氧化应激,促进线粒体融合和生物发生并抑制线粒体裂变,改善大鼠神经功能损伤,其机制可能与调控Nox4/Nrf2信号通路有关。

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a leading cause of cancer mortality *** epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs)have dramatically improved the life expectancy of patients with NSCLC,concerns about TKI-induced cardiotoxicities have ***0010,a novel third-generation TKI,was developed to overcome drug resistance induced by EGFR-T790M ***,the cardiotoxicity of AC0010 remains *** evaluate the efficacy and cardiotoxicity of AC0010,we designed a novel multifunctional biosensor by integrating microelectrodes(MEs)and interdigital electrodes(IDEs)to comprehensively evaluate cell viability,electrophysiological activity,and morphological changes(beating of cardiomyocytes).The multifunctional biosensor can monitor AC0010-induced NSCLC inhibition and cardiotoxicity in a quantitative,label-free,noninvasive,and real-time ***0010 was found to significantly inhibit NCI-H1975(EGFR-L858R/T790M mutation),while weak inhibition was found for A549(wild-type EGFR).Negligible inhibition was found in the viabilities of HFF-1(normal fibroblasts)and *** the multifunctional biosensor,we found that 10μM AC0010 significantly affected the extracellular field potential(EFP)and mechanical beating of *** amplitude of EFP continuously decreased after AC0010 treatment,while the interval decreased first and then *** analyzed the change in the systole time(ST)and diastole time(DT)within a beating interval and found that the DT and DT/beating interval rate decreased within 1 h after AC0010 *** result probably indicated that the relaxation of cardiomyocytes was insufficient,which may further aggravate the ***,we found that AC0010 significantly inhibited EGFR-mutant NSCLC cells and impaired cardiomyocyte function at low concentrations(10μM).This is the first study in which the risk of AC0010-induced cardiotoxicity was *** addition,novel multifunctional bi
