An intermittent lithium deposition model based on bimetallic MOFs derivatives for dendrite-free lithium anode with ultrahigh areal capacity

In the development of 3. conductive frameworks for lithium metal anode(LMA),two models have been proposed:top growth model and bottom-up growth ***,Li tends to accumulate on the top of these 3. frameworks with homogenous lithiophilicity(top growth)and Li dendrite still *** address this issue,some researchers have focused on developing 3. frameworks with gradient lithio-philicity,which realized bottom-up growth of ***,partial Li nucleation sites on the top of these frameworks were *** by the two models talked above,this work firstly proposed a novel intermittent lithiophilic model for lithium *** demonstrate the feasibility of this model,a bimetallic metal-organic frameworks derived ZnMn_(2)O_(4)-MnO nanoparticles were grown on carbon cloth for *** can cycle stably under ultra-high current and areal capacity(10 mA/cm^(2),10 mAh/cm^(2)).The in-situ optical microscopy(OM)was conducted to observe the Li deposition behavior,no dendrite was found during 80 h in ester-based electrolyte while the pure Li only cycled for *** is more,it can also be well-coupled with Lini_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)cathode and solid-state electrolyte,which further prove the advantages of the intermittent model for the development of LMAs with high safety and high energy density.

Quantum key distribution over a mimicked dynamic-scattering channel

Free-space quantum key distribution(QKD) plays an important role in the global quantum network. However, free space channels suffer from the atmospheric turbulence and scattering effects of haze,fog, and dust, which significantly weaken the performance of QKD or even block the secure quantum ***, we prove the performance of QKD over a dynamic scattering channel can be enhanced significantly using a fast wavefront shaping technique. The system achieves on average 10-dB enhancement of quantum transmission efficiency and establishes a secure quantum link for QKD. Our work demonstrates the feasibility of QKD through free-space dynamic scattering channels and enhances the deployment capability of complex-channel QKD system.

The counterion-mediated hydrogen bonding(CMHB)is related to the hydrogen bonding between bound counterions and polyelectrolyte chains in polyelectrolyte systems,where the counterions can both electrostatically bind to the charged groups of polyelectrolyte chains and act as hydrogen bond donors or acceptors to form hydrogen bonds with the hydrogen bond sites associated with polyelectrolyte chains simultaneously.A large number of literatures illustrate that strong polyelectrolytes(SPs)are insensitive to pH,which severely limmits the applications of SPs as smart ***,our studies have demonstrated that the CMHB makes SPs *** perspective discusses the mechanism of pH responsiveness of SPs and the pH-tunable properties of SPs,based on the pH-controlled CMHB *** future research directions on the pH responsiveness of SPs are also discussed *** is anticipated that the study of the pH responsiveness of SPs not only will provide a new understanding of the fundamental properties of SPs,but also will greatly expand the applications of SPs in the field of smart materials.

Young patient with a giant gastric bronchogenic cyst:A case report and review of literature

BACKGROUND Gastric bronchogenic cysts(BCs)are extremely rare cystic masses caused by abnormal development of the respiratory system during the embryonic *** bronchial cysts are rare lesions that were first reported in 1956;as of 2023.only 3. cases are available in the PubMed online *** usually have no clinical symptoms in the early stage,and imaging findings also lack ***,they are difficult to diagnose before histopathological *** SUMMARY A 3.-year-old woman with respiratory distress presented at our *** ultrasound revealed an anechoic mass between the spleen,left kidney and gastric fundus,with hyperechogenic and soft elastography textures and with a size of approximately 6.5 cm×4.0 ***,a computed tomography scan demonstrated high density between the posterior stomach and the spleen and the left kidney,with uniform internal density and a small amount of *** maximum cross section was approximately 10.1 cm×6.1 cm,and the possibility of a cyst was *** the imaging findings did not suggest a malignancy and because the patient required complete resection,she underwent laparotomy ***,this cystic lesion was found to be located in the posterior wall of the large curvature of the fundus and was approximately 8 cm×6 cm in ***,the pathologists verified that the cyst in the fundus was a gastric *** patient recovered well,her symptoms of chest tightness disappeared,and the abdominal drain was removed on postoperative day 6,after which she was discharged on day 7 for 6 months of *** had no tumor recurrence or postoperative complications during the *** This is a valuable report as it describes an extremely rare case of gastric ***,this was a very young patient with a large BC in the stomach.

Ultra-high nickel material is considered to be a promising cathode ***,with the increase of nickel content,the interfacial side reactions between the cathode and electrolyte become increasingly ***,an atomically controllable ionic conductor Li_(3.PO_(4)(LPO)coating is deposited on the Lini_(0.90)Co_(0.06)Mn_(0.04)O_(2)(NCM9064)based electrode by the atomic layer deposition *** results shows that the LPO coating is uniformly and densely covered on the surface of secondary particles of NCM9064,helping to prevent the direct contact between the electrolyte and cathode during the chargingdischarging *** addition,the coating layer is electrochemically *** a result,the interfacial side reactions during the long cycle are effectively suppressed,and the solid electrolyte interphase layer at the interface is *** electrode with 20 layers of LPO deposition(ALD-LPO-20)exhibits an excellent capacity retention of 81%after 200 cycles in 2.8-4.3.V at 25℃,which is 18%higher than the unmodified material(ALD-LPO-0).Besides,the moderate LPO coating improves the rate capability and high temperature cycling performance of *** study provides a method for the modification of ultra-high nickel cathode materials and corresponding electrodes.

A Novel Two-dimensional Low-redundancy Array Design for Solar Radio Imaging

The radioheliograph is an extensive array of antennas operating on the principle of aperture synthesis to produce images of the *** image acquired by the telescope results from convoluting the Sun’s true brightness distribution with the antenna array’s directional *** imaging quality of the radioheliograph is affected by a multitude of factors,with the performance of the“dirty beam”being simply one *** factors such as imaging methods,calibration techniques,clean algorithms,and more also play a significant influence on the resulting image *** the layout of the antenna array directly affects the performance of the dirty beam,the design of an appropriate antenna configuration is critical to improving the imaging quality of the *** on the actual needs of observing the Sun,this work optimized the antenna array design and proposed a twodimensional low-redundancy *** proposed array was compared with common T-shaped arrays,Y-shaped arrays,uniformly spaced circular arrays,and three-arm spiral *** simulations and experiments,their performance in terms of sampling point numbers,UV coverage area,beam-half width,sidelobe level,and performance in the absence of antennas are compared and *** was found that each of these arrays has its advantages,but the two-dimensional low-redundancy array proposed in this paper performs best in overall *** has the shortest imaging calculation time among the array types and is highly robust when antennas are missing,making it the most suitable choice.

Analysis of gravity wave activity during stratospheric sudden warmings in the northern hemisphere

Due to the significant changes they bring to high latitude stratospheric temperature and wind,stratospheric sudden warmings(SSWs)can have an impact on the propagation and energy distribution of gravity waves(GWs).The variation characteristics of GWs during SSWs have always been an important *** temperature data from January to March in 2014−2016,provided by the Constellation Observing System for Meteorology,Ionosphere and Climate(COSMIC)mission,we have analyzed global GW activity at 15−40 km in the Northern Hemisphere during SSW *** the SSWs that we studied,the stratospheric temperature rose in one or two longitudinal regions in the Northern Hemisphere;the areas affected extended to the east of 90°*** these SSWs,the potential energy density(E_(p)of GWs expanded and covered a larger range of longitude and altitude,exhibiting an eastward and downward *** E_(p)usually increased,while partially filtered by the eastward zonal *** zonal winds weakened or turned westward,E_(p)began to *** SSWs,the E_(p)usually *** observations can serve as a reference for analyzing the interaction mechanism between SSWs and GWs in future work.

Event-based nonfragile state estimation for memristive recurrent neural networks with stochastic cyber-attacks and sensor saturations

This paper addresses the issue of nonfragile state estimation for memristive recurrent neural networks with proportional delay and sensor saturations. In practical engineering, numerous unnecessary signals are transmitted to the estimator through the networks, which increases the burden of communication bandwidth. A dynamic event-triggered mechanism,instead of a static event-triggered mechanism, is employed to select useful data. By constructing a meaningful Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a delay-dependent criterion is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for ensuring the global asymptotic stability of the augmented system. In the end, two numerical simulations are employed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed theoretical results.
