There are two source plants for the traditional Chinese medicine Murrayae Folium et Cacumen(MFC)in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,*** exotica *** ***(L.)***,a chemical comparison of *** and *** by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint analysis coupled with chemometrics and network pharmacology was *** main peaks in the fingerprints were identified by liquid chromatography coupled with ion trap/time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-IT-TOF-MS)and authenticated by *** chemometrics results showed that the HPLC fingerprints of these two species were clearly divided into two categories using hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)and principal component analysis(PCA),and a total of 13 significantly differentiated markers were screened out by orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).However,the following network pharmacology analysis showed that these discriminated markers were found to act via many common targets and metabolic pathways,indicating the possibly similar pharmacological effects and mechanisms for *** and *** above results provide valuable evidence for the equivalent use of these two plants in clinical ***,the chromatographic fingerprint analysis coupled with chemometrics and network pharmacology supplies an efficient approach for the comparative analysis of multi-source TCMs like MFC.

To the Editor： Monochorionic triplet pregnancies are very rare, accounting for 3.5-4.0% of all triplet gestations and occurring in 0.001-0.004% of all deliveries： risks of perinatal morbidity and I They are associated with higher mortality. Conjoined twins are a unique and rare complication of monochorionic pregnancies and occur when two identical individuals are fused through parts of their anatomy; this rare event occurs with an incidence of one in 100,000-200,000 live births. Although the presence of conjoined twins in a monochorionic triplet is exceptionally rare, it poses great challenges regarding both obstetric counseling and management.

现有的多元复合地基利用两种或者两种以上的桩型对地基土进行加固,以期提高地基承载力、加速地基固结。提出了一种兼具散体材料桩和刚性不排水桩自身优点的透水混凝土桩复合地基固结模型。工程中刚性桩与土体的压缩量并不相等,这与等应变条件存在着不一致的地方。为此,抛弃传统等应变假设,考虑桩体向垫层和下卧层的刺入变形,对传统等应变假定进行修正,同时考虑了扰动区土体水平渗透系数的抛物线变化和水在桩体内的径向、竖向渗流,给出了此类固结问题的控制方程和解答以及复合地基固结度的表达式,并对复合地基固结度的解进行了讨论。最后与其他复合地基解做了比较并对固结性状进行了分析,并针对透水混凝土桩孔隙引起的桩阻作用对地基固结速度的影响进行了验证。

A gamma-ray burst （GRB） optical photometric follow-up system at the Xinglong Observatory of National Astronomical Observatories of China （NAOC） has been constructed. It uses the 0.8-m Tsinghua-NAOC Telescope （TNT） and the 1-m EST telescope, and can au- tomatically respond to GRB Coordinates Network （GCN） alerts. Both telescopes slew relatively fast, being able to point to a new target field within - 1 min upon a request. Whenever available, the 2.16-m NAOC telescope is also used. In 2006 the system responded to 15 GRBs and detected seven early afterglows. In 2007 six GRBs have been detected among 18 follow- up observations. TNT observations of the second most distant GRB 060927 （z = 5.5） are shown, which started as early as 91 s after the GRB trigger. The afterglow was detected in the combined image of the first 19 × 20 s unfiltered exposures. This GRB follow-up system has joined the East-Asia GRB Follow-up Observation Network （EAFON）.

Recently,the hidden charm tetraquark states Z_(cs)(3985)and Z_(cs)(4000)with strangeness were observed by the BESⅢ and LHCb collaborations,respectively,which are great breakthroughs for exploring exotic quantum chromodynamics(QCD)*** first and foremost question is whether they are the same *** this work,we explore the implications of the narrower state Z_(cs)(3985)in BESⅢ and the wider one Z_(cs)(4000)in LHCb as two different *** a solvable nonrelativistic effective field theory,we include the possible violations of heavy quark spin symmetry and SU(3)flavor symmetry in a comprehensive *** Z_(cs)(3985)and Z_(cs)(4000)are two different states,our results show that Z_(cs)(4000)/Z_(cs)(3985)is the pure(|D_(s)^(*)D>+/-|D_(s)D^(*)>)/√2 state,and the SU(3)flavor partner of Zc(3900)is Z_(cs)(4000)rather than the Z_(cs)(3985).Another two important consequences are the existence of a tensor D_(s)^(*)D^(*) resonance with mass about 4126 MeV and width 13 MeV,and the suppression of the decay mode Z_(cs)(3985)J/ψ*** two consequences can be tested in experiments and distinguish the two-state interpretation from the one-state scheme.

研究目的:针对常规冲击回波法在进行隧道衬砌脱空检测时容易出现多重峰值、虚假频率等问题,提出以模糊熵和相关系数为综合目标函数的遗传算法对原始信号进行最优化变分模态分解(VMD),然后基于希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)计算信号的边际谱,并据此进行脱空检测分析,解决了傅里叶变换对非平稳冲击回波信号分析存在的固有缺陷,并基于仿真信号和隧道衬砌物理模型检测信号对数据处理方法进行了验证。研究结论:(1)以模糊熵和相关系数为综合目标函数的遗传算法有效实现了VMD分解参数的最优化,避免了人为设定参数所具有的偶然性;(2)VMD能够自适应地实现对冲击回波信号不同主频分量的有效分离,不存在模态混叠,因此能够有效滤除噪音信号,提高数据信噪比;(3)本文所提出的基于改进VMD-HHT的冲击回波法能够对衬砌厚度进行可靠检测,且检测结果中主频清晰明显,干扰远小于常用的傅里叶变换,不容易产生误判,有效提高了检测精度;(4)由于傅里叶变换及VMD-HHT处理方法的检测结果均存在一定的误差,因此要精确判断衬砌是否存在脱空,需结合隧道衬砌为密实情况的结果进行综合对比分析。

为调控索穹顶结构形状、提高刚度、减少内力,在索穹顶结构中装入了能够改变构件长度的作动器.以结点位移、容许应力、作动杆作动范围为约束条件建立内力优化模型,目标是使结构工作状态系数f最小.利用蚁群随机搜索算法求出该优化模型的最优解.最后以一平面索穹顶结构为算例进行计算,验证了本算法的可行性及控制效果.此算例根据作动器安装位置的不同,分11种工况分别讨论控制效果.结果表明,蚁群随机搜索算法易于收敛,可以得出较好解;各工况的内力均不同程度地实现了优化,其中在内圈斜索设作动器的工况下,内力的优化效果最好;索穹顶结构通过杆件长度的调整,可达到形状调整、受力最优的目的.

Insect olfactory receptors(iORs)with atypical 7-transmembrane domains,unlike Chordata olfactory receptors,are not in the GPCR protein *** selectively bind to volatile ligands in the environment and affect essential insect *** this study,we constructed a new platform(iORbase,https://***)for the structural and functional analysis of iORs based on a combined algorithm for gene annotation and protein structure ***,it provides the option to calculate the binding affinities and binding residues between iORs and pheromone molecules by virtual screening of ***,iORbase supports the automatic structural and functional prediction of user-submitted iORs or *** contains the well-analyzed results of approximately 6000 iORs and their 3D protein structures identified from 59 insect species and 2077 insect pheromones from the literature,as well as approximately 12 million pairs of simulated interactions between functional iORs and *** also built 4 online modules,iORPDB,iInteraction,iModelTM,and iOdorTool to easily retrieve and visualize the 3D structures and *** can help greatly improve the experimental efficiency and success rate,identify new insecticide targets,or develop electronic nose *** study will shed light on the olfactory recognition mechanism and evolutionary characteristics from the perspectives of omics and macroevolution.
