Based on the current literature, this paper is mainly intended to test whether environmental factors and socio-economic factors will have direct effect on the longevity at county level in china in order to determine the major determinants affecting local longevity level. Using the multi-regression model, we find the result that factors such as temperature, climate, longitude, type of soils, as well as type of agricultural food production play a major role in shaping the longevity at county level, and that socio- economic factors like infant mortality and gross death rate also have some direct impact on longevity, but the degree of impact is not as strong as the above environmental factors.

Objective: IMpower21.(NCT0281.785) explored the efficacy and safety of single-agent atezolizumab *** as second-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in East Asian ***: Key eligibility criteria for this phase Ⅲ, open-label, randomized study included age ≥1. years;histologically documented advanced NSCLC per the Union for International Cancer Control/American Joint Committee on Cancer staging system(7th edition);Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1.and disease progression following platinum-based chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Patients were randomized 2:1.to receive either atezolizumab(1.200 mg) or docetaxel(75 mg/m^(2)). The primary study endpoint was overall survival(OS) in the intention-to-treat(ITT) population with wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor expression(ITT EGFR-WT) and in the overall ITT ***: Median OS in the ITT EGFR-WT population(n=467) was 1..3 [95% confidence interval(95% CI),1..3-1..8] months in the atezolizumab arm(n=31.) and 9.9(95% CI, 7.8-1..9) months in the docetaxel arm[n=1.5;stratified hazard ratio(HR), 0.82;95% CI, 0.66-1.03]. Median OS in the overall ITT population was 1..5(95% CI, 1..8-1..8) months with atezolizumab treatment and 1..1.95% CI, 8.4-1..2) months(n=377) with docetaxel treatment(n=1.8;stratified HR, 0.87;95% CI, 0.71.1.08). Grade 3/4 treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs) occurred in 1..4% of patients in the atezolizumab arm and 50.0% of patients in the docetaxel ***: IMpower21. did not meet its primary efficacy endpoint of OS in the ITT EGFR-WT or overall ITT populations. Atezolizumab was comparatively more tolerable than docetaxel, with a lower incidence of grade3/4 TRAEs.

Objective To evaluate the associations between the serum anion gap （AG） with the severity and prognosis of coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods We measured serum electrolytes in 1.,1.5 CAD patients indicated by coronary angiography. The serum AG was calculated according to the equation： AG = Na^＋ [（mmol/L）＋ K^＋（mmol/L）] - [Cl^- （mmol/L）＋ HCO3^- （mmol/L）]. Results A total of 451. （24.9%） partici{1.ts had their AG levels greater than 1. mmol/L. The serum AG was independently associated with measures of CAD severity, including more severe clinical types of CAD （P 〈 0.001. and worse cardiac function （P = 0.004）. Patients in the 4th quartile of serum AG （≥ 1..92 mmol/L） had a 5.1.1.fold increased risk of 30 days all-cause death （P 〈 0.001.. This association was robust, even after adjustment for age, sex, evaluated glomerular filtration rate [hazard ratio （HR）： 4.861. 95% confidence interval （CI）： 2.1.0–1..993, P 〈 0.001., clinical diagnosis, severity of coronary artery stenosis, cardiac function grades, and other confounders （HR： 3.31., 95% CI： 1.76–2.27, P = 0.009）. Conclusion In this large population-based study, our findings reveal a high percentage of increased serum AG in CAD. Higher AG is associated with more severe clinical types of CAD and worse cardiac function. Furthermore, the increased serum AG is an independent, significant, and strong predictor of all-cause mortality. These findings support a role for the serum AG in the risk-stratification of CAD.

In December 201., a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named "201. novel coronavirus(201.-nCoV)" by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 1. January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 201.-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan university. This guideline inc{1.des the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(inc{1.ding traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 201.-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 201.-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 201.-nCoV infections. This rapid advice guideline is suitable for the first frontline doctors and nurses, managers of hospitals and healthcare sections, community residents, public health persons, relevant researchers, and all person who are interested in the 201.-nCoV.

Percent free prostatic-specific antigen （%fPSA） has been introduced as a tool to avoid unnecessary biopsies in patients with a serum PSA level of 4.0-1..0 ng ml^-1. however, it remains controversial whether %fPSA is effective in PSA range of 1..1.20.0 ng ml^-1.in both Chinese and Western population. In this study, the diagnostic performance of %fPSA and serum PSA in predicting prostate cancer （PCa） and high-grade PCa （HGPCa） was analyzed in a multi-center biopsy cohort of 591. consecutive Chinese patients who underwent prostate biopsy in 22 hospitals across{1. from January 1. 201. to December 31. 201.. The indication for biopsy was PSA〉4.0 ng ml^-1.or/and suspicious digital rectal examination. Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed by three types of electrochemiluminescence immunoassays with recalibration to the World Health Organization standards. The diagnostics accuracy of PSA, %fPSA and %fPSA in combination with PSA （%fPSA ＋ PSA） was determined by the area under the receivers operating characteristic curve （AUC）. %fPSA was more effective than PSA in men aged ≥60 years old. The AUC was 0.584 and 0.635 in men aged ≥60 years old with a PSA of 4.0-1..0 ng ml^-1.and 1..1.20.0 ng ml^-1. respectively. The AUC of %fPSA was superior to that of PSA in predicting HGPCa in patients ≥60 years old in these two PSA range. Our results indicated that %fPSA is both statistically effective and clinical applicable to predict prostate biopsy outcome in Chinese patients aged ≥60 years old with a PSA of 4.0-1..0 ng ml^-1.and 1..1.20.0 ng ml^-1.

目的描述2008―201.年北京市城区年龄≥20岁体检人群不健康饮食的长期变化趋势,为人群膳食干预提供证据。方法以2008―201.年在北京美兆健康体检中心进行体检的人群为研究对象,采用半定量食物频率问卷进行膳食调查,获得北京市城市居民部分不健康饮食信息,包括含糖饮料、油炸类、腌制类食物、方便面及酱油等含盐佐料的日均摄入量,采取Meta回归分析描述其时间变化趋势。结果共纳入232702人次,经性别和年龄标化后,2008―201.年北京城市居民油炸类食物的日均摄入量呈上升趋势,上升幅度为0.23 g/年(P1.;方便面的日均摄入量呈下降趋势,下降幅度为0.26 g/年(P1.;含糖饮料和腌制食物摄入量有下降趋势(均有P2008―201.年,北京城市居民不健康饮食摄入存在长期变化趋势,且以年轻人变化更为明显,提示了人群膳食干预的重点。

目的描述2008―201.年北京某机构20岁及以上体检人群饮酒行为特征变化趋势。方法通过自填式半定量问卷获得研究对象饮酒行为信息,估计研究对象的饮酒行为特征,并采取201.年北京市人口普查数据作为标准人口,对均值和率进行加权处理。结果2008―201.年该健康体检人群的男、女性饮酒率均呈下降趋势,其中男性标化饮酒率下降达1..00%,女性标化饮酒率下降约2.00%。男性戒酒率呈下降趋势,1.年下降1.百分点。在饮酒者中,男、女性人均每日酒精消费量呈下降趋势,1.年来,男性人均每日酒精消费量下降3.21.g,女性下降1.45 g;过量饮酒率和暴饮率仅在女性中呈下降趋势,分别下降3.04%和4.53%。结论2008―201.年北京市健康体检人群的饮酒率、饮酒者人均每日酒精消费量呈下降趋势,女性过量饮酒率和暴饮率呈下降趋势。

2005年是中国承诺碳减排目标的基准年份,因而也是中国城市碳减排战略制定和近中期低碳转型的基准年份和对照年份。中国城市2005年CO_2排放数据的一致性、全面性和精准性对于中国所有城市和每个具体城市的目标考核和评估都有重要意义。基于中国高空间分辨率网格数据(CHRED 2.0)、城市层面统计数据以及大量现场调研和走访,建立2005年中国城市CO_2排放数据集,包括工业能源排放、工业过程排放、农业排放、服务业排放、城镇生活排放、农村生活排放、交通排放7个部门的直接排放数据和间接排放数据。该数据集的建立汇总了86名研究人员的工作成果,在企业、城市不同行业与部门、城市工业和城市总化石能源等不同层面进行了大量的交叉验证和数据分析,有效保障了数据的精确性和准确性。结果显示,2005年中国城市碳排放呈现出较大的体量差异和空间格局差异。排放前1.的城市几乎比排放后1.的城市的排放量高出两个数量级。高排放城市基本都是城市群的核心城市。东部城市直接排放占全国直接排放比例最高,达到44.59%,其次是西部城市21.76%,中部城市22.70%,东北城市1..95%。
