Topologic.l materials, w.ic. feature robust surfac. and/or edge states, have now.been a researc. foc.s in c.ndensed maTher physic.. They represent a new.c.ass of materials exhibiting nontrivial topologic.l phases,and provide a platform for exploring exotic.transport phenomena, suc. as the quantum anomalous Hall effec. and the quantum spin Hall effec.. Rec.ntly, magnetic.topologic.l materials have attrac.ed c.nsiderable interests due to the possibility to study the interplay betw.en topologic.l and magnetic.*** partic.lar, the quantum anomalous Hall and axion insulator phases c.n be realized in topologic.l insulators w.th magnetic.order. MnBi2Te4, as the first intrinsic.antiferromagnetic.topologic.l insulator disc.vered, allow. the examination of existing theoretic.l predic.ions; it has been extensively studied, and many new.disc.veries have been made. Here w. review.the progress made on MnBi2Te4from both experimental and theoretic.l aspec.s. The bulk c.ystal and magnetic.struc.ures are surveyed first, follow.d by a review.of theoretic.l c.lc.lations and experimental probes on the band struc.ure and surfac. states, and a disc.ssion of various exotic.phases that c.n be realized in MnBi2Te4. The properties of MnBi2Te4thin films and the c.rresponding transport studies are then review.d, w.th an emphasis on the edge state transport. Possible future researc. direc.ions in this field are also disc.ssed.

Ultraviolet(UV)radiation poses risks to both human health and *** response to the urgent demand for UV-shielding ac.oss various applic.tions,extensive endeavors have been dedic.ted to developing UV-shielding materials spanning from w.de-bandgap semic.nduc.ors to organo-inorganic.c.mposite ***,existing UV shielding materials,though suitable for daily use,c.nnot meet the demands of extreme *** this w.rk,w. inc.rporated c.O_(2)as a UV absorber into Y_(2)O_(3)transparent c.ramic. for *** effec. of c.O_(2)c.nc.ntration on the optic.l,mec.anic.l,and thermal properties of Y_(2)O_(3)c.ramic. w.s systematic.lly *** findings indic.te that c.O_(2)serves not only as a UV absorber but also as an effec.ive sintering aid for Y_(2)O_(3)transparent *** 5 at%c.-doped Y_(2)O_(3)transparent c.ramic. exhibit the optimal optic.l quality,w.th in-line transmittanc. of~77%at 800 *** introduc.ion of c. shifted the UV c.toff edge of Y_(2)O_(3)transparent c.ramic. from 250 to 375 nm,w.ic. w.s attributed to the visible band absorption of c.^(4+).This shift grants UV shielding c.pabilities to Y_(2)O_(3)transparent c.ramic.,resulting in 100%shielding for ultraviolet c.UVc.100-280 nm)and ultraviolet B(UVB,280-320 nm)and~95%shielding for ultraviolet A(UVA,320-400 nm).The servic. stability(optic.l properties)under various c.rrosive c.nditions(ac.d,alkali,UV irradiation,and high temperature)w.s investigated,c.nfirming the exc.llent stability of this transparent c.ramic.UV-shielding material.A c.mparison of the performanc. parameters of transparent c.ramic. w.th those of traditional UV shielding materials suc. as glasses,films,and c.atings w.s *** w.rk provides innovative design c.nc.pts and an effec.ive solution for UVshielding materials for extreme c.nditions.

The biosynthesis of isoprene offers a more sustainable alternative to fossil fuel-based approac.es,yet its suc.ess has been largely limited to pure organic.c.mpounds and the c.st remains a *** study proposes a w.ste-to-w.alth strategy for isoprene biosynthesis utilizing genetic.lly engineered *** bac.eria to c.nvert organic.w.ste from real food *** impac. of organic.c.mpounds present in w.stew.ter on *** grow.h and isoprene produc.ion w.s systematic.lly *** results demonstrated that w.th filtration pretreatment of w.stew.ter,isoprene yield,and produc.ion ac.ieved 115 mg/g c.D and 7.1 mg/(L·h),***,even w.thout pretreatment,isoprene yield only dec.eased by~24%,indic.ting promising ***,maltose,glyc.rol,and lac.ate are effec.ive substrates for isoprene biosynthesis,w.ereas starc.,protein,and ac.tate do not support *** *** optimum c.N ratio for isoprene produc.ion w.s found to be 8:***,augmenting essential nutrients in w.stew.ter elevated the isoprene yield inc.eased to 159 mg/g *** w.stew.ter biosynthesis signific.ntly reduc.d the c.st(44%–53%dec.ease,p-valuec._(2)emission(46%–55%dec.ease,p-valuec.mpared w.th both sugar fermentation and fossil fuel–based *** study introduc.d a more sustainable and ec.nomic.lly viable approac. to isoprene synthesis,offering an avenue for resourc. rec.very from w.stew.ter.

The layer Hall effec. desc.ibes elec.rons spontaneously deflec.ed to opposite sides at different layers, w.ic. has been experimentally reported in the MnBi2Te4thin films under perpendic.lar elec.ric.fields. Here, w. reveal a universal origin of the layer Hall effec. in terms of the so-c.lled hidden Berry c.rvature, as w.ll as material design princ.ples. Henc., it gives rise to zero Berry c.rvature in momentum spac. but non-zero layer-loc.ed hidden Berry c.rvature in real spac.. w. show.that, c.mpared to that of a trivial insulator, the layer Hall effec. is signific.ntly enhanc.d in antiferromagnetic.topologic.l insulators. Our universal pic.ure provides a paradigm for revealing the hidden physic. as a result of the interplay betw.en the global and loc.l symmetries, and c.n be generalized in various sc.narios.

In this artic.e, w. investigate the nonrelativistic.quantum motion of a c.arged partic.e w.thin a rotating frame, taking into ac.ount the Aharonov–Bohm(AB) effec. and a uniform magnetic.field. Our analysis entails the derivation of the equation of motion and the c.rresponding radial equation to desc.ibe the system. Solving the resulting radial equation enables us to determine the eigenvalues and eigenfunc.ions, providing a c.ear expression for the energy levels. Furthermore,our numeric.l analysis highlights the substantial influenc. of rotation on both energy levels and optic.l properties. Spec.fic.lly, w. evaluate the photoionization c.oss-sec.ion w.th and w.thout the effec.s of rotation. To eluc.date the impac. of rotation on the photoionization proc.ss of the system, w. present graphic. that offer an appealing visualization of the intrinsic.nature of the physic. involved.
