目的:由于现场勘察和室内土工试验数据的不足,因此土体空间变异性难以估计。通过间接方法如反演分析方法进行估算是一个有效的途径,而土体参数空间变异性概率反演估计的准确性受变异特性自身影响。本文旨在通过算例研究和模型试验验证,明确影响土体空间变异性反演准确性的关键因素,以期为岩土勘察测试工程实践提供参考。创新点:1.通过土坡空间变异性反演分析,揭示数据类型、变异系数、相关长度和协方差函数类型等对反演的影响;2.室内分层土模型试验验证表明,概率反演分析方法可有效地识别土体层厚和内摩擦角变异性。方法:1.通过边坡数值算例,研究位移监测数据类型、土体相关长度、弹性模量变异系数以及协方差函数对弹性模量空间变异性的位移反分析的影响(图5、6、9、11和12)。2.开展室内模型试验,利用粒子图像测试技术获取位移监测数据,对分层土体内摩擦角的变异性进行识别,并研究软弱夹层位置与厚度对反分析的影响(图14)。结论:1.水平位移比竖直位移更适合用于位移反分析。2.反分析精度在可接受范围内,且对于高变异性的情况(COVE=1.5),误差不超过10%;此外,反分析精度还受协方差函数类型和相关长度的影响。3.反分析可识别出模型试验的土体分层,并且对内摩擦角的估计误差小于10%。

Abstract The phylogenetic relationship of lecanoroid lichens is studied using two data sets:1)a 2-locus data set including 251 OTUs representing 150 species,and 2)a 6-locus data set with 82 OTUs representing 53 species.The genus Lecanora as currently circumscribed is shown to be highly polyphyletic and several genera,including Adelolecia,Arctopeltis,Bryonora,Carbonea,Frutidella,Lecidella,Miriquidica,Palicella,Protoparmeliopsis,Pyrrhospora,and Rhizoplaca are nested within Lecanora sensu lato.A core group of Lecanora is supported as monophyletic and includes species of the L.carpinea,L.rupicola,and L.subcarnea groups,and a core group of the L.subfusca group.Three monophyletic clades that are well supported in our analyses and well characterized by phenotypical characters are accepted here:1)Myriolecis to accommodate the Lecanora dispersa group and Arctopeltis;2)Protoparmeliopsis for the L.muralis group;and 3)Rhizoplaca is emended to include three placodioid taxa previously classified in Lecanora(L.novomexicana.L.opiniconensis,L.phaedrophthalma),whereas R.aspidophora and R.peltata are excluded from Rhizoplaca.The latter is transferred into Protoparmeliopsis.Lecidella is strongly supported as a monophyletic group.Our studies indicate the presence of additional clades of species currently placed in Lecanora sensu lato that warrant taxonomic recognition but additional data will be necessary before the circumscription of these entities is fully understood.37 new combinations are proposed into the genera Myriolecis(30),Protoparmeliopsis(2),and Rhizoplaca(5).

The extended kernel ridge regression(EKRR)method with odd-even effects was adopted to improve the description of the nuclear charge radius using five commonly used nuclear models.These are:(i)the isospin-dependent A^(1∕3) formula,(ii)relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov(RCHB)theory,(iii)Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov(HFB)model HFB25,(iv)the Weizsacker-Skyrme(WS)model WS*,and(v)HFB25*model.In the last two models,the charge radii were calculated using a five-parameter formula with the nuclear shell corrections and deformations obtained from the WS and HFB25 models,respectively.For each model,the resultant root-mean-square deviation for the 1014 nuclei with proton number Z≥8 can be significantly reduced to 0.009-0.013 fm after considering the modification with the EKRR method.The best among them was the RCHB model,with a root-mean-square deviation of 0.0092 fm.The extrapolation abilities of the KRR and EKRR methods for the neutron-rich region were examined,and it was found that after considering the odd-even effects,the extrapolation power was improved compared with that of the original KRR method.The strong odd-even staggering of nuclear charge radii of Ca and Cu isotopes and the abrupt kinks across the neutron N=126 and 82 shell closures were also calculated and could be reproduced quite well by calculations using the EKRR method.

To effectively extract multi-scale information from observation data and improve computational efficiency,a multi-scale second-order autoregressive recursive filter(MSRF)method is designed.The second-order autoregressive filter used in this study has been attempted to replace the traditional first-order recursive filter used in spatial multi-scale recursive filter(SMRF)method.The experimental results indicate that the MSRF scheme successfully extracts various scale information resolved by observations.Moreover,compared with the SMRF scheme,the MSRF scheme improves computational accuracy and efficiency to some extent.The MSRF scheme can not only propagate to a longer distance without the attenuation of innovation,but also reduce the mean absolute deviation between the reconstructed sea ice concentration results and observations reduced by about 3.2%compared to the SMRF scheme.On the other hand,compared with traditional first-order recursive filters using in the SMRF scheme that multiple filters are executed,the MSRF scheme only needs to perform two filter processes in one iteration,greatly improving filtering efficiency.In the two-dimensional experiment of sea ice concentration,the calculation time of the MSRF scheme is only 1/7 of that of SMRF scheme.This means that the MSRF scheme can achieve better performance with less computational cost,which is of great significance for further application in real-time ocean or sea ice data assimilation systems in the future.

Under the development of computing and network convergence,considering the computing and network resources of multiple providers as a whole in a computing force network(CFN)has gradually become a new trend.However,since each computing and network resource provider(CNRP)considers only its own interest and competes with other CNRPs,introducing multiple CNRPs will result in a lack of trust and difficulty in unified scheduling.In addition,concurrent users have different requirements,so there is an urgent need to study how to optimally match users and CNRPs on a many-to-many basis,to improve user satisfaction and ensure the utilization of limited resources.In this paper,we adopt a reputation model based on the beta distribution function to measure the credibility of CNRPs and propose a performance-based reputation update model.Then,we formalize the problem into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem and find feasible solutions using a modified fast and elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II).We conduct extensive simulations to evaluate the proposed algorithm.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model and the problem formulation are valid,and the NSGA-II is effective and can find the Pareto set of CFN,which increases user satisfaction and resource utilization.Moreover,a set of solutions provided by the Pareto set give us more choices of the many-to-many matching of users and CNRPs according to the actual situation.

The brittleness of cement composites makes cracks almost inevitable,producing a serious limitation on the lifespan,resilience,and safety of concrete infrastructure.To address this brittleness,self-healing concrete has been developed for regaining its mechanical and durability properties after becoming cracked,thereby promising sustainable development of concrete infrastructure.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the latest developments in self-healing concrete.It begins by summarizing the methods used to evaluate the self-healing efficiency of concrete.Next,it compares strategies for achieving healing concrete.It then discusses the typical approaches for developing self-healing concrete.Finally,critical insights are proposed to guide future studies on the development of novel self-healing concrete.This review will be useful for researchers and practitioners interested in the field of self-healing concrete and its potential to improve the durability,resilience,and safety of concrete infrastructure.

G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs),the largest family of human membrane proteins and an important class of drug targets,play a role in maintaining numerous physiological processes.Agonist or antagonist,orthosteric effects or allosteric effects,and biased signaling or balanced signaling,characterize the complexity of GPCR dynamic features.In this study,we first review the structural advancements,activation mechanisms,and functional diversity of GPCRs.We then focus on GPCR drug discovery by revealing the detailed drug-target interactions and the underlying mechanisms of orthosteric drugs approved by the US Food and Drug Administration in the past five years.Particularly,an up-to-date analysis is performed on available GPCR structures complexed with synthetic small-molecule allosteric modulators to elucidate key receptor-ligand interactions and allosteric mechanisms.Finally,we highlight how the widespread GPCR-druggable allosteric sites can guide structure-or mechanism-based drug design and propose prospects of designing bitopic ligands for the future therapeutic potential of targeting this receptor family.
