dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers(bitunicate asci)and often with fissitunicate *** species are saprobes,with many asexual states comprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungicolous,lichenized,or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** accept 105 families in dothideomycetes with the new families Anteagloniaceae,Bambusicolaceae,Biatriosporaceae,Lichenoconiaceae,Muyocopronaceae,Paranectriellaceae,Roussoellaceae,salsugineaceae,Seynesiopeltidaceae and Thyridariaceae introduced in this *** family is provided with a description and notes,including asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is included,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene combined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,including the novel orders,dyfrolomycetales,Lichenoconiales,Lichenotheliales,Monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotrichales and *** paper is expected to provide a working document on dothideomycetes which can be modified as new data comes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.

地衣是大气元素沉降的良好监测生物,其元素积累能力具有物种间和个体间差异。地衣原位监测法常使用混合样品代表每个样点的地衣元素积累水平,但混合样品的代表性及其在不同地衣之间的差异尚需进一步研究。以电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定了内蒙古多伦县的丽石黄衣Xanthoria elegans和皮果衣dermatocarpon miniatum 52种元素的含量并比较了样点内变异和物种间差异。结果显示,丽石黄衣与相似生境中的地衣元素含量大致相似,证实了研究区域以沙尘沉降为主的大气沉降特点。两种地衣的元素排序基本一致,表明其元素来源相同。7种营养元素(ca、K、Mo、P、Rb、S和Se)的含量在物种间差异不显著,与地衣的生理调节有关。Hg含量的物种间差异不显著,可能与Hg的挥发性有关。皮果衣中44种元素(Al、As、B、Ba、Be、Bi、Cd、Ce、Co、Cr、Cs、Cu、dy、Er、Eu、Fe、Gd、Ge、ho、La、Li、lu、Mg、Mn、Na、Nb、Nd、Ni、Pb、Pr、Sb、Sc、Sm、Sr、Tb、Th、Ti、Tl、Tm、U、v、Y、Yb和Zn)的含量是丽石黄衣的1.32–2.05倍,表明皮果衣具有较高的、元素特异性的元素积累能力。样点内除ca含量变异较大(Cv>31%)之外,其他51种元素的含量样点内变异在皮果衣和丽石黄衣中均<27.5%,表明混合样品在两种地衣中均可较好地代表地衣元素积累的平均水平。

大气元素沉降的地衣移植法监测常将地衣样品移植于乔木冠层下,但冠层有无与移植时长对地衣元素组成的影响研究不多。本研究将河北省偏远地区的中国树花(Ramalina sinensis)移植于污染区,基于元素含量增高倍数EC(exposed to control ratio)评估了55种元素的生物积累程度,检验了冠层(2水平:有冠层或无冠层)和移植时长(3水平:7、8或9个月)对地衣元素含量的影响。结果显示,中国树花的元素背景含量低于已有研究中地衣元素含量的背景值/基线值,有效反映了背景区较低的大气污染程度。中国树花适用于除Co和Hg(二者含量的背景噪声过高)之外的53种元素的大气沉降监测。移植后绝大多数元素含量显著高于背景区,其中交通相关元素Pb和Sb为“极重度积累”,与农业活动和植物生理活性有关的元素(As、K、P、S和Se)以及Ag和Ge为“无积累”或“轻度积累”,其他44种元素(Al、B、Ba、Be、Bi、ca、Cd、Ce、Cr、Cs、Cu、dy、Er、Eu、Fe、Gd、ho、La、Li、lu、Mg、Mn、Mo、Na、Nb、Nd、Ni、Pr、Rb、Tb、Sc、Si、Sm、Sn、Sr、Th、Ti、Tl、Tm、U、v、Y、Yb和Zn)为“中度积累”,表明移植区大气污染程度较高,交通排放贡献大。冠层和移植时长对中国树花元素含量的影响具有元素特异性:26种元素的含量或因冠层淋溶作用而在冠层下高于无冠层,Pb含量或因冠层截留作用而呈相反格局;移植时长超过7个月后,绝大多数元素(41种)含量不再增加,11种元素含量呈增高趋势,Ni含量呈下降趋势。表明利用地衣移植法进行大气元素沉降监测时,冠层有无需保持一致,且移植时间不可过长。

Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,cantharellula,cantharocybe,Chromosera,Chrysomphalina,Cora,Corella,Cuphophyllus,Cyphellostereum,dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to Chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of Chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera Cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andcantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.
