In recent years,significant progress in shale gas exploration has been achieved in the Upper Ordovician(Wufeng Formation)–Lower Silurian(Longmaxi Formation)shales in the Upper Yangtze area,South *** many studies have been carried out on the Upper Ordovician–Lower Silurian shales,the controlling factors causing organic matter accumulation of these shales remain *** study uses trace-element geochemistry and sedimentological methods to evaluate terrigenous input,redox conditions and primary productivity to explore the mechanisms of organic matter *** variation of terrigenous fraction elements(Al,Th and Sc)concentrations reflect a mixed influence of sea-level change and *** sea-level of the Upper Yangtze Sea went through two cycles of transgression to regression during the Ordovician–Silurian *** Linxiang Formation,Kuanyinchiao Bed and the upper part of Longmaxi Formation developed during the periods of regression,whereas the Wufeng Formation and the lower part of the Longmaxi Formation developed during the periods of *** paleo-productivity indexes of TOC content,ratios of Ba/Al and P/Al,and redox conditions proxies of Mo concentration,ratios of U/Th and V/Cr generally display similar variation patterns with respect to the sea-level *** TOC contents and Ba/Al and P/Al ratios indicate the paleo-productivity was high on the sea surface,as shown by relatively good positive correlations between Th ***,and Sc *** indicates that the paleo-productivity was controlled by the nutrients input through *** good positive correlations between redox conditions indexes(U/Th and V/Cr ratios)with TOC content reflects reductive preservation conditions(anoxic to euxinic),thus implying they were an important controlling factor for organic matter ***,redox conditions were closely associated with sea level change and organic matter ***,the sea-lev

Size effects make traditional bending theories infeasible in analyzing the springback behavior of H80 foils in the similarity bending experiment. It is observed that there is a certain critical thickness value, which divides the change trend of springback amount of foils into two opposite parts. In order to reveal the reason for size effects on the springback behavior of H80 foils, the method of hardness increment characterization was applied to describe the deformation distribution of foils. The competition between strengthening effect of geometrically necessary dislocations and weakening effect of surface grains determines the change trend of springback amount with foil thickness. When the thickness of foils is large, the weakening effects dominate the material behavior, resulting in that the springback amount decreases with the decrease in foil thickness. However, when the foil thickness is small, the strengthening effects dominate the springback tendency, leading to a sharp increase in the springback amount. Furthermore, the deformation distribution is disturbed due to the enhanced effects of individual grain heterogeneity with the decrease in the thickness of foils, leading to the large scatter of springback angle after unloading.

The positive-parity signature partner bands in^(103,105)Pd and^(109)Cd nuclei are investigated using the classical particle-rotor *** on the systematic study of neighbouring nuclei,the signature partner bands of ^(105)Pd are assigned to theπ(g^(-4)_(9/2))■ν(g7/2h^(2)_(11/2))configuration,and this assignment is also supported by the present ***,the calculated$B(E2)$values of such bands of ^(105)Pd reproduce the experimental values well and exhibit a decrease with increasing angular momentum,suggesting that these two bands may originate from antimagnetic *** signature partner bands are also found in the neighboring^(103)Pd and^(109)Cd *** properties of both bands are in general agreement with the fingerprints of antimagnetic rotation,and thus the signature partner bands of^(103)Pd and^(109)Cd are suggested to be candidates for the multiple antimagnetic rotational bands of ^(105)*** addition,the evolution of the two-shears-like mechanism for possible multiple antimagnetic rotational bands in^(103,105)Pd and^(109)Cd nuclei is examined by investigating the orientation of the angular momenta.
