现代企业在公司治理过程中通常要面临多种不确定事件，例如：消费者较快的偏好改变，企业私有化，科学技术水平及政府政策的调整。企业只有立足动态管理角度，才能更有效的掌控公司治理的核心和关键。企业竞争全球化时代的到来是一个不争的事实，企业更好更快且具有预见性地适应环境的快速改变，是一种明确的战略决策，这将使企业在未来的市场竞争中获得一个更好的位置，也将使企业长久的可持续发展成为一种可能。本文提出了一个基于动态趋势角度的新商业模式识别方法，该方法整合了企业自身现有资源及未来可能发展远景为公司未来决策服务。它可以预见性的对企业未来发展的新商业领域进行识别，这无疑对现代公司治理的长远规划是有帮助的。本文通过两个实体公司的具体案例对该方法进行了逐步分解的细致描述与分析，以期得到一些通用性的启示同时适用于不同现代企业的管理运营。立足动态角度进行公司治理是未来的关于科学，经济和社会发展的趋势，能够很好的为当今管理进行预测性的服务。当期望结果变成未来的事实才是对该方法最有效的褒奖。

Every pregnant woman needs continuous, timely and supportive care throughout during pregnancy for safe motherhood. The objective of this study was to analyze and evaluate the available medications and techniques for the prevention and treatment of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. The standard methodology of systematic review without meta-analysis was followed and only RCTs and systematic reviews were included in the review. Three electronic data sources (PubMed/Medline, CINAHL, and Cochrane) were searched for studies, published between 1986 and 2016 on the prevention and control of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. 47 studies were finally included in the review, of which 18 were systematic reviews and 29 were RCTs. Technologies and techniques used in the included studies for the prevention and control of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia are Magnesium Sulphate, Aspirin, Antioxidant (Vitamin C, E and Lycopene), Calcium supplementation, Chinese Herbal Medicine, physical activities, Nitric Oxide, Marine Food Oils, Low Salt Diet, garlic, Plasma Volume Expansion, Low-dose Dopamine, Progesterone, Smoking, and Diuretics. Magnesium sulfate appears to be the most effective treatment which reduces the risk of eclampsia by more than 50%. However, its best dose and route are still controversial and need further research. The knowledge and experience of nurses in properly using the protocols and evidence-based interventions are necessary for the wellbeing of pregnant women.

I have chosen this title because it represents a question which floats over the existence of literariness in authors from State of Amazon. Literariness, from Jakobson＇s viewpoint, is the number of proprieties which characterizes the literary language. In this regard, the literary text distinguishes itself for the fact of transforming realities and for use it as model to create ＂fantastic＂ worlds, which exist only in the texts, once they set up themselves through metaphors, caricature, allegory, and likelihood. Formalists declare that the object of literary science must be studied from the specific particularities that differentiate the literary objects of all other subject. There is a book, written by the poet Jorge Tufic, which raises that same question, and finally responds：＂there is a lost language which must be recovered＂ to better understand that we can be a new research and creativity field. I have chosen then, for this study, three tales oftbe writer Arthur Engr^cio to discuss this question. It is aimed at contributing, in a general way, to the knowledge of the literature produced by Engr^cio, as well as to extend it to other perspectives heretofore little studied.

To investigate the hypothesis that treatment with dimethyl fumarate (DMF) may ameliorate liver ischemia/reperfusion injury (I/RI). METHODSRats were divided into 3 groups: sham, control (CTL), and DMF. DMF (25 mg/kg, twice/d) was orally administered for 2 d before the procedure. The CTL and DMF rats were subjected to ischemia for 1 h and reperfusion for 2 h. The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), NO × metabolites, anti-oxidant enzyme expression level, anti-inflammatory effect, and anti-apoptotic effect were determined. RESULTSHistological tissue damage was significantly reduced in the DMF group (Suzuki scores: sham: 0 ± 0; CTL: 9.3 ± 0.5; DMF: 2.5 ± 1.2; sham vs CTL, P gnificantly lower serum ALT (DMF 5026 ± 2305 U/L vs CTL 10592 ± 1152 U/L, P = 0.04) and MDA (DMF 18.2 ± 1.4 μmol/L vs CTL 26.0 ± 1.0 μmol/L, P = 0.0009). DMF effectively improved the ATP content (DMF 20.3 ± 0.4 nmol/mg vs CTL 18.3 ± 0.6 nmol/mg, P = 0.02), myeloperoxidase activity (DMF 7.8 ± 0.4 mU/mL vs CTL 6.0 ± 0.5 mU/mL, P = 0.01) and level of endothelial nitric oxide synthase expression (DMF 0.38 ± 0.05-fold vs 0.17 ± 0.06-fold, P = 0.02). The higher expression levels of anti-oxidant enzymes (catalase and glutamate-cysteine ligase modifier subunit and lower levels of key inflammatory mediators (nuclear factor-kappa B and cyclooxygenase-2 were confirmed in the DMF group. CONCLUSIONDMF improved the liver function and the anti-oxidant and inflammation status following I/RI. Treatment with DMF could be a promising strategy in patients with liver I/RI.

Mycotic aneurysms are a rare finding in the post-antibiotic era but must still be considered as a cause of abdominal pain in a patient with endocarditis. We present a case of a 47-year-old man with a history of IV drug use and a prior episode of endocarditis who developed a mycotic aneurysm while hospitalized on IV antibiotic therapy for aortic valve endocarditis. Due to their life-threatening character and often lack of evident clinical picture, mycotic aneurysms should still remain in high suspicion for a patient with abdominal pain in the setting of endocarditis.

Although metastatic breast cancer is considered as an incurable disease, various biological drivers influence the outcomes. The use of trastuzumab in patients overexpressing HER（human epidermal growth factor receptor 2）-2 increases long-term survival even in those patients who developed brain metastasis. Nevertheless, special attention must be paid to the risk of cardiotoxicity. We report the case of a young woman with HER-2-positive breast cancer with bone and lung disease who developed brain metastasis during treatment with trastuzumab. The treatment has been continued and she is alive and in complete remission after 16 years.
