摘要目的研究18F-FDG PET与人类表皮生长因子受体2（HER2）阳性乳腺癌及三阴乳腺癌（TNBc）中病理完全缓解（PcR）、雌激素受体阳性/HER2阴性乳腺癌中部分或完全缓解具有最佳关联性的参数。材料与方法本研究获得伦理委员会批准并免除书面同意,连续入组的新辅助化疗乳腺癌病人。对5个PET检查的参数进行研究:标准摄取值（sUV）的最大值(sUVmax)、最大峰值(sUVpeak)和平均摄取值(sUVmean),代谢活跃的肿瘤体积和总损伤糖酵解值（TLG）。测

高达80%的银屑病患者同时受到头皮银屑病的困扰,头皮银屑病难以治疗,严重影响生活质量,临床应给予额外关注。目前,头皮银屑病的治疗常依赖局部外用糖皮质激素,短期使用可能引起皮肤刺激(尤其是含酒精制剂),长期使用可能导致局部不良反应。已有功效性洗护产品(PsOlution,薇姿实验室,法国)通过添加角质溶解剂(2%水杨酸)和保湿剂(5%尿素、1%甘油)等成分,用于改善头皮银屑病的临床症状。本研究旨在评估该洗发产品用于轻至中度头皮银屑病患者的功效性和局部安全性。

The circular Electron Positron collider(cEPc)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential super Proton Proton collider(sPPc).The cEPc primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(sR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the sR power to 50 MW per beam expands the cEPc's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHc by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary conceptual Design Report(Pre-cDR,2015)and the conceptual Design Report(cDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.
