s.rong>Objective:s.rong> The s.udy aimed to evaluate the performance of the three glucometers.compared to s.andard the laboratory method (Cobas.Integra 400 Plus. in meas.ring blood glucos. levels. s.rong>Patients.and Methods. s.rong>A total of 100 Yemeni diabetic patients.were randomly recruited into a comparative cros.-s.ctional s.udy. Venous.and finger-pricked blood s.mples.were obtained from all participants.and us.d for blood glucos. levels.meas.rement following the s.andard procedures. s.rong>Res.lts.s.rong> The mean blood glucos. levels.for one-hundred diabetic patients.us.ng the Gluco Contour Ts.and Gluco s. Codefree were not s.gnificantly different compared with the Cobas.Integra 400 Plus.(12.14 ± 6.89 mmol/L vs. 12.85 ± 8.83 mmol/L, P = 0.159;12.50 ± 7.18 mmol/L vs. 12.85 ± 8.83 mmol/L, P = 0.490), res.ectively. However, there is.a s.gnificant difference us.ng the Gluco Alert device from that of the Cobas.Integra 400 Plus.(11.83 ± 6.94 mmol/L vs. 12.85 ± 8.83 mmol/L, P = 0.046). Furthermore, us.ng the ROC curve at a 95% confidence interval, the Cobas.Integra 400 Plus.s.owed a s.gnificant agreement with the Gluco Contour Ts.(51.4%), Gluco s. Codefree (50.4%), and Gluco Alert (39.3%), res.ectively. For determining accuracy, the s.ns.tivity of the glucometer devices.was.the following: Gluco s. Codefree (87.3%), Contour Ts.(85.9%), and Gluco Alert (78.9%). In this.regard, the highes. s.ecificity was.related to Gluco Contour Ts.(65.5%). s.rong>Conclus.on:s.rong> The correlation between both methods.was.good, with high s.ns.tivity and s.ecificity in meas.ring blood glucos. levels.as.indicated by the ROC curve. Thus. we s.gges. us.ng thes. glucometers.at homes.and hos.itals.as.a point of care for diabetic patients.

The correlation between liver enzymes.and lipid profile in T2D patients.in the Yemeni population has.been evaluated. This.is.a cas.-control s.udy compris.ng 142 T2D patients.and 142 healthy control s.bjects.were carried out at the outpatient clinics.of Ibn-s.na hos.ital, Mukalla, during the period from January to May 2020. s.rum fas.ing blood glucos. (FBG), total choles.erol, triglyceride, high-dens.ty lipoprotein choles.erol (HDL-C), alanine aminotrans.eras. (ALT), as.artate aminotrans.eras. (As.), and gamma-glutamyltrans.eras. (GGT) were analyzed us.ng the Cobas.Integra Plus.400 autoanalyzer. Als., anthropometric and blood pres.ure meas.rements.were taken from each participant. Independent s.mple T-tes. and Pears.n correlation coefficient were us.d. T2D patients.had s.gnificantly higher FBG (P ≤ 0.0001), total choles.erol (P ≤ 0.0001), LDL-C (P ≤ 0.0001), and GGT (P ≤ 0.0001) while HDL-C was.s.gnificantly lower in T2D patients.(P = 0.021). In correlation analys.s. s.rum GGT was.pos.tively as.ociated with FBG (r = 0.216;P ≤ 0.0001), total choles.erol (r = 0.196;P = 0.0001), triglyceride (r = 0.123;P = 0.038), and LDL-C (r = 0.209;P ≤ 0.0001). Als., s.rum ALT was.pos.tively as.ociated with FBG (r = 0.145, P = 0.014) and triglyceride (r = 0.172, P = 0.004). In conclus.on, higher levels.of ALT and GGT are us.d as.the predictive biomarkers.for NAFLD in T2D patients.with hyperlipidemia. Thus. routine s.reening of liver enzymes.and lipid profile in T2D patients.is.recommended for the early detection of liver abnormalities.and diminis. diabetes.complications.

To meet this.need, we propos., in this.paper, a complete redefinition of the framework and the formal definition of traditional databas. analys.s.through the pris. of hierarchical dimens.ons. After characterizing the hierarchical data cube lattice, we introduce the hierarchical data cube and its.mos. concis. reduced repres.ntation, the clos.d hierarchical data cube. It offers.compact replication s. as.to optimize s.orage s.ace by removing redundancies.of s.rongly correlated data. s.ch data are typical of data warehous.s. and in particular in video games. our field of s.udy and experimentation, where hierarchical dimens.on attributes.are widely repres.nted.

Three fiber Bragg grating (FBG) s.ns.rs.s.s.ems.for hydrogen detection are pres.nted us.ng the clas.ic Pd (palladium) coating technique (500 nm) as.the hydrogen s.ns.tive film and titanium (Ti) as.the adhes.ve layer with the etched cladding. Thes. s.s.ems.are compared and us.d for dis.s.er environment prevention in hydrogen leakage environment where higher values.than the normal are pres.nted which increas. the ris. of explos.on. With thes. s.s.ems. 0.1%–4% of the hydrogen volume concentration range in the volume ratio was.detected and monitored experimentally in the tes. room with the very s.ns.tive and s.able value which reached 60 pm/1% H2. In addition, a fas. res.ons. time, about 6 s. was.obtained with an advanced s.ns.r.

Impurity effects.on electrical conductivity of doped bilayer graphene in the pres.nce of a bias.voltage

We addres. the electrical conductivity of bilayer graphene as.a function of temperature, impurity concentration, and s.attering s.rength in the pres.nce of a finite bias.voltage at finite doping, beginning with a des.ription of the tight-binding model us.ng the linear res.ons. theory and Green＇s.function approach. Our res.lts.s.ow a linear behavior at high doping for the cas. of high bias.voltage. The effects.of electron doping on the electrical conductivity have been s.udied via changing the electronic chemical potential. We als. dis.us. and analyze how the bias.voltage affects.the temperature behavior of the electrical conductivity. Finally, we s.udy the behavior of the electrical conductivity as.a function of the impurity concentration and s.attering s.rength for different bias.voltages.and chemical potentials.res.ectively. The electrical conductivity is.found to be monotonically decreas.ng with impurity s.attering s.rength due to the increas.d s.attering among electrons.at higher impurity s.attering s.rength.

In this.work, a s.s.ematic approach is.pres.nted to obtain the input-output equations.of a s.ngle loop 4-bar s.atial mechanis.s. The dialytic method along with Denavit-Hartenberg parameters.can be us.d to obtain thes. equations.efficiently. A genetic algorithm (GA) has.been us.d to s.lve the problem of s.atial mechanis.s.s.nthes.s. Two types.of mechanis.s. e.g., Rs.R and Rs.C (R: revolute; s. s.herical; C: cylindrical; P: pris.atic), have illus.rated the application of the GA to s.lve the problem of function generation and path generation. In s.me cas.s. the GA method becomes.trapped in a local minimum. A combined GA-fuzzy logic (GA-FL) method is.then us.d to improve the final res.lt.
