Background:The Huashanshen(HSS)dripping pill has been widely used in asthma for a long time in ***,the relaxant mechanism of HSS is not well ***:In this report,high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry was used to identify the constituents in rat plasma after oral administration of ***-sensitized allergic asthma and isolated trachea were studied for the anti-asthmatic mechanism of ***:D-anisodamine,L-anisodamine,scopolamine and atropine were detected in the rat plasma containing *** was clear that the HSS inhibited the release of inflammatory mediators,regulated the balance of T-helper 1 and T-helper 2 to reduce the airway inflammation,and relaxed the tracheal smooth muscle by controlling the KCa channel,Ca^(2+)influx and release to reduce the airway ***:Atropine,anisodamine and scopolamine might be active compounds of HSS which inhibited the release of inflammatory mediators,regulated the balance of Th1/Th2,and relaxed the tracheal smooth muscle to reduce airway hyperresponsiveness.

Clonostachys rosea is an ascomycetous fungal species commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions as a soil saprotroph,plant decomposer,and *** fungus is also well-known as a mycoparasite,exhibiting strong biological control ability against numerous fungal plant pathogens,nematodes and insect *** this study,we isolated for the first time *** as entomopathogen of the Coleoptera species Ophrida xanthospilota(Chrysomelidae) in *** infected *** insect individuals covered by white cottony mycelia were collected in April 2020 at Beijing Botanical Garden,Beijing,*** were isolated from small portions of mycelia excised from outside and inside of the infected insect species and identified based on morphological observations and molecular methods.A total of five fungal species were isolated from the analyzed insect,including ***,Fusarium verticillioides,***,***,and Aspergillus *** rosea was apparently the primary insect pathogen,because it was isolated from both outside and inside tissues of the insect,while Fusarium and Aspergillus strains were only isolated from the external surface of the insect *** analysis revealed that the sequence obtained from the isolated Clonostachys strain was closely related to *** previously found from the nest of white stork Ciconia ciconia in *** rosea from Massachusetts in USA and *** *** from soil of Utah(USA) also revealed phylogenetically close relationships with our isolated *** rosea *** is characterized by greenish conidial masses,which were not present in our *** isolates,showing white mycelium masses on PDA *** finding provides new evidence for the rare life mode of *** as insect pathogen,extending our knowledge of the occurrence and distribution of entomopathogenic fungi of the Coleoptera species *** analyzed fungus was never repo

All orchids are dependent upon fungal symbionts for the provision of major nutrients such as carbon and nitrogen at least during the achlorophyllous protocorm stage and in many cases throughout the life. Despite a growing body of literature describing fungal diversity in orchids, there is still more to be learnt about the identity of fungal partners and specificity in orchid mycorrhizas. We analysed the fungal communities associated with two partially mycoheterotrophic orchids Cephalanthera damasonium and C. longifolia, using morphological methods and fungal ITS-DNA PCR amplification, cloning and sequencing. A range of fungi belonging to Basidiomycota and Ascomycota was uncovered in the roots of the two investigated orchid species, showing a low degree of mycorrhizal specificity. At least 11 fungal taxa, including Cenococcum geophilum, Ceratobasidium sp., Exophiala salmonis, Hymenogastraceae, and Sebacinaceae colonized C. damasonium roots, while about 9 fungal types, such as Bjerkandera adusta, Phlebia acerina, Sebacinaceae, Tetracladium sp., and Tomentella sp. associated with C. longifolia. Phylogenetic and statistical analyses clearly showed distinct fungal communities associated with each and every orchid plant individual, irrespective of the orchid species and the site of origin, thus indicating that both C. damasonium and C. longifolia are generalist in their mycorrhizal associations.

Epiphytic orchids exhibit varying degrees of phorophyte tree *** orchid species show a strong phorophyte preference,while other species associate with a broad range of tree *** trees that carry epiphytic orchids play a crucial role in orchid life cycle,little is known about this phorophyte-epiphyte *** performed a pilot study to investigate why epiphytic orchids prefer or avoid certain *** question becomes more puzzling when the preferred trees differ among epiphytes that seem to mutually exclude each other,within the same *** this reason,we selected two orchid species,Panisea uniflora and Bulbophyllum odoratissimum co-occurring in a forest habitat in southern China,where they showed a specific association with Quercus yiwuensis and Pistacia weinmannifolia trees,*** analysed a number of environmental factors potentially influencing the relationship between orchids and trees,including bark and orchid root fungal *** in bark features,such as water holding capacity and pH were recorded between *** and ***,which could influence both orchid seed germination and fungal diversity on the two *** and molecular culture-based methods,combined with metabarcoding analyses,were used to assess fungal communities associated with studied orchids and trees.A total of 162 fungal species in 74 genera were isolated from bark *** two genera,Acremonium and Verticillium,were shared by the two phorophyte *** analysis confirmed the presence of significantly different fungal communities on the investigated tree and orchid species,with considerable similarity between each orchid species and its host tree,suggesting that the orchid-host tree association is influenced by the fungal communities of the host tree bark.
