Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most prevalent malignancies world.id.,being the third.most commonly d.agnosed.malignancy and.the second.lead.ng cause of cancer-related.d.aths *** the progress in screening,early d.agnosis,and.treatment,approximately 20%-25%of CRC patients still present with metastatic d.sease at the time of their initial ***,the burd.n of d.sease is still expected.to increase,especially in ind.vid.als younger than 50 years old.among whom early-onset CRC incid.nce has been *** and.early d.tection are pivotal to improve CRC-related.*** is well established.that CRC screening not only red.ces incid.nce,but also d.creases d.aths from *** screening strategies have proven effective in d.creasing both CRC incid.nce and.mortality,though variations in efficacy have been reported.across the ***,uncertainties persist regard.ng the optimal screening method.age intervals and.***,ad.erence to CRC screening remains globally *** recent years,emerging technologies,notably artificial intelligence,and.non-invasive biomarkers,have been d.veloped.to overcome these ***,controversy exists over the actual impact of some of the new d.scoveries on CRC-related.outcomes and.how to effectively integrate them into d.ily *** this review,we aim to cover the current evid.nce surround.ng CRC *** will further critically assess novel approaches und.r investigation,in an effort to d.fferentiate promising inno-vations from mere novelties.

To contribute to the empirical literature on innovation in non-profit organizations,this stud. examines innovation in Private Social Solid.rity Institutions with social responses for the eld.rly in Northern *** enriches the literature by clarifying the concept of innovation applied.to non-profit organizations,which represents a perspective d.fferent from the business ***,it is important to support the innovation d.cisionmaking process in similar non-profit *** this stud.,the population was surveyed.through questionnaires based.on the PUBLIN research project,which has alread. been applied.in d.fferent countries,and.the targets were employees of organizations with social responses for the *** sample is small,with 28 respond.nt institutions and.51 employees,but it is representative,as it includ.s institutions from all d.stricts in Northern *** stud. employed.a quantitative approach,particularly factor analysis,multiple linear regression,and.correlation analyses,using scales alread. applied.in other d.mensions of the social sector,to und.rstand.the effect of each innovation d.mension/d.terminant on creativity and.innovation in nonprofit *** results show that in these organizations with social responses for the eld.rly,learning orientation,risk-taking,and.job satisfaction have a positive impact on innovation.
