Optical endoscopy has become an essential diagnostic and therapeutic approach in modern biomedicine for directly observing organs and tissues deep inside the human body,enabling non-invasive,rapid diagnosis and *** fiber endoscopy is highly competitive among various endoscopic imaging techniques due to its high flexibility,compact structure,excellent resolution,and resistance to electromagnetic *** the past decade,endoscopes based on a single multimode optical fiber(MMF)have attracted widespread research interest due to their potential to significantly reduce the footprint of optical fiber endoscopes and enhance imaging *** comparison with other imaging principles of MMF endoscopes,the scanning imaging method based on the wavefront shaping technique is highly developed and provides benefits including excellent imaging contrast,broad applicability to complex imaging scenarios,and good compatibility with various well-established scanning imaging *** this review,various technical routes to achieve light focusing through MMF and procedures to conduct the scanning imaging of MMF endoscopes are *** advancements in imaging performance enhancements,integrations of various imaging modalities with MMF scanning endoscopes,and applications are *** specific to this endoscopic imaging technology are analyzed,and potential remedies and avenues for future developments are discussed.

Effect of Nb-content on the corrosion resistance of Co-free high entropy alloys in chloride environment

This study investigated the effect of Nb-content on the corrosion behavior of the Al7Cr20Fe35-xNi35Mo3Nbx（x=0,1 and 2）high-entropy alloys in a *** results indicated that only the face centered cubic phase existed in the NbO and Nbl alloys,while the emergence of Laves phase was observed when Nb-content reached 2 at.%.The NbO and Nb1alloys exhibited pitting corrosion,while the NiAl-rich phase experienced localized preferential corrosion in the Nb2 *** electrochemical results revealed that the corrosion current density of the Nbx（x=0,1 and 2） alloys fell within the range of 10-8-10-7A·cm-2,with a pitting corrosion potential exceeding 700 ***,the Nb1 alloy exhibited the most impressive corrosion resistance,as its corrosion current density(7 × 10-8A·cm-2) was merely half that of 316LN stainless *** is attributed to its rapid passivation process,resulting in the development of a protective film characterized by an increased Cr2O3/Al2O3+Cr（OH）*** study highlighted that the addition of Nb contributed to gram refinement,decreased corrosion current density,and elevated pitting potential,favoring passivation and improving corrosion ***,excessive Nb-content resulted in the emergence of the Laves phase,inducing galvanic corrosion and diminishing resistance to corrosion.

Surface Polarization Effects on Collapse Transition of Polyelectrolyte Brushes

Polyelectrolyte brushes(PEBs)are commonly used to modify surface that have attracted great research *** dielectric permittivity of the grafted surface is typically significantly different from that of solution,which results in surface polarization(SP)effect with a jump of electric *** is thus important to study how SP alters the PEB’s structure and *** this work,the SP effects on PEB structure was studied using a statistical thermodynamic *** free energy functional to describe SP effect was constructed by using the image-charge ***,the electrostatic potential was solved from a modified Poisson-Boltzmann equation taking the ion solvation effect into *** the absence of SP,the thickness of PEB exhibited a continuous collapse transition when decreasing the solvent *** the presence of SP,the collapse became a jump-like *** energy analysis showed that the long-range Coulombic interaction dominated the transition because of the enhanced counterion condensation in the presence of *** theory provides an effective tool to study SP effect on PEBs,and the results explain the underlying physics in PEB collapse transition.

Enhanced SERS aptasensor for sensitive detection of saxitoxin based on HAuCl/HOreaction system and Pt/Au nanozyme

Saxitoxin （STX） is a marine biotoxin produced by cyanobacteria and methanobacteria， which is harmful to humans and aquatic organisms. Therefore， it is urgent to establish an efficient， sensitive and selective method for the screening of STX. In this paper， based on the HAuCl4/H2O2reaction system， gold nanoparticles （Au NPs） decorated Fe3O4magnetic beads (Fe3O4@Au NPs) and Pt/Au nanozymes （Pt/Au NZs）， an enhanced SERS aptasensor was proposed for sensitive and selective detection of STX. Firstly， SERS tag （4-MBA） and aptamer modified Fe3O4@Au NPs were hybridized with complementary DNA modified Pt/Au NZs （Pt/Au-cDNA） to form the specific complexes. Wherein， aptamer acted as capture agent to specifically recognize STX， Pt/Au NZs catalyzed HAuCl4/H2O2reaction to enhance SERS signal， and Fe3O4facilitated the magnetic separation and simple detection operations. The SERS aptasensor achieved sensitive detection of STX with a wide linear range from 0.02 μmol/L to 0.8 μmol/L and a low detection limit of 13 nmol/L （LOD， S/N=3）. To evaluate the performance of this method， STX were detected in the spiked seafood samples with recoveries from 78.75% to 150% with relative errors below 6.52%. Besides， the SERS aptasensor behaved good stability and repeatability， revealing its promising potential in STX detection and food safety detection.

Identification and virulence test of a new pathogen that causes verticillium striping on rapeseed in northwestern China

Five stems of rapeseed with abundant black microsclerotia were collected from Huangyuan County of Qinghai Province,China,and fungal isolates were obtained from the *** were identified based on morphology,molecular features and specific PCR *** results showed that the 10 fungal isolates belonged to Verticillium longisporum lineage A1/*** of the 10 isolates(HW7-1)was tested for virulence on three species of rapeseed,including *** Zhongshuang 9,*** Qingyou 9 and *** Tayou 2 by conidia inoculation of HW7-1 on roots of young *** seedlings were inoculated with *** conidia or water *** seedlings of these treatments were transplanted in culture mix and incubated in a growth chamber(20℃).Results suggested that the control seedlings of three cultivars appeared quite healthy,while the seedlings inoculated with HW7-1 turned yellowing leaves,seedling stunting or even death after 22 days *** was re-isolated from he yellow leaves,thus fulfilling Koch's ***,compared to the control treatments,inoculation with HW7-1 caused flowering delay and seed yield reduction on Tayou 2 with production of microsclerotia on the *** our knowledge,this is the first report of *** lineage A1/D3 on rapeseed in northwestern China.

The RFI Fast Mitigation Algorithm Based on Block LMS Filter

The radio telescope possesses high sensitivity and strong signal collection *** receiving celestial radiation signals,it also captures Radio Frequency Interferences(RFIs)introduced by human ***,as signals originating from sources other than the astronomical targets,significantly impacts the quality of astronomical *** paper presents an RFI fast mitigation algorithm based on block Least Mean Square(LMS)*** enhances the traditional adaptive LMS filter by grouping L adjacent time-sampled points into one block and applying the same filter coefficients for filtering within each *** transformation reduces multiplication calculations and enhances algorithm efficiency by leveraging the time-domain convolution *** algorithm is tested using baseband data from the Parkes 64 m radio telescope's pulsar observations and simulated *** results confirm the algorithm's effectiveness,as the pulsar profile after RFI mitigation closely matches the original pulsar profile.

In recent years, the gap between the supply and demand of medical radioisotopes has increased, necessitating new methods for producing medical radioisotopes. Photonuclear reactions based on gamma sources have unique advantages in terms of producing high specific activity and innovative medical radioisotopes. However, the lack of experimental data on reaction cross sections for photonuclear reactions of medical radioisotopes of interest has severely limited the development and production of photonuclear transmutation medical radioisotopes. In this study, the entire process of the generation, decay, and measurement of medical radioisotopes was simulated using online gamma activation and offline gamma measurements combined with a shielding gamma-ray spectrometer. Based on a quasi-monochromatic gamma beam from the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source (SLEGS), the feasibility of this measurement of production cross section for surveyed medical radioisotopes was simulated, and specific solutions for measuring medical radioisotopes with ultra-low production cross sections were provided. The feasibility of this method for high-precision measurements of the reaction cross section of medical radioisotopes was demonstrated.
