复杂地质条件下边坡稳定性受结构面、岩体性质等因素影响明显,其准确评价对边坡施工安全至关重要。依托黄河茨哈峡导流洞进口边坡施工工程,提出了一套综合赤平投影理论、二维极限平衡法与三维极限平衡法的边坡稳定性综合评价方法。首先基于赤平投影理论定性地描述了具有复杂结构面的导流洞进口边坡4#倾倒体失稳块体;随后分别采用二维极限平衡法与三维极限平衡法对施工期逐层开挖过程诱发边坡失稳风险进行了分析;最后根据“少开挖+强支护”的设计原则,从多方法综合评价和循环优化的角度,提出将原破碎体全部挖除的大开挖方案优化为保留部分破碎体的小开挖方案,并从安全性与经济性的角度对优化方案进行了评价。计算结果表明大开挖方案边坡稳定性安全系数约为1.17~1.19,小开挖方案安全系数约为1.078,大开挖方案边坡安全性高于小开挖方案;在对小开挖方案进行支护优化后边坡稳定性安全系数提高至1.159~1.183,边坡稳定性由临界稳定变为稳定,支护优化效果显著。综合边坡开挖安全性与经济性评价结果可见,所提“少开挖+强支护”边坡开挖方案符合相关规范安全控制标准,具有较好的经济效益与工程价值,可为相关工程提供参考。

It is hypothesized that protease inhibitors play an essential role in survival of venomous animals through protecting peptide/protein toxins from degradation by proteases in their prey or predators. However, the biological function of protease inhibitors in scorpion venoms remains unknown. In the present study, a trypsin inhibitor was purified and characterized from the venom of scorpion Mesobuthus eupeus, which enhanced the biological activities of crude venom components in mice when injected in combination with crude venom. This protease inhibitor, named Me KTT-1, belonged to Kunitz-type toxins subfamily. Native Me KTT-1 selectively inhibited trypsin with a K_i value of 130 nmol×L^(–1). Furthermore, Me KTT-1 was shown to be a thermo-stable peptide. In animal behavioral tests, Me KTT-1 prolonged the pain behavior induced by scorpion crude venom, suggesting that protease inhibitors in scorpion venom inhibited proteases and protect the functionally important peptide/protein toxins from degradation, consequently keeping them active longer. In conclusion, this was the first experimental evidence about the natural existence of serine protease inhibitor in the venom of scorpion Mesobuthus eupeus, which preserved the activity of venom components, suggests that scorpions may use protease inhibitors for survival.

Electromagnetic V-shape bending of small size sheet blank is investigated numerically and experimentally. Three-dimensional electromagnetic field models are established to calculate the magnetic force distribution on the sheet by software ANSYS / EMAG. Series of electromagnetic V-shape bending forming experiments are presented,in which small size uniform pressure coil and big size round flat spiral coil are used. The results show that small size uniform pressure coil is not suitable for electromagnetic forming of small size flat sheet,and the coil is susceptible to failure such as bulging,ablation and cracking. When the plane dimension of round flat spiral coil is bigger than sheet blank sizes,the induced current crowding effect will be resulted which seriously influence the magnetic force distribution on the sheet. In this case,magnetic force distribution can be adjusted through the change of the relative position between coil and sheet,the desired deformation can be obtained finally. Therefore,big size round flat spiral coil can be well applied to electromagnetic V-shape bending forming of small size flat sheet.

Currently, numerical simulations of seismic channel waves for the advance detection of geological structures in coal mine roadways focus mainly on modeling two- dimensional wave fields and therefore cannot accurately simulate three-dimensional （3-D） full-wave fields or seismic records in a full-space observation system. In this study, we use the first-order velocity-stress staggered-grid finite difference algorithm to simulate 3-D full-wave fields with P-wave sources in front of coal mine roadways. We determine the three components of velocity Vx, Vy, and Vz for the same node in 3-D staggered-grid finite difference models by calculating the average value of Vy, and Vz of the nodes around the same node. We ascertain the wave patterns and their propagation characteristics in both symmetrical and asymmetric coal mine roadway models. Our simulation results indicate that the Rayleigh channel wave is stronger than the Love channel wave in front of the roadway face. The reflected Rayleigh waves from the roadway face are concentrated in the coal seam, release less energy to the roof and floor, and propagate for a longer distance. There are surface waves and refraction head waves around the roadway. In the seismic records, the Rayleigh wave energy is stronger than that of the Love channel wave along coal walls of the roadway, and the interference of the head waves and surface waves with the Rayleigh channel wave is weaker than with the Love channel wave. It is thus difficult to identify the Love channel wave in the seismic records. Increasing the depth of the receivers in the coal walls can effectively weaken the interference of surface waves with the Rayleigh channel wave, but cannot weaken the interference of surface waves with the Love channel wave. Our research results also suggest that the Love channel wave, which is often used to detect geological structures in coal mine stopes, is not suitable for detecting geological structures in front of coal mine roadways. Are quantum states real? This most fundamental question in quantum mechanics has not yet been satisfactorily resolved, although its realistic interpretation seems to have been rejected by various delayedchoice experiments. Here, to address this long-standing issue, we present a quantum twisted double-slit experiment. By exploiting the subluminal feature of twisted photons, the real nature of a photon during its time in flight is revealed for the first time. We found that photons' arrival times were inconsistent with the states obtained in measurements but agreed with the states during propagation. Our results demonstrate that wavefunctions describe the realistic existence and evolution of quantum entities rather than a pure mathematical abstraction providing a probability list of measurement outcomes. This finding clarifies the long-held misunderstanding of the role of wavefunctions and their collapse in the evolution of quantum entities.

目的为探索提升公众对药品不良反应(ADR)的认知和应对能力提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷以问卷星的形式通过互联网微信平台进行发放填写问卷并统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷2117份。90.84%的被调查者比较重视ADR,70.15%的被调查者认为ADR是由药品本身的属性引起的,仅13.18%的被调查者上报过ADR;77.94%的被调查者是通过说明书来了解所服用药品的ADR,发生ADR后42.51%的被调查者处置方法是不妥当的;70.24%的被调查者是有意愿得ADR相关知识的,公众最希望了解的ADR相关知识第一位和第二位分别是“如何减少或避免发生ADR”和“发生ADR后应该怎么办”,公众希望获取ADR相关知识的途径前两位是“网络平台科普文章”和“网络平台科普视频”。结论公众对用药安全重视度普遍较高,对于获取ADR知识的意愿也是比较强烈的,但对ADR的理解和认知有待进一步提高。应继续建立健全完善的公众上报机制,充分利用互联网,加大科普宣教力度,提高公众对ADR的理解、识别和处理能力以及主动上报意识。
