A new technology for treating waste incineration fly ash by shaft furnace

At present,lots of municipal solid wastes(MSWs)are treated by incineration technology,which produces a large amount of fly ash that needs to be treated innocuously.A new method of using metallurgical shaft furnace to treat the MSW fly ash was thus proposed,and some research was done for this ***,the basic physical properties of MSW fly ash were analyzed,and then,the briquetting experiment and melting treatment of MSW fly ash were *** the process of briquet-ting,the influence of different factors(water content,cement content,forming pressure and curing time)on the compressive strength of the briquettes was *** results showed that with the increase in water content,cement content,forming pressure and curing time,the compressive strength of the briquettes increased ***,the compressive strength of the briquettes showed a downward trend when these values exceeded a specific *** the melting experiment,it was found that some heavy metals(such as Cr,Be and Ba)could be solidified in the slag when the fly ash was treated at 1450℃ for 50 min,and the leaching toxicity of heavy metals was lower than the landfill standard of waste in *** the same time,the decomposition rate of dioxins in fly ash reached 99.66%after melting treatment.

The 26th Chinese COMRA （China Ocean Mineral Resources Research ＆ Development Association） cruise was an important cruise. The Carlsberg Ridge （CR） of the Northwest Indian Ocean and the North Atlantic Ridge （NAR）, in which less investigation has been carried out for hydrothermal activities, were investigated and studied during the first two legs of the 26th COMRA cruise. During the first leg, we found one hydrother- mal activity field located in the CR at 3.5^-3.8~ N on the Northwest Indian Ocean Ridge （NWIR）, and sampled seafloor polymetallic sulfide deposits where only abnormalities were found before. During the second leg, we found a new hydrothermal anomaly field located in the NAR at 4^-7~N. The discovery of two hydrother- real and anomaly fields filled in the gap of hydrothermal investigation and study in the corresponding re- ~ions for China.

Magnetic field assisted Fenton reactions for the enhanced degradation of methyl blue

Magnetic field was tentatively introduced into Fenton reactions system for the degradation and discoloration of methyl blue as the represent of organic chemical dye, which was a bio-refractory organic pollutant in industry wastewater. It was found that under optimal Fenton reaction conditions, with the assistant of magnetic field in Fenton reactions, the degradation rate of methyl blue, the decomposition rate of H2O2 and the conversion rate of Fe^2＋ were accelerated, the extent of them would be improved by the increase of magnetic field intensity. Meanwhile, the mineralization of methyl blue （CODer） was improved by over 10% with magnetic field.

The geological characteristics of coalbed methane from the research carried out in Liupanshui is based on analysis of faults, folds, roof and floor lithology, and depth of coal seam gas content, combined with the assessment of CBM resources calculated through buried depth scope, average coal seam thickness, and gas content, organized by the Ministry of Land and Resources in 2006, which launched the ＂national new round of coalbed methane re-sources evaluation＂ project to evaluate the coalbcd methane resources in the standard category and divided coal-bed methane resources into Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ Category of three resources categories. With this method on the other syncline to resources assessment, the area below 1 000 m is named as ] Category resources. And with the depth increasing, resources level decreases.

Nanocomposite dielectrics show great promising application in developing next generation wearable all-solidstate cooling devices owing to the possessed advantages of high cooling efficiency, light-weight and small volume without the induced greenhouse effect or serious harm to ozone layer in the exploited refrigerants. However, low electrocaloric strength in nanocomposite dielectric is severely restricting its wide-spread application because of high applied operating voltage to improve electrocaloric effect. After addressing the chosen optimized ferroelectric ceramic and ferroelectric polymer matrix in conjunction with the analysis of crucial parameters, recent progress of electrocaloric effect(ECE) in polymer nanocomposites has been considerably reviewed. Subsequently, prior to proposing the conceptual design and devices/systems in electrocaloric nanocomposites, the existing developed devices/systems are reviewed. Finally, conclusions and prospects are conducted, including the aspects of materials chosen, structural design and key issues to be considered in improving electrocaloric effect of polymer nanocomposite dielectrics for flexible solidstate cooling devices.

Lead halide perovskites have attracted considerable attention as potential candidates for high-performance nano/microlasers,owing to their outstanding optical ***,the further development of perovskite microlaser arrays(especially based on polycrystalline thin films)produced by the conventional processing techniques is hindered by the chemical instability and surface roughness of the perovskite ***,we demonstrate a laser patterning of large-scale,highly crystalline perovskite single-crystal films to fabricate reproducible perovskite single-crystal-based microlaser *** thin films were directly ablated by femtosecond-laser in multiple low-power cycles at a minimum machining line width of approximately 300 nm to realize high-precision,chemically clean,and repeatable fabrication of microdisk *** surface impurities generated during the process can be washed away to avoid external optical loss due to the robustness of the single-crystal ***,the high-quality,large-sized perovskite single-crystal films can significantly improve the quality of microcavities,thereby realizing a perovskite microdisk laser with narrow linewidth(0.09 nm)and low threshold(5.1µJ/cm2).Benefiting from the novel laser patterning method and the large-sized perovskite single-crystal films,a high power and high color purity laser display with single-mode microlasers as pixels was successfully ***,this study may offer a potential platform for mass-scale and reproducible fabrication of microlaser arrays,and further facilitate the development of highly integrated applications based on perovskite materials.

Intestinal flora affects the maturation of the host immune system,serves as a biomarker and efficacy predictor in the immunotherapy of several cancers,and has an important role in the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies have shown satisfactory results in MSI-H/d MMR CRC but performed poorly in patients with MSS/p MMR *** recent years an increasing number of studies have shown that intestinal flora has an important impact on anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody efficacy in CRC *** and clinical evidence have suggested that anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody efficacy can be improved by altering the composition of the intestinal flora in ***,we summarize the studies related to the influence of intestinal flora on anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody efficacy in CRC and discuss the potential underlying mechanism(s).We have focused on the impact of the intestinal flora on the efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies in CRC and how to better utilize the intestinal flora as an adjuvant to improve the efficacy of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 *** addition,we have provided a basis for the potential of the intestinal flora as a new treatment modality and indicator for determining patient prognosis.

Influence of Holding Time After Deformation on Bainite Transformation in Niobium Microalloyed Steel

Using Gleeble-1500 system, the influence of holding time on bainite transformation in deformed niobium microalloyed steel during continuous cooling was analyzed, and the carbides in upper bainite were also systematically researched. The results show that the occurrence of the static recrystallization decreases the amount of bainite with an increase in the holding time and the emergence of retained austenite （RA） with the longer holding time. Two types of carbides were observed in upper bainite with regard to their precipitation sites. They either existed between the bainite ferrite laths or co-existed with RA. The formation mechanism of two kinds of carbides was analyzed by combining TEM micrographs with the model.
