背景:在南非开普敦选择了两个相邻的开普敦地方当局卫生诊所,指定诊所A为‘干预诊所’,诊所B为‘对照诊所’。目的:为评价一个以病人为核心的会谈加上分发病人教育小册子,这种结合的措施是否对提高登记的肺结核病人坚持规律治疗起作用。设计:实施对照的干预研究,在诊所A和诊所B各选择首批连续登记的肺结核病人队列60例,两组共120例病人。结果:干预诊所不坚持抗结核治疗的病人的危险度比对照诊所显著地减少。结论:本研究结果表明,有必要进行进一步实施性研究以便协助卫生工作人员去开发标准化健康教育方案,以加强那些需要长期治疗方案的病人坚持规律治疗。

A new approach is presented for easily testable two-dimensional iterative *** is an improvment on GI-testability (Group Identical testability) and is referred to as GID-testability (Group Identical and Different testability). In a GID-testable twodimensional array, the primary x and y outputs are organized into groups and every group has more than one output. This is similar to the GI-testable arrays. However,GID-testability not only ensures that identical test responses can be obtained from every output in the same group when an array is fault free, but also ensures that at least one output has different test responses (from the other outputs in a group) when a cell in the array is faulty Therefore, all faults can be detected under the assumption of a single faulty cell model. It is proved that an arbitrary two-dimensional iterative array is GID-testable if seven x-states and seven y-states are added to the original flow table of the basic cell of the ***-testability simplifies the response verification of built-in-self testing in a way similar to PL- and GI-testability[6-9]. Therefore, it is suitable for BIST design.

Phyllosticta capitalensis is an endophyte and weak plant pathogen with a worldwide distribution presently known from 70 plant *** study isolated *** from different host plants in northern Thailand,and determined their different life *** strains of *** were isolated as endophytes from 20 *** additional 30 strains of *** from other hosts and geographic locations were also obtained from established culture *** analysis using ITS,AcTand TEF gene data confirmed the identity of all *** tests with five strains of *** originating from different hosts were completed on their respective host *** all cases there was no infection of healthy leaves,indicating that this endophyte does not cause disease on healthy,unstressed host *** *** is often isolated as an endophyte has important implications in fungal biology and plant *** to its endophytic nature,*** commonly found associated with lesions of plants,and often incorrectly identified as a species of quarantine importance,which again has implications for trade in agricultural and forestry production.

Neurological complications associated with HIV-1/AIDS are being recognized with a high frequency that parallels the increased number of AIDS cases. The early infiltration by HIV-1 into the nervous system can cause primary and/or secondary neurological complications. The most common neurocognitive disorder is AIDS Dementia complex (ADc). In developing countries of Asia the three most opportunistic infections are tuberculosis (TB), cryptococcosis, and Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia. Therefore, it is expected that secondary neurological complications due to TB and cryptococcosis will be the most common cause of morbility and mortality in HIV-1/AIDS cases in china. Research of NeuroAIDS in china is necessary to understand the impact and the biology of HIV-1 in the nervous system. Future studies would include, the molecular epidemiology and the description of opportunistic infections associated to HIV-1; the neuropathological description of primary and secondary HIV-1 complications in different groups; the HIV-1 neurot- ropism and immune response studies for china’s unique HIV-1 strains and recombinant forms derived from the nervous system, including experimental models such as the use of transgenic rats; and the study of potential resistant virus, primarily when the anti-retroviral therapy (ART) has not full access in the brain.

目的:发展和评估一项新的X线胸片阅读和记录系统(cRRS)在社区结核病及肺部疾病调查中的价值。设计:采用新发展的X线胸片阅读和记录系统(cRRS),一名有经验的肺病专家共阅读了为调查结核病患病率而拍摄的胸片2608张。在2608张X线胸片中,分层随机抽取810张胸片(31％)由第二位阅片者阅读报告。计算两位阅片者间一致性的kappa值(κ)。分层随机抽取104张X线胸片再次阅读和报告,计算同一阅片者两次阅读间一致性的κ值。结果:两阅片者间在符合结核病异常阴影判定的一致性的κ值为0．69(95％cI:0．64-0．74)、任何异常者的一致性的κ值为0．47(95%cI:0．42-0．53)。同一阅片者对符合结核病异常及任何异常的二次判定结果一致率的κ值各为0．90(95％cI:0．81-0．99)及0．85(95％cI:0．74-0．95)．结论:此标准化的X线胸片阅读及记录系统提供了满意的阅片者间及同一阅片者二次阅片间的一致性,适用于在社区进行结核病及其它肺部疾病的调查。还可用于各种不同调查所获结果的比较。
