As chronic antigenic stimulation from infection and autoimmunity is a feature of primary antibody deficiency(PAD),analysis of affected patients could yield insights into t-cell differentiation and explain how environmental exposures modify clinical phenotypes conferred by single-gene ***57 marks dysfunctional t cells that have differentiated after antigenic ***,while circulating CD57^(+)CD4^(+)t cells are normally rare,we found that they are increased in patients with PAD and markedly increased with CtLA4 haploinsufficiency or *** performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis of matched CD57^(+)CD4^(+)t cells from blood and tonsil *** CD57^(+)CD4^(+)t cells(CD4cyt)exhibited a cytotoxic transcriptome similar to that of CD8^(+)effector cells,could kill B cells,and inhibited B-cell ***4 restrained the formation of *** CD57 also marked an abundant subset of follicular helper t cells,which is consistent with their antigen-driven differentiation,this subset had a preexhaustion transcriptomic signature marked by tCF7,tOX,and ID3 expression and constitutive expression of CtLA4 and did not become cytotoxic even after CtLA4 ***,CD57^(+)CD4^(+)t-cell cytotoxicity and exhaustion phenotypes are compartmentalised between blood and germinal ***4 is a key modifier of CD4^(+)t-cell cytotoxicity,and the pathological CD4cyt phenotype is accentuated by infection.

High-performance carbon fiber/gold/copper composite wires for lightweight electrical cables

In this study,we synthesized high-performance Carbon Fiber/Gold/Copper(CF/Au/Cu)composite wires by using a 2-step deposition method via sputtering and *** Au was sputtered on PANbased CFs as a pre-treatment,the wettability and surface reactivity of the CFs were improved,resulting in a homogeneous deposition of Cu on their *** different Cu electrodeposition time,the resulting CF/Au/Cu composite wires could possess a high strength of up to 3.27 GPa(~10 times stronger than copper wires)while their electrical conductivity could be as high as 4.4×10^5 S/cm(~75%of that for copper).More importantly,since the composite wires were lightweight(up to 70%lower than Cu mass density),they are a promising candidate to substitute conventional heavy metal wires in the future electrical applications.

背景：对于80岁以上的人群，目前有关高血压的治疗和控制率以及高血压相关危险性的数据很少。目的：明确老年高血压患者各级别血压的患病率、高血压的治疗率和控制率以及心血管危险因素。设计、地点及参试者：社区队列研究，数据收集于20世纪90年代进入Framinghanl心脏研究的全部检查。根据年龄将入选者集中分层：60岁以下、60～79岁和〉t80岁。共5296例入选者，检查14458人次，其中高血压7135人次（治疗4919例）。主要观测指标：比较各年龄段人群高血压的患病率、治疗率和控制率。6年随访期间发生心血管疾病的危险性，采用Cox比例风险回归的多变量校正风险比（hazardratios，HRs）和95％可信区间（confidenceintervals，CIs）评估。结果：高血压的患病率和药物治疗率随着年龄增加而升高，但是在老年女性控制率（收缩压〈140mmHg，舒张压〈90mmHg）显著降低。〈60岁、60～79岁和t〉80岁组男性的控制率分别为38％、36％和38％（P=0．30）；女性的控制率分别为38％、28％和23％（P〈0．001）。随着年龄增加，与血压分级升高相关的心血管疾病的相对危险性没有下降，而绝对危险性显著升高。在〉t80岁的参试者，正常血压组（对照组）主要心血管事件的发生率为9．5％，高血压前期、1级高血压以及2级或治疗的高血压组的发生率分别为19．8％（HR，1．9；95％CI，0．9～3．9）、20．3％（HR，1．8；95％CI，0．8～3．7）和24．7％（HR，2．4；95％CI，1．2～4．6）。结论：相对于目前的国家指南，在社区人群血压的控制率较低，特别是在老年女性高血压患者。短期心血管疾病危险性很高表明，对于老年高血压患者应加大安全有效降低危险性的力度。

Background Anxiety disorder, one of the highly disabling, prevalent and common mental disorders, is known to be more prevalent in persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus (t2DM) than the general population, and the comorbid presence of anxiety disorders is known to have an impact on the diabetes outcome and the quality of life. However, the information on the type of anxiety disorder and its prevalence in persons with t2DM is limited. Aims to assess the prevalence and correlates of anxiety disorder in people with type 2 diabetes in different countries. Methods People aged 18-65 years with diabetes and treated in outpatient settings were recruited in 15 countries and underwent a psychiatric interview with the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview. Demographic and medical record data were collected. Results A total of 3170 people with type 2 diabetes (56.2% women;with mean (SD) duration of diabetes 10.01 (7.0) years) participated. the overall prevalence of anxiety disorders in type 2 diabetic persons was 18%;however, 2.8% of the study population had more than one type of anxiety disorder. the most prevalent anxiety disorders were generalised anxiety disorder (8.1%) and panic disorder (5.1%). Female gender, presence of diabetic complications, longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control (HbA1c levels) were significantly associated with comorbid anxiety disorder. A higher prevalence of anxiety disorders was observed in Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and Argentina with a lower prevalence in Bangladesh and India. Conclusions Our international study shows that people with type 2 diabetes have a high prevalence of anxiety disorders, especially women, those with diabetic complications, those with a longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control. Early identification and appropriate timely care of psychiatric problems of people with type 2 diabetes is warranted.
