Oxygenated organic molecules(OOMs)play an important role in the formation of secondary organic aerosols(SOAs),but the mixing states of OOMs are still *** study investigates the mixing states of OOM-containing single particles from the measurements taken using a single particle aerosol mass spectrometer in Guangzhou,China in ***,the particle counts of OOM particles and the mass concentration of secondary organic carbon(SOC)exhibited similar temporal trends throughout the entire *** OOM particles were consistently enriched in secondary ions,including ^(16)O^(−),^(26)CN^(−),^(46)NO_(2)^(−),^(62)NO_(3)^(−),and ^(97)HSO_(4)^(−).In contrast,the number fractions and diurnal patterns of OOM particles among the total detected particles showed similar distributions in August and October;however,the SOC ratios in fine particulate matter were quite different,suggesting that there were different mixing states of single-particle oxygenated *** addition,further classification results indicated that the OOM particles were more aged in October than August,even though the SOC ratios were higher in ***,the distribution of hydrocarbon fragments exhibited a notable decrease from January to October,emphasizing the more aged state of the organics in *** addition,the sharp increase in elemental carbon(EC)-OOM particles in the afternoon in October suggests the potential role of EC in the aging process of ***,in contrast to the bulk analysis of SOC mass concentration,the mixing states of the OOM particles provide insights into the formation process of SOAs in field studies.

以四苯基卟啉(TPP)为起始物,通过金属插入反应,获得FeTPP、ZnTPP、CoTPP、MnTPP。以合成的金属卟啉为检测器,测定了其检测甲苯、三乙胺、丙醛、异丙醇等浓度的检测限及灵敏度。结果表明,CoTPP检测甲苯、丙醛较好,而FeTPP检测三乙胺、异丙醇较好,MnTPP、ZnTPP对4种物质都有响应,但特异性不强,且灵敏度都较低;CoTPP只对甲苯和丙醛有响应,特异性强,且灵敏度高。

Mixing states and secondary formation processes of organic nitrogen-containing single particles in Guangzhou,China

Organic nitrogen(ON)compounds play a significant role in the light absorption of brown carbon and the formation of organic aerosols,however,the mixing state,secondary formation processes,and influencing factors of ON compounds are still *** paper reports on the mixing state of ON-containing particles based on measurements obtained using a highperformance single particle aerosol mass spectrometer in January 2020 in *** ON-containing particles accounted for 21% of the total detected single particles,and the particle count and number fraction of the ON-containing particles were two times higher at night than during the *** prominent increase in the content of ON-containing particles with the enhancement of NO_xmainly occurred at night,and accompanied by high relative humidity and nitrate,which were associated with heterogeneous reactions between organics and gaseous NO_(x)and/or NO_(3)*** synchronous decreases in ON-containing particles and the mass absorption coefficient of water-soluble extracts at 365 nm in the afternoon may be associated with photo-bleaching of the ON species in the *** addition,the positive matrix factorization analysis found five factors dominated the formation processes of ON particles,and the nitrate factor(33%)mainly contributed to the production of ON particles at *** results of this study provide unique insights into the mixing states and secondary formation processes of the ON-containing particles.

Dpaper:An Authoring Tool for Extractable Digital Papers

Purpose： To develop a structured, rich media digital paper authoring tool with an object- based model that enables interactive, playable, and convertible functions. Design/methodology/approach： We propose Dpaper to organize the content （text, data, rich media, etc.） of dissertation papers as XML and HTML5 files by means of digital objects and digital templates. Findings： Dpaper provides a structured-paper editorial platform for the authors of PhDs to organize research materials and to generate various digital paper objects that are playable and reusable. The PhD papers are represented as Web pages and structured XML files, which are marked with semantic tags. Research limitations： The proposed tool only provides access to a limited number of digital objects. For instance, the tool cannot create equations and graphs, and typesetting is not yet flexible compared to MS Word. Practical implications： The Dpaper tool is designed to break through the patterns of unstructured content organization of traditional papers, and makes the paper accessible for not only reading but for exploitation as data, where the document can be extractable and reusable. As a result, Dpaper can make the digital publishing of dissertation texts more flexible and efficient, and their data more assessable. Originality/value： The Dpaper tool solves the challenge of making a paper structured and object-based in the stage of authoring, and has practical values for semantic publishing.

Petal-assisted artificial pollination method enhanced the fruit setting ratios in tea plant(Camellia sinensis)

Pollination methods play an important role in developing F1 *** study presents an improved method of petal-assisted artificial pollination in tea *** field operation using this method exhibited high efficiency in which more than 500 pistillate flowers per day can be pollinated per capita,and the pollen amount from only one staminate flower was sufficient to pollinate more than five pistillate ***,we surveyed the fruit-setting ratio in three F1 groups,which were established using this method and the influence of rainfall on the fruit-setting *** results indicate that the fruit-setting ratio was superior among the tested F1 population with an average value of 12.90%,and a significant negative correlation was observed between rainfall and fruit-setting *** analyzing the growth states of each F1 population,both a high germination rate and survival rate were ***,the purity for 184 individuals in the F1 population of'Jiaming 1'×'Longjing 43'(J×L)were analyzed with 32 selected simple sequence repeats(SSRs).The purposes of this paper are(1)to demonstrate that this method is beneficial to establish high purity F1 populations and(2)to identify the number of SSR markers that are suitable for *** parentage analysis detected nine false-hybrid individuals,and the rate of false-hybrid was only 4.89%at 95%confidence,demonstrating that a low false-hybrid rate can be achieved using the ***,one to two SSR markers randomly selected from each linkage group or chromosome were recommended as a sufficient quantity for SSR identification.

Although only about 2%of the human genome has proved to be protein-coding genes,recent advances in genome wide analysis have revealed that the majority of the genome is transcribed,mainly from noncoding segments that were once considered＂junk sequences＂or＂dark matters＂（Liu et al.,2011a;Zhang et al.,2014b）. In addition to the well-characterized housekeeping non- coding RNAs （ncRNAs）（tRNA, rRNA, small nuclear RNA and small nucleolar RNAs） and some small regulatory ncRNAs （microRNAs and small interfering RNAs）, the transcriptome of mammals could also pervasively have been transcribed long noncoding RNAs （lncRNAs, at least 200 nt）（Rinn and Chang, 2012; Xie et al., 2012）.

覆膜和灌水处理下土壤水分动态与玉米生长模拟研究

采用作物模型模拟作物生长过程和产量,是应对气候变化和人类活动的影响、实现农业节水增产的重要途径。覆膜和节水灌溉技术在我国西北旱区农田应用广泛,本研究基于覆膜增温对气积温的补偿效应以及覆膜和冠层截留对降雨入渗的影响对Aqua Crop模型进行了改进,使其适用于我国西北旱区覆膜制种玉米的模拟。利用2017年石羊河流域制种玉米的实测数据对改进模型进行了率定与验证,并模拟预测了未来气温升高和覆膜比变化情景下作物产量及水分利用效率(WUE)的变化规律。结果表明:改进的Aqua Crop模型能很好地模拟制种玉米生长发育阶段和冠层覆盖率,各处理冠层覆盖率的模拟值与实测值之间的R^2均不小于0.95,RMSE为3.9%~10.1%,NRMSE为4.9%~15.3%。而在1m土层贮水量的模拟上,各处理R^2在0.60~0.92之间,RMSE在9.5~17.1 mm之间,NRMSE处于4.4%~8.9%之间。改进的Aqua Crop模型在模拟不覆膜高水M0W1和M0W3处理的制种玉米干物质累积量、产量上模拟效果较差,其他处理的干物质累积量的R^2不小于0.98,RMSE为0.64~1.66 t/hm^2,NRMSE为9.9%~16.7%,产量的相对误差(RE)为-13.3%~4.5%,WUE则表现为除M0W1处理外,其他处理模拟效果较优,RE为-23.9%~18.1%。未来气温升高对作物产量及提高水分利用效率产生不利的影响。覆膜条件下,增温1.6℃和3.3℃分别比在实际温度下减产12.8%和20.7%,WUE降低3.0%和2.1%。不覆膜条件下减产率分别为13.9%和25.1%,WUE分别降低3.8%和7.6%。覆膜比例为50%时,可在保证产量的同时,提高水分利用效率,达到增产节水的效果。
