Aqueous-phase reactions of organic compounds are an important source of secondary organic aerosol（SOA）（ervens 2011）. Laboratory studies focused mostly on small aldehydes such as glyoxal（De Haan 2009;Tan 2009） as precursors, and on pinene oxidation products（Lee 2011）. We showed experimental results of aqueous-phase reactions of a semi-volatile and slightly water soluble methoxy-phenol from biomass burning, vanillin（C8H8O3）. Reactions were performed in a vessel（Lee 2011） with UV（254 nm） irradiation under two conditions:（1） photochemical oxidation with H2O2 as an OH radical source;and（2） direct photolysis without H2O2 added. Solution of the resulted products, as well as the ammonium sulfate added（Lee 2011）, was atomized continuously and dried before on-line analyses. An Aerodyne High-resolution Time-of-Flight Aerosol Mass Spectrometer（HR-To F-AMS） was used to measure the dried particle compositions, and a Hygroscopic Tandem Differential Mobility Analyzer（HTDMA） and a Cloud Condensation Nuclei counter（CCNc） were used to determine the particle growth factor and CCN activity respectively. Withou UV irradiation, most of vanillin evaporated to the gas phase during drying and gave negligible organic mass in particles（Figure 1, before time ＜ 0 min）. A large amount of SOA was formed and retained after reactions under both conditions, although products might be different under these two conditions according to HR-To F-AMS characterization（Figure 1）. Off-line analyses by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry（LC-MS） and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） also confirmed that the product identities from these two conditions are different. Organic mass first increased rapidly and then decreased under condition（1）, but kept increasing slowly under condition（2）, as shown in Figure 1A and 1C, respectively. Difference of the gut microbiota of premature ovarian insufficiency in two traditional Chinese syndromes

PURPOSe: To investigate the differences in gut microbial characteristics between two traditional Chinese syndromes of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI). MeTHODS: Forty women with POI were recruited from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital between June and December 2020. Women with POI were divided into the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(SDBS) and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(QBDS) groups. Gut microbial community profiles were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing using an Illumina Mi Seq system. A retrospective study comparing hormone levels and gut microbiota information was performed between the SDBS and QBDS groups. ReSULTS: Compared with the QBDS group, the serum levels of estradiol(e2) and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH) were significantly decreased in the SDBS group. The quantities of Adlercreutzia, eggerthella, Klebsiella, and Paraprevotella significantly increased in the SDBS group, whereas Lactobacillus decreased significantly. Moreover, alterations in the microbiome in the SDBS and QBDS groups were closely related to the levels of e2 and AMH. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for the classification of the two syndromes by the gut microbiome was 0.71. CONCLUSIONS: There were significant differences in the dominant microbiota between the SDBS and QBDS groups, and the change in Proteobacteria in the QBDS group was more significant. The characteristics of gut microbiota help us differentiate between the SDBS and QBDS groups, which may provide a basis for the objectification of TCM syndrome types.

比较代谢组学解析3种中国东北苹果代谢物特征

本研究以红富士苹果为对照,基于超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱技术的非靶向代谢组学结合多元统计分析方法解析3种东北产苹果(塞外红、K9、龙丰)果皮、果肉的代谢物组成及差异,以探究3种东北产苹果果实代谢组轮廓及特征性成分。结果表明,4种苹果果皮、果肉中共检测到239种代谢物,分属酚类(种类数量占比为48.95%,后同)、糖类(15.06%)、萜类(13.81%)、维生素及脂肪酸(11.72%)、氨基酸类(7.11%)和核苷酸类(3.35%)。3种东北产苹果与红富士苹果果皮或果肉相同部位的代谢物数量、种类及代谢通路途径相近,表明4种苹果具有类似品质特征。4种苹果的代谢物相对含量具有差异,主成分分析和层次聚类分析结果显示果皮、果肉各为一类,果皮或果肉相同部位在各组间明显分离,表明4种苹果果皮、果肉代谢物组成存在差异。塞外红vs红富士苹果果皮、果肉的特征差异代谢物分别为19、10个,K9 vs红富士苹果果皮、果肉的特征差异代谢物分别为22、16个,龙丰vs红富士特征差异代谢物分别为31、20个,龙丰与红富士苹果的果皮、果肉代谢物差异相较更大;塞外红vs K9的果皮、果肉间特征差异代谢物均为22个,塞外红vs龙丰果皮、果肉间特征差异代谢物均为21个,K9 vs龙丰的果皮、果肉间特征差异代谢物分别为31、15个。酚类是4种苹果果皮、果肉特征差异代谢物的主要组分,其中表儿茶素及其低聚体等黄烷醇在塞外红苹果中丰度最高,槲皮素糖苷等黄酮醇在K9苹果中丰度最高,绿原酸、新绿原酸等酚酸在龙丰苹果中丰度最高,可能分别是其特征代谢物和品种差异关键代谢物。研究结果揭示了3种东北产苹果代谢组特征,可为其现代精准开发及我国苹果种质资源培育改良提供科学参考。

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是妇科高发疾病之一,患病率逐年增高,严重影响女性患者身心健康。该病发病机制复杂,尚未完全明确。目前临床上多采用西药治疗,然而其疗效欠佳,不良反应多,故寻找安全有效的治疗手段成为医学界亟待解决的一项难题。研究证实中医药可通过调控磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶/胞外信号调节激酶(MAPK/eRK)、Toll样受体4/核转录因子-κB(TLR4/NF-κB)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)/Smads、分泌型糖蛋白/β-连环蛋白(Wnt/β-catenin)、单磷酸腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)、糖基化终末产物/糖基化终末产物受体(AGe/RAGe)等信号通路改善胰岛素抵抗,抑制炎症反应与氧化应激,调节内分泌激素紊乱,干预细胞凋亡与自噬,从而减轻疾病症状,延缓进展,改善卵巢功能。中医药治疗PCOS具有明显优势,临床效果显著,且安全性较高。因此,立足于细胞分子角度探索研究PCOS,可为其临床治疗及新药开发提供理论依据。然而,目前缺乏中医药调控相关信号通路治疗PCOS的系统综述,因此该文就近年来国内外中药有效成分及中药复方通过干预相关信号通路治疗PCOS的文献进行梳理总结,以期为未来中医药治疗PCOS的推广提供证据支持。

自然发酵虾酱中屎肠球菌的分离、鉴定及体外益生特性分析

从自然发酵的小龙虾酱中筛选出8株产酸菌,通过生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析对菌种进行鉴定,并根据发酵特性分析选取产酸能力最高的菌株LX12-2和LX18-9进行抑菌、抗氧化、体外益生特性分析及安全性评价。结果表明,有7株菌为乳酸菌,隶属肠球菌属,其中5株为粪肠球菌(enterococcus faecalis)、2株为屎肠球菌(enterococcus faecium);屎肠球菌LX18-9的产酸能力最高,具有广谱的抗菌活性和较高的抗氧化能力。其对单增李斯特菌生长的抑制作用最强,抑菌圈直径可达20.85 mm,对DPPH自由基的清除率达76.77%;该菌株对pH 2.0的酸性条件、0.5%胆盐以及人工胃肠液均具有良好耐受性,且不产组胺,无溶血性,安全性高。综上,该研究筛选的屎肠球菌LX18-9安全性高、且具有良好的抗菌、抗氧化及益生特性,在饲料发酵生产与水产养殖益生产品的开发中具有潜在应用价值。

针对原始霜冰优化算法(RIMe)在移动机器人路径规划问题中存在易陷入局部最优和收敛速度慢等问题,提出一种增强型霜冰优化算法(eRIMe)用于对复杂环境下移动机器人进行路径规划。首先,采用基于sine混沌映射的透镜成像种群选择策略对种群初始化阶段进行增强以增加种群多样性,使算法更好地进行探索和开发;其次,使用随机因子控制的最值搜索策略和质心中点引导的开发机制对算法的探索和开发阶段进行改进,增强算法跳出局部最优解的能力,更好地探索全局最优解,并加快算法的收敛速度;此外,建立eRIMe算法的Markov链模型,证明了算法的全局收敛性。为验证eRIMe的有效性,对该算法采用CeC2017测试集进行验证,并与其他知名的元启发式算法进行比较,结果表明该算法具有良好的性能。最后,将其应用于复杂环境下的移动机器人路径规划问题中,实验结果表明,eRIMe可以高效地为机器人进行路径规划,且可以找到一个非常优质的路径。

Syntheses and crystal structures of rare earth (Nd, Gd) 1-D chain com-plexes with N-p-tolylsulfonyl-β-alanine

Two rare earth complexes of Ts-β-AlaH with the formula of [Ln2（H2O）4（Ts-β-AlaH）6]n·4nH2O （where Ln = Nd（1）, Gd（2）; Ts-β-AlaH = N-p-tolylsulfonyl-β-Alanine） have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the two complexes are isostructural. They crystallize in a monoclinic system with P21/n space group. Crystal data for 1： a = 0.95149（19） nm, b = 1.9012（4） nm, c = 2.2863（5） nm, β= 100.37（3）°, Z= 4, De= 1.509 mg/cm^3, F（000） = 1880, R1= 0.0560, wR2= 0.1564 [I 〉 2σ（/）]; for 2： a = 0.9495（2） nm, b = 1.9037（4） nm, c = 2.2987（5） nm, β= 99.87（3）°, Z = 4, Dc= 1.541 mg/cm^3, F（000） = 1916, R1= 0.0515, wR2= 0.1566 [I〉2σ（I）]. The two complexes are one-dimensional chains and the coordination number of the Nd^3＋ or Gd^3＋ ion is nine.

Spiro-based triphenylamine molecule with steric structure as a cathode material for high-stable all organic lithium dual-ion batteries

Redox p-type organic compounds are promising cathode materials for dual-ion ***,the triphenylamine-based polymers usually with agglomerate and intertwined molecular chain nature limit the maximum reaction of their active sites with large-sized ***,we demonstrate the application of a small molecule with rigid spirofluorene structu re,namely 2,2’,7,7’-tetrakis(diphenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(Spiro-TAD),as a cathode material for lithium dual-ion *** inherent sterical structure endows the Spiro-TAD with good chemical stability and large internal space for fast diffusion kinetics of anions in the organic *** a result,the Spiro-TAD electrode shows significant insolubility and less steric hindrance,and gives a high actual capacity of 109 mA h g^(-1)(active groups utilization ratio approximately 100%) at 50 mA g^(-1)with a high discharge voltage of 3.6 V(***+/Li),excellent rate capability(60 mA h g^(-1)at 2000 mA g^(-1)) and extremely stable cycling life(98.4% capacity retention after 1400 cycles at 500 mA g^(-1)) in half *** good electrochemical performance is attributed to the robust and rapid adsorption/desorption of ClO4-anions,which can be proved by the in-situ FTIR and ***,an all-organic lithium dual-ion battery(a-OLDIBs) is constructed using the Spiro-TAD as cathode and 3,4,9,10-Perylenetetracarboxylic diimide(PTCDI) as anode and displays long-term cycling performance of 87.5 mA h g^(-1)after 800 *** study will stimulate further developments in designing all organic battery systems.

A new formula of mechanism mobility based on virtual constraint loop

Several important developing phases of the formulas for mobility calculation based on constraints are introduced. The shortcoming of the mobility formulas based on common constraints of loops of a mechanism is that virtual constraints must be calculated before determining the mobility of a mechanism with virtual constraints. In order to avoid the shortcoming, some new concepts including virtual loop, virtual-loop constraint and general-kinematic-pair constraint are used to analyze the relationship between mobility of links and constraint of kinematic pairs and a mobility formula based on common constraints of virtual loops is proposed. The formula is that the number of mobility of a mechanism is the sum of mobility of all links in the mecha-nism minus the sum of constraints of all kinematic pairs plus the sum of the common constraints of all virtual loops. The sum of over constraints of a mechanism is the sum of constraints of all virtual loops in the mechanism. This mobility formula expressed in terms of common constraints of virtual loops in a mechanism can avoid calculating virtual constraints. It is proved that the new formula is correct, simple and effective through the analysis of several different kinds of mechanisms.

The transcription factor HBF1 directly activates expression of multiple flowering time repressors to delay rice flowering

Flowering time(or heading date)is an important agronomic trait that determines the environmental adaptability and yield of many crops,including rice(Oryza sativa L.).Hd3a BINDING RePReSSOR FACTOR 1(HBF1),a basic leucine zipper transcription factor,delays flowering by decreasing the expression of early heading date 1(ehd1),Heading date 3a(Hd3a),and RICe FLOWeRING LOCUS T 1(RFT1),but the underlying molecular mechanisms have not been fully ***,we employed the hybrid transcriptional factor(HTF)strategy to enhance the transcriptional activity of HBF1 by fusing it to four copies of the activation domain from Herpes simplex virus *** discovered that transgenic rice lines overexpressing HBF1-VP64(HBF1V)show significant delays in time to flower,compared to lines overexpressing HBF1-MYC or wild-type plants,via the ehd1–Hd3a/RFT1 pathway,under both long-day and short-day *** deep sequencing analysis indicated that 19 WRKY family genes are upregulated in the HBF1V overexpression *** demonstrate that the previously unknown gene,OsWRKY64,is a direct downstream target of HBF1 and represses flowering in rice,whereas three known flowering repressor genes,Days to heading 7(DTH7),CONSTANS 3(OsCO3),and OsWRKY104,are also direct target genes of HBF1 in flowering *** these results together,we propose detailed molecular mechanisms by which HBF1 regulates the time to flower in rice.
