To the Editor:We read with great interest the article by Schulze et ***“Robotic surgery and liver transplantation:A single-center experience of 501 robotic donor hepatectomies”[1].It is the first single-center report including over 500 fully robotic donor *** the donors,the overall complication rate was 6.4%(n=32).Postoperative self-limiting bleeding(0.4%)and bile leakage from the resection plane(1.8%)were rare.

Bi_(2)Se_(3)-based flexible thin film with high thermoelectric performance is promising for the waste heat recovery *** this work,a novel post-selenization method is employed to prepare n-type Bi_(2)Se_(3)flexible thin films with highly textured *** strengthened texture and Se vacancy optimization can be simultaneously achieved by optimizing the selenization *** highly oriented texture leads to the increased carrier mobility and results in a high electric conductivity of~290.47 S·cm^(-1)at 623 ***,a high Seebeck coefficient(>110μW·K-1)is obtained due to the reduced carrier concentration,induced by optimizing vacancy ***,a high power factor of 3.49μW·cm^(-1)·K^(-2)at 623 K has been achieved in asprepared highly-bendable Bi_(2)Se_(3)flexible thin films selenized at 783 *** study introduces an effective post-selenization method to tune the texture structure and vacancies of Bi_(2)Se_(3)flexible thin films,and correspondingly achieves high thermoelectric performance.

Although inorganic pigments in common spectral tuning materials show good weatherability and heat resistance,the limited color choices,weak coloring power,poor dispersibility,and a possibility of toxicity limit their *** the basis of organic pigments which possess a wide range of colors,high coloring power,good transparency,and high safety,herein,the modified pigment and biomimetic coating with improved weatherability,especially ultraviolet(UV)resistance(from 2 to 6 days),was achieved by intercalating acid green 25(AG25)pigment into Mg/Al-layered double hydroxides(Mg/Al-LDH).Furthermore,the heat resistance of AG25 was also significantly ***,the spectral stability of pigments after heat treatment is superior with almost unchanged spectral profile and green reflection *** formation of strong n-H bonds and the S-M(Mg,Al)bonds between Mg/Al-LDH laminates and AG25 molecules contributes to the *** work shows potential for biomimetic leaf materials in respect of reflective spectra stability.

Heptafluoroisobutyronitrile(C_(4)F_(7)n)is being considered as a promising alternative to the greenhouse gas SF6 in the electrical ***,its biotoxicity necessitates the development of gas sensing technology to detect leaked C_(4)F_(7)n.A combination of density functional theory and experiments was employed to evaluate the adsorption and sensing performance of different metal-phthalocyanines as potential sensing materials for C_(4)F_(7)n *** study included exploring adsorption configurations with adsorption energies,electron transfer,and adsorption distance,as well as comparisons of electronic properties,electron distribution,and density of states(DOS)among the ***,gas sensing experiments were conducted using different MPcs to detect 25-100 ppm C_(4)F_(7)*** results revealed that Mn-Pc,Fe-Pc,Co-Pc,and Zn-Pc exhibited considerable chemical interactions,while ni-Pc and Cu-Pc showed weaker adsorption *** findings were further elucidated based on the electron density and DOS of atomic ***,gas sensing experiments indicated that Co-Pc demonstrated a higher response compared to Fe-Pc at the same concentration of C_(4)F_(7)***,the theoretical and experimental insights offer valuable guidance for C_(4)F_(7)n detection and provide a systematic approach to screen and explore organometallic polymer-based gas sensors applicable in various fields.

non-Pt or low-Pt catalysts capable for stable generation of hydrogen via water electrolysis at an industrial level of current density are highly *** of strong metal-support connection is beneficial to improve the performance stability of *** we employed highly defective n-doped carbon nanotubes(d-n-CnT)as the support to achieve uniform and firm anchoring of Ru clusters(~1.9 nm)via a thermal-shock *** as-prepared Ru/d-n-CnT catalyst shows excellent catalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline media and requires an overpotential(ƞ)of 12 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)and 116 mV at 200 mA·cm^(−2)with a Ru loading of 0.025 mg·cm^(−2).Impressively,Ru/d-n-CnT presents robust stability for HER at both low current density(stable for at least 1000 h at 10 mA·cm^(−2))and the industrial level of current density(stable for at least 100 h at 1000 mA·cm^(−2)),remarkably outperforming commercial Pt/C and Ru/*** highly defective nature of the n-CnT support endowed the as-prepared Ru/d-n-CnT catalyst with strong metal-support adhesion that efficiently suppressed agglomeration as well as obscission of Ru ***,the rich defects increased the surface energy of the n-CnT support and resulted in improved hydrophilicity as evidenced by the liquid contact angle measurement and the bubble evolution process,which also played an important role in stabilizing the HER performance especially at large current density.

The safety and stability of high-speed maglev trains traveling on viaducts in crosswinds critically depend on their aerodynamic ***,this paper uses an improved delayed detached eddy simulation(IDDES)method to investigate the aerodynamic features of high-speed maglev trains with different marshaling lengths under *** effects of marshaling lengths(varying from 3-car to 8-car groups)on the train’s aerodynamic performance,surface pressure,and the flow field surrounding the train were investigated using the three-dimensional unsteady compressible navier-Stokes(n-S)*** results showed that the marshaling lengths had minimal influence on the aerodynamic performance of the head and middle ***,the marshaling lengths are negatively correlated with the time-average side force coefficient(CS)and time-average lift force coefficient(Cl)of the tail *** to the tail car of the 3-car groups,the CS and Cl fell by 27.77%and 18.29%,respectively,for the tail car of the 8-car *** is essential to pay more attention to the operational safety of the head car,as it exhibits the highest time average ***,the mean pressure difference between the two sides of the tail car body increased with the marshaling lengths,and the side force direction on the tail car was opposite to that of the head and middle ***,the turbulent kinetic energy of the wake structure on the windward side quickly decreased as marshaling lengths increased.

Avian H9n2 viruses have wide host range among the influenza A ***,knowledge of H9n2 mammalian adaptation is *** explore the molecular basis of the adaptation to mammals,we performed serial lung passaging of the H9n2 strain A/chicken/Hunan/8.27 YYGK3W3-OC/2018(3W3)in mice and identified six mutations in the hemagglutinin(HA)and polymerase acidic(PA)*** L226Q,T511I,and A528V of HA were responsible for enhanced pathogenicity and viral replication in mice;notably,HA-L226Q was the key *** T97I,I545V,and S594G of PA contributed to enhanced polymerase activity in mammalian cells and increased viral replication levels in vitro and in ***-T97I increased viral polymerase activity by accelerating the viral polymerase complex *** findings revealed that the viral replication was affected by the presence of PA-97I and/or PA-545V in combination with a triple-point HA ***,the double-and triple-point PA mutations demonstrated antagonistic effect on viral replication when combined with ***,any combination of PA mutations,along with double-point HA mutations,resulted in antagonistic effect on viral *** also observed antagonism in viral replication between PA-545V and PA-97I,as well as between HA-528V and *** findings demonstrated that several antagonistic mutations in HA and PA proteins affect viral replication,which may contribute to the H9n2 virus adaptation to mice and mammalian *** findings can potentially contribute to the monitoring of H9n2 field strains for assessing their potential risk in mammals.
