Chinese alligator hatchlings in captivity are fragile and have a high mortality rate within first *** body mass gain of reptile animals is closely related to their feeding behavior and gut *** study analyzed the intrinsic factors influencing the allometric growth of Chinese alligator hatchlings based on their body mass gain,feeding behavior,and gut *** information would enhance the health management of Chinese alligator *** was a significant correlation between the total distance moved,the average number of conspecifics nearby,and body mass *** alligator hatchlings with a greater growth rate showed greater activity and more independent behavior during feeding than those with a lower growth ***,after feeding started,some functions of the gut microbiota showed significant relationships with growth rate and feeding *** alligator hatchlings with a greater growth rate showed greater levels of heme biosynthesis than those with a lower growth rate,and feeding activity was inhibited by long-chain fatty acid *** results elucidate the relationships between health,feeding behavior,and the gut microbiota of Chinese alligator *** the intrinsic factors of their health and feeding behavior can improve the health management of Chinese alligator hatchlings in captivity for conservation.

目的为了保证水性环氧树脂(EP)涂层的绿色、环保及高效防腐性能。通过将二维纳米材料石墨相氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))与天然高分子壳聚糖(CS)功能化复合来制备一种新型绿色环氧树脂复合涂层体系,并研究不同g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS添加量对环氧树脂复合涂层耐蚀性的影响。方法将尿素高温煅烧得到g-C_(3)N_(4),加入壳聚糖悬浮液中进行改性处理,并掺杂进环氧树脂中进而得到新型环氧树脂复合体系(EP/g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS)。利用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对g-C_(3)N_(4)和g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS复合材料的结构及微观形貌进行表征。并通过电化学手段及长周期浸泡实验对涂层体系的防腐性能进行测试。结合涂层附着力测试判断涂层与基体之间的黏合程度。结果g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS可以被成功复合到环氧树脂涂层中,且CS中丰富的含氧官能团显著提高了g-C_(3)N_(4)在环氧树脂中的分散性和界面相容性。涂层电化学耐蚀性测试结果表明,EP/g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS-1.0%(质量分数)涂层体系在浸泡30 d后的涂层电阻(R_(c))值最大,在浸泡30 d后仍能达到1.11×10^(7)Ω,EP/g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS-1.0%(质量分数)涂层体系耐蚀性最高。此外,g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS可显著提升EP涂层的附着力,且EP/g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS-1.0%(质量分数)涂层附着力最大。长期浸泡实验测试结果也表明,EP/g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS-1.0%(质量分数)涂层体系具有最佳的耐蚀性,在浸泡30 d后表面膜层仍较为均匀平整。结论EP/g-C_(3)N_(4)@CS-1.0%(质量分数)涂层体系形成的均匀完整复合膜可以有效屏蔽腐蚀性离子的迁移进程,具有最佳耐蚀性能。

The distribution and diversity of the species are closely related to the global *** the most widely distributed species of Bufonidae in China,the study of the distribution pattern and habitat suitability of the Asiatic toad under climate change can help us understand the reply pattern of Bufonidae habitat to climate ***,combined with the Maxent model and GIS technology,the effects of climate change on the distribution pattern and habitat suitability of the Asiatic toad were comprehensively *** results show that the rainfall during the wettest season(Bio16)and the mean temperature of the driest season(Bio9)have a considerable impact on the distribution of the Asiatic *** the next 30 to 50 years,across the overall spacial scale of the Chinese mainland,the habitat of the Asiatic toad will be primarily in the eastern part of China and less in south part,while its distribution area will expand to the midwest and northwest parts of ***,the area in which it can be distributed will be reduced and suitable habitat will shift to some regions of higher latitude and *** a word,we systematically analyzed the changes of the distribution pattern and habitat suitability of the Asiatic toad with climate change,and we aim to provide data on how climatic variation may impact amphibians.

Genetic factors play a key role in determination of the structure of the cloacal flora for newborn Chinese *** collected the cloacal microbiomes for 24 newborn Chinese Alligators from three different genetic backgrounds for 16S gene amplicon *** number of cloacal flora for the Chinese Alligators from different groups was comparable but differed *** were variations in proportions of floral compositions at the phylum and family levels;however,the main difference was at the genus *** were two significant differences in richness and evenness among the three ***-metric multidimensional scaling NMDS analysis revealed that the 24 samples could be clearly divided into three categories based on their genetic backgrounds(stress=0.0244).Thus,we postulated that newborn Chinese Alligators with different genetic backgrounds have different immune strengths,which affects individual responses to environmental *** summary,newborn Chinese Alligators from different genetic backgrounds exhibit variations in cloacal microbiome.

Analysis of mesoscopic mechanical dynamic characteristics of ballast bed with under sleeper pads

The meso-dynamical behaviour of a high-speed rail ballast bed with under sleeper pads(USPs)was *** geometrically irregular refined discrete element model of the ballast particles was constructed using 3D scanning techniques,and the 3D dynamic model of the rail-sleeper-ballast bed was constructed using the coupled discrete element method-multiflexible-body dynamics(DEM-MFBD)*** analyse the meso-mechanical dynamics of the ballast bed with USPs under dynamic load on a train and verify the correctness of the model in laboratory *** is shown that the deformation of the USPs increases the contact area between the sleeper and the ballast particles,and subsequently the number of contacts between *** the depth of the granular ballast bed increases,the contact area becomes larger,and the contact force between the ballast particles gradually *** the action of the elastic USPs,the contact forces between ballast particles are reduced and the overall vibration level of the ballast bed can be *** settlement of the granular ballast bed occurs mainly at the shallow position of the sleeper bottom,and the installation of the elastic USPs can be effective in reducing the stress on the ballast particles and the settlement of the ballast bed.

磷肥施用方式对黄淮地区夏玉米土壤磷素有效性及产量的影响

为探究黄淮地区适宜的磷肥施用方式,通过开展大田试验对4种磷肥施用方式(常规撒施(P1)、分层施(P2)、条施(P3)、穴施(P4))下玉米不同生育时期干物质积累量、根系形态指标、不同土层土壤速效磷含量及磷酸酶活性、玉米产量及其构成因素进行测定分析。结果表明,不同施磷方式下,P2、P4处理的穗长和行粒数较P1处理显著提高22.57%,16.81%和15.19%,7.60%,P2、P3、P4处理穗粒数较P1处理分别显著提高25.26%,13.86%,17.00%,但P2处理单位面积穗数较P1处理显著降低15.30%,最终P2、P4处理产量较P1分别显著提高15.20%,10.79%。根系性状中,施磷方式显著影响了根长、根表面积、根体积、根尖数,其中P2和P4处理的根长较P1处理显著提高30.41%,33.75%;P2处理根表面积相较于P1处理显著提高23.77%,P4处理根表面积相较于P1和P3处理显著提高29.60%,21.70%;P2和P4处理下的根体积和根尖数较P1和P3处理均显著提高。对土壤速效磷含量分析表明,三叶期10~20 cm的土层中,P2和P4处理速效磷含量较P1显著提高;成熟期,0~20 cm土层中P2、P3、P4处理土壤速效磷含量较P1处理发生不同程度降低,20~30 cm土层中P4处理较P1处理发生显著降低。相关性分析表明,三叶期10~20 cm土层中酸性磷酸酶活性与土壤速效磷含量呈显著正相关,P2和P4处理在该土层下酸性磷酸酶活性和土壤速效磷含量均较高,有利于土壤中的磷素转化为玉米可吸收态。综上所述,磷肥分层施和穴施较传统撒施能提高玉米生育前期土壤中磷素有效性,促进根系生长发育,进而提高夏玉米产量,为黄淮地区较适宜的玉米磷肥施用方式。

Development mechanism of internal local corrosion of X80 pipeline steel

The occurrence and development mechanism of internal local corrosion has always been a controversial topic,and especially under flow *** this paper,an improved high shear force loop was experimentally used,and local flow field is induced by simulating corrosion defects on the surface of X80 pipeline steel *** characteristics of corrosion products deposited on the surface of specimens in CO2-saturated NACE solution were investigated by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS).The 3D micromorphology of the corrosion test surface after remove the corrosion scale used to measure the size of localized corrosion *** the influence of local defects,the wall shear stress(WSS)and turbulent kinetic energy of local flow fields enhanced significantly,and pressure fluctuations in local flow field were *** results showed that the characteristics of surface corrosion products varied with flow *** corrosion scales formed in various regions of specimens with defects exhibited different surface micro-morphologies and chemical ***,these data offer new perspectives for better understanding the mechanisms behind local corrosion.
