Background Allografts were widely used in anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） reconstruction for patients with ACL rupture of the knee. This study was to approve the feasibility of bone-posterior cruciate ligament-bone （BPCLB） allograft transplantation in ACL reconstruction. Methods Eight patients underwent ACL reconstructions with BPCLFI allografts and were followed up for an average period of 32 months after operation. Results Subjective parameters including Intemational Knee Documentation Committee （IKDC）, modified Larson knee ligament, Lysholm, and Tegner rating scales were much improved and side to side KT-2000 arthrometer difference was much less postoperatively. Pivot shift test was negative in all patients. The reconstructed ACL had satisfactory shape and tension. Conclusions BPCLB allograft is an optional choice for ACL reconstruction.

A new Ni+Zr co-alloyed FeCrAl-ODS(oxide-dispersion-strengthened)ferritic alloy was fabricated by ball-milling and *** electron microscopy and atom probe tomography,the dispersive formation of high density core-shelled nano-particles of various sizes was confirmed with a common B2-NiAl *** which,median-sized nano-particles(20-50 nm)typically have an Y_(4)Al_(2)O_(9)nano-core ofmated as~2×10^(23)m^(-3)with a mean size of 6.3 nm only,and accordingly,the new alloy achieved an excellent combination of strength and ductility at high temperatures.

The martensitic transformation temperature is the basis for the application of shape memory alloys(Smas),and the ability to quickly and accurately predict the transformation temperature of Smas has very important practical *** this work,machine learning(ML)methods were utilized to accelerate the search for shape memory alloys with targeted properties(phase transition temperature).A group of component data was selected to design shape memory alloys using reverse design method from numerous unexplored *** modeling and feature modeling were used to predict the phase transition temperature of the shape memory *** experimental results of the shape memory alloys were obtained to verify the effectiveness of the support vector regression(SVR)*** results show that the machine learning model can obtain target materials more efficiently and pertinently,and realize the accurate and rapid design of shape memory alloys with specific target phase transition *** this basis,the relationship between phase transition temperature and material descriptors is analyzed,and it is proved that the key factors affecting the phase transition temperature of shape memory alloys are based on the strength of the bond energy between *** work provides new ideas for the controllable design and performance optimization of Cu-based shape memory alloys.

In blasting engineering, the location and number of detonation points, to a certain degree, regulate the propagation direction ofthe explosion stress wave and blasting effect. Herein, we examine the explosion wave field and rock breaking effect in terms of shockwave collision, stress change of the blast hole wall in the collision zone, and crack propagation in the collision zone. The produced shockwave on the collision surface has an intensity surpassing the sum of the intensities of the two colliding explosion shock waves. At the collisionlocation, the kinetic energy is transformed into potential energy with a reduction in particle velocity at the wave front and the wavefront pressure increases. The expansion form of the superposed shock wave is dumbbell-shaped, the shock wave velocity in the collisionarea is greater than the radial shock wave velocity, and the average propagation angle of the explosion shock waves is approximately 60°.Accordingly, a fitted relationship between blast hole wall stress and explosion wave propagation angle in the superposition area is *** the experimental conditions, the superimposed explosion wave stress of the blast hole wall is approximately 1.73 times the singleexplosionwave incident stress. The results of the model test and numerical simulations reveal that large-scale radial fracture cracks weregenerated on the blast hole wall in the superimposed area, and the width of the crack increased. The width of the large-scale radial fracturecracks formed by a strong impact is approximately 5% of the blast hole length. According to the characteristics of blast hole wallcompression, the mean peak pressures of the strongly superimposed area are approximately 1.48 and 1.84 times those of the weakly superimposedand nonsuperimposed areas, respectively.

A series of novel N-（3-furan-2-yl-l-phenyl-lH-pyrazol-5-yl） amides derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. All title compounds were evaluated for their herbicidal and antifungal activities. Preliminary bioassay results indicated that the title compounds showed good to moderate herbicidal activity at 1000 mg/L. Compound 6q presented the best activity against Digitaria sanguinalis （L） Scop., Amaranthus retroflexus L. and Arabidopsis thaliana with an inhibition degree of five. Compound 6d also showed an inhibition degree of five against D. sanguinalis. In addition, at 50 mg/L, most compounds exhibited good in vitro antifungal activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, with compound 6c showing over 90% antifungal activity against S. sclerotiorum and Pellicularia sasakii.

In this paper,a new concept of forward-pumped random Raman fiber laser(RRFL)-based liquid refractive index sensing is proposed for the first *** liquid refractive index sensing,the flat fiber end immersed in the liquid can act as the point reflector for generating random fiber lasing and also as the sensing *** to the high sensitivity of the output power of the RRFL to the reflectivity provided by the point reflector in the ultralow reflectivity regime,the proposed RRFL is capable of achieving liquid refractive index sensing by measuring the random lasing output *** theoretically investigate the effects of the operating pump power and fiber length on the refractive index sensitivity for the proposed *** a proof-of-concept demonstration,we experimentally realize high-sensitivity half-open short-cavity RRFL-based liquid refractive index sensing with the maximum sensitivity and the sensing resolution of-39.88W/RIU and 2.5075×10^(-5) RIU,*** also experimentally verify that the refractive index sensitivity can be enhanced with the shorter fiber length of the *** work extends the application of the random fiber laser as a new platform for highly-sensitive refractive index sensing in chemical,biomedical,and environmental monitoring applications,etc.
