Although 12-lead electrocardiograms(ECGs)provide a wide range of spatiotemporal characteristics,interpreting them for arrhythmia detection is difficult due to a lack of reliable large-scale clinical ***,we proposed an innovative lightweight computerized ECG interpretation approach based on 12-lead *** model was trained,validated,and tested on 53845 standard 12-lead ECG records collected at Shanghai First People’s Hospital in affiliation with Shanghai Jiao Tong *** experiments revealed that our approach had a classification accuracy of 94.41%in the classification task of seven types of rhythms,which was markedly superior to related single-lead and 12-lead ECG classification ***,the average receiver operating characteristic area under the curve reached a value of 0.940,and the precision values for sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia were 0.945 and 0.91,respectively,with specificity values of 0.996 and *** employing our boosting method,we were able to improve the accuracy to 94.85%.To investigate the performance degradation of the proposed neural network in some classes,an ECG cardiologist was enlisted to review questionable ECGs;this process provides a promising direction for network performance ***,the proposed computerized ECG interpretation approach has practical significance because it could help professional physicians analyze patients’heart conditions based on real-time 12-lead ECG or grade their disease severity in advance.

The feasibility of simultaneous water recovery,salt separation and effective descaling of hypersaline brine was investigated by diisopropylamine(DIPA)-based directional solvent extraction(DSE),using diluted/concentrated seawater with initial saline concentration range of 12–237 g/L at extraction temperatures of 5 and 15℃,*** water recovery shows an obvious boundary at saline concentration of 115 g/L under dual effect of specific water extraction efficiency and extraction *** Cl^(–) ion concentration in product water is in sharp contrast to the nearly complete removal of SO_(4)^(2–)and hardness ions,indicating that DIPA-based DSE process indeed achieved efficient separation and purification of Cl^(–) ion from hypersaline ***,the radical precipitation of Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)ions in form of Mg(OH)_(2)and CaCO_(3)demonstrates effective descaling potential,although it leads to more DIPA residues in dewatered raffinate than product ***,an exponential correlation between the Cl^(–) removal efficiency and specific water extraction efficiency further reveals the intrinsic relationship of water extraction process and transfer of Cl^(–) ion to the product ***,the study provides a novel approach for integrating the water recovery and separation of Cl^(–) ion from ultra-high-salinity brines with radical precipitation of Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+) ions in one step.

In order to suppress the low-frequency ultrasound vibration in the broadband range of 20 k Hz—100 k Hz,this paper proposes and discusses an acoustic metamaterial with low-frequency ultrasound vibration attenuation properties,which is configured by hybrid arc and sharp-angle convergent star-shaped *** effect of the dispersion relation and the bandgap characteristic for the scatterers in star-shaped are simulated and *** target bandgap width is extended by optimizing the geometry parameters of arc and sharp-angle convergent *** proposed metamaterial configured by optimized hybrid lattices exhibits remarkable broad bandgap characteristics by bandgap complementarity,and the simulation results verify a 99%vibration attenuation amplitude can be obtained in the frequency of20 k Hz—100 k *** the fabrication of the proposed hybrid configurational star-shaped metamaterial by 3D printing technique,the transmission loss experiments are performed,and the experimental results indicate that the fabricated metamaterial has the characteristics of broadband vibration attenuation and an amplitude greater than 85%attenuation for the target *** results demonstrate that the hybrid configurational star-shaped metamaterials can effectively widen the bandgap and realize high efficiency attenuation,which has capability for the vibration attenuation in the application of highprecise equipment.

Experimental and numerical study of combustion characteristics of ammonia-hydrogen-air swirling flame with/without secondary air injection

Ammonia (NH_(3)) is currently considered to be a potential carbon-free alternative fuel,and its large-scale use as such would certainly decrease greenhouse gas emissions and meet increasingly stringent emission *** the low flame propagation speed and high NO production of NH_(3) hinder its direct application as a renewable fuel,co-combustion of NH_(3)–H_(2)is an effective way to overcome these *** this study,the combustion characteristics of NH_(3)–H_(2)swirling flames under different equivalence ratios and H_2blending ratios conditions are both numerically and experimentally ***,the One-Dimensional (1D) laminar flame computation presents a comparison base and the Three-Dimensional (3D) numerical simulation yields detailed flame property ***,the high-speed camera takes instantaneous swirl flame images and the gas analyzer measures the NO emission at the exit plane of the flame *** and quantitative analysis is performed on the flame structure and NO emission for a series of NH_(3)–H_(2)swirl *** variation trends of the NO emission calculated using different techniques agree very *** quantitative results show that the NO emissions are much higher at lean equivalence ratios than those at rich equivalence ratios,and such difference is closely related to the combustion flame ***,it is shown that the utilization of secondary air injection can achieve a significant reduction in NO emissions at the exit of the combustion chamber at equivalence ratios less than or equal to 0.9.

In the preparation of large-sized ceramics,the use of a green body with relatively high plasticity is crucial to minimize the risk of cracking during *** achieve this goal,glycerol and polyethylene glycol(PEG)were utilized as plasticizers in the shaping of green bodies of oxide ceramics through spontaneous coagulation casting(SCC).This study investigated the effects of plasticizers and particle sizes ranging from the submicron to nanoscale on the slurry viscosity,drying shrinkage of wet gels,and mechanical properties of green *** plasticity of the green bodies was assessed by measuring the impact toughness and flexural stress‒strain *** incorporating an appropriate plasticizer,the peak width of the flexural stress‒strain curve for dried green bodies from particles of different sizes was nearly twice that without plasticizers,and the impact toughness was enhanced by approximately 71%,34%,and 41%when the particle size decreased from the submicron scale to the nanoscale(0.45μm,0.18μm,and 50 nm,respectively).The drilling test revealed that there was nearly no cracking around the holes in the green bodies with *** plasticity mechanism of the green bodies was examined based on ultraviolet–visible(UV–Vis)spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was discovered that plasticizers might mitigate the brittleness of green bodies by adjusting the interactions between molecules and modifying the gel network properly.

Jujube witches’broom(JWB)caused by phytoplasma has a severely negative effect on multiple metabolisms in *** GST gene family in plants participates in the regulation of a variety of biotic and abiotic *** study aims to identify and reveal the changes in the jujube GST gene family in response to phytoplasma ***,70 ZjGSTs were identified in the jujube genome and divided into 8 *** them,the Tau-class,including 44 genes,was the *** analysis indicated that Tau-class genes were highly conserved among species,such as Arabidopsis,cotton,chickpea,and *** chromosome location analysis,37.1%of genes were clustered,and 8 of 9 gene clusters were composed of Tau class *** RT-PCR,qRT-PCR and enzyme activity detection,the results showed that the expression of half(20/40)of the tested ZjGSTs was inhibited by phytoplasma infection in field and tissue culture conditions,and GST activity was also significantly *** the resistant and susceptible varieties under phytoplasma infection,ZjGSTU49-ZjGSTU54 in the cluster IV showed opposite expression patterns,which may be due to functional divergence during *** upregulated genes(ZjGSTU45,ZjGSTU49,ZjGSTU59,and ZjGSTU70)might be involved in the process of jujube against *** yeast two-hybrid results showed that all 6 Tauclass proteins tested could form homodimers or ***,the comprehensive analysis of the jujube GST gene family revealed that ZjGSTs responded actively to phytoplasma ***,some screened genes(ZjGSTU24,ZjGSTU49-52,ZjGSTU70,and ZjDHAR10)will contribute to further functional studies of jujube-phytoplasma interactions.

Developing hydroscopic actuators with simultaneous high elasticity,shape programmability and tunable actuating behaviors are highly desired but still *** this study,we propose an orthogonal composite design to develop such a *** developed composite elastomer comprises carboxyl group-grafted polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene-co-butylene)-block-polystyrene(SEBS-g-COOH)as the elastic substrate,and a synthesized azobenzene derivative as the functional filler(Azo12).By surface treatment using acidic and base solutions,the carboxyl groups on the surface can reversibly transform into carboxylate groups,which render the composite tunable hygroscopic actuating *** another aspect,the added filler undergoes trans-to-cis isomerization when exposed to UV light irradiation,leading to liquefaction of the crystalline aggregates formed by Azo12 *** liquefied Azo12 molecules can autonomously resotre their trans form and reform the crystalline *** reversible change in crystralline structure is utilized to realize the shape memory property,and 5 wt%of Azo12addition is adequate for the composite to exhibit photo-responsive shape memory behavior without compromising much of the *** regualtion of external geometry by shape memory effect is effective in altering the actuating *** proposed method can be extend to designing different composites with the demonstrated functionalities.

Sn-based metal organic complexes with coordination bonds,multi-active sites,and high theoretical capacity have attracted much attention as promising anodes for lithium ion ***,the low electrical conductivity and huge volume changes restricted their electrochemical stability and practical ***,Snbased anode with superior electrochemical performance,including a high reversible capacity of 1050.1 mAh·g^(-1)at 2 A·g^(-1)and a stable capacity of 1105.5 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1),was fabricated via a low-temperature calcination strategy from Sn metal organic *** low-temperature calcination process regulates Sn-O bond and prevents the agglomeration of SnO_(2),generating highly dispersed SnO_(2) decorated metal organic complexes and providing sufficient active sites for ion *** situ characterizations expound that the undecomposed Sn-based metal organic complexes could be transformed into SnO_(2) during lithiation and delithiation,which enhances the electrical conductivity and induces a strong pseudo-capacitive behavior,accelerating the electrochemical kinetics;the multiple solid electrolyte interface with inflexible LiF and flexible ROCO_(2)Li buffers the volume variation of the electrode,resulting in its high electrochemical *** work provides a simple strategy for preparing excellent Sn-based anodes from metal organic complexes and reveals the lithium storage mechanism of the prepared Snbased anode.

P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2)(NNMO)is promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to its high specific capacity and fast Na+diffusion ***,the irreversible P2-O_(2)phase transformation,Na+/vacancy ordering,and transition metal(TM)dissolution seriously damage its cycling stability and restrict its commercialization ***,Na occupation manipulation and interface stabilization are proposed to strengthen the phase structure of NNMO by synergistic Zn/Ti co-doping and introducing lithium difluorophosp(LiPO_(2)F_(2))film-forming electrolyte *** Zn/Ti co-doping regulates the occupancy ratio of Nae/Nafat Na sites and disorganizes the Na+/vacancy ordering,resulting in a faster Na+diffusion kinetics and reversible P2-Z phase transition for P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.28)Zn_(0.05)Mn_(0.62)Ti_(0.05)O_(2)(NNZMTO).Meanwhile,the LiPO_(2)F_(2)additive can form homogeneous and ultrathin cathode-electrolyte interphase(CEI)on NNZMTO surface,which can stabilize the NNZMTO-electrolyte interface to prevent TM dissolution,surface structure transformation,and micro-crack *** studies of in situ and ex situ characterizations and theoretical calculations were used to elucidate the storage mechanism of NNZMTO with Li PO_(2)F_(2)*** a result,the NNZMTO displays outstanding capacity retention of 94.44%after 500 cycles at 1C with 0.3 wt%Li PO_(2)F_(2),excellent rate performance of 92.5 mA h g^(-1)at 8C with 0.1 wt%Li PO_(2)F_(2),and remarkable full cell *** work highlights the important role of manipulating Na occupation and constructing protective film in the design of layered materials,which provides a promising direction for developing high-performance cathodes for SIBs.
